隨著MBA報(bào)名人數(shù)的逐年增加，MBA復(fù)試一般改為差額復(fù)試，考生復(fù)試的成績?nèi)绾沃苯佑绊懙狡涫欠癖讳浫?。MBA復(fù)試一般分為專業(yè)課復(fù)試與英語復(fù)試，而英語復(fù)試主要是口語測試。由于從2005年起研究生入學(xué)考試英語筆試部分取消了聽力，因此，研究生復(fù)試中除了傳統(tǒng)的口語測試外，很多學(xué)校增加了聽力部分。這里跨考教育特別邀請了中央財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)多年的博士生、碩士生與MBA英語復(fù)試考官馮玉紅和溫劍波老師，為大家介紹一下研究生英語復(fù)試的備考。一般性備考：總結(jié)常見熱門話題

無論參加哪種形式的口語考試，說一口流利、準(zhǔn)確的英語都是通過考試的關(guān)鍵所在。因此，語言的基本功與長期的口語素材積累至關(guān)重要。一般性備考可以分為下面幾個(gè)部分：

1。.應(yīng)試材料的準(zhǔn)備：為了準(zhǔn)備口語考試，可以準(zhǔn)備一些材料，如《英語中級口語教程》、《

四、六級英語口語應(yīng)試》等。當(dāng)然如果確定參加哪種英語口試，又了解其口語考試的形式與內(nèi)容，選擇針對其考試的口語材料更為有效，如雅思口語、托?？谡Z等。

2.制定復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃：根據(jù)備考時(shí)間與所要參加的口試類型制定復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃?？梢悦刻鞙?zhǔn)備一個(gè)話題，話題的內(nèi)容最好是熱門話題或?？荚掝}。常見口語話題總結(jié)如下：Laid-offworker'sproblem、Reformsofhousingpolicy、Goingabroad、Globalization、Informationage、Environmentalprotectionandeconomicdevelopment、Onlinelearning、2008Olympic,Beijing、Economiccrisis。熱點(diǎn)話題在報(bào)紙、雜志上大多可以找到，也是很多考試寫作部分常出的題目，因此也可以參照考研或四、六級作文范文。但切忌全篇背誦所找到的材料，最好只借用其中某些素材，然后用自己的語言重新整理。

3.熟悉考場情況與考試流程

(1)與小組組員的交流(二對二考試模式)

小組成員可先模擬一下考試過程。讓自己進(jìn)入狀態(tài)，而后可談一些其他話題，放松一下。

(2)進(jìn)入考場

入室前要敲門，雖是小節(jié)，但關(guān)系到你給考官的第一印象。

衣著得體，落落大方。

向考官問候：Goodmorning/afternoon。

如果可以，微笑，但絕不可勉強(qiáng)。

(3)自我介紹

要求簡潔、有新意，能夠讓考官記住你。最重要的是，發(fā)音要準(zhǔn)，不要太快，以別人聽懂為目的。但注意一定要聽考官的指示語，聽到考官說：Canyouintroduceyourselfbriefly/saysomethingaboutyourself后再開始。其實(shí)現(xiàn)在許多口語考試為了避免考生背誦準(zhǔn)備好的自我介紹，都去除了這個(gè)部分，而是由一些簡單問題來代替，如：

Whereareyoufrom?Couldyousaysomethingaboutyourhometown?

Couldyousaysomethingaboutyourfamily?

Whatdoyouusuallydoinyourleisuretime?

What’syourfavoriteTVprogram?

(4)回答考官問題

此處不再贅述，但有一點(diǎn)要注意，千萬不要只回答“YES”或“NO”，而是要加上你的reason或者是example.(5)看圖說話

不要過分局限于圖中的內(nèi)容，而應(yīng)充分開闊思路，尤其注意的是在講述完圖中內(nèi)容后做

適當(dāng)?shù)脑u價(jià)，對圖中的事物或觀點(diǎn)提出自己的看法或客觀公正的評論。

(6)討論

此處是發(fā)揮你的才智的關(guān)鍵一節(jié)，discussion在考試中占了很大一部分時(shí)間，所以要盡可能是自己多說，但要保證說到點(diǎn)子上。

(7)最后問題

最后，考官還會問你一個(gè)問題，這是你進(jìn)一步展示自己的大好機(jī)會，如果前面不太理想，也可借此補(bǔ)救一下。

(8)結(jié)束

考官明確說出：Thisistheendofthetest,thankyou。說明考試正式結(jié)束。站起來，拿好自己的東西，如準(zhǔn)考證，與考官說再見：Thankyou,goodbye.或Thankyouforyourinterviewgoodbye.然后離開。注意考試結(jié)束后不要問老師關(guān)于得分的問題，應(yīng)該馬上禮貌的離開。

面試技巧 面試前的準(zhǔn)備:

面試前要先預(yù)想主考官會問的問題，并準(zhǔn)備謹(jǐn)慎而有條理地回答。事先有準(zhǔn)備的人，表情和肢體語言比較篤定從容，且具備較好的回應(yīng)能力。大學(xué)畢業(yè)生由于缺乏面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，可事先找朋友練習(xí)面試技巧。面試時(shí)最好提前10分鐘到達(dá)地點(diǎn)，先去洗手間放松一下，整理一下思路，還可最后檢查一下自己的儀容，整理因擠公車而弄亂的發(fā)型，女士還可趁機(jī)補(bǔ)補(bǔ)妝。

面試時(shí)的禮儀:

面試務(wù)必要準(zhǔn)時(shí)，一進(jìn)公司就是面試的開始，對人要客氣有禮，秘書或接待人員都可能影響到你是否能得到這份工作。面試前應(yīng)關(guān)掉手機(jī)和傳呼機(jī)，若當(dāng)著主考官的面關(guān)掉，更可顯出你的誠懇。注意自己坐姿，節(jié)制不該有的小動(dòng)作。與主考官保持視線的接觸，但不要緊盯著對方的眼睛，眼神切勿亂瞟亂看。

面試時(shí)的應(yīng)對:

仔細(xì)聆聽對方的問題，審慎回答，不要太簡略，切忌只回答“是的”、“好”、“對的”、“沒問題”等無法使內(nèi)容更生動(dòng)的字句，要完整并舉實(shí)例說明，但要避免冗長。

若對應(yīng)征公司不了解，不妨坦誠相告，以免說錯(cuò)而得不償失。

當(dāng)對方問你“你能為公司做什么時(shí)”，若無法馬上回答，可先請問對方這份工作上最重要的內(nèi)容是什么，你好就這些部分來回答。

當(dāng)對方問及你的專長時(shí)，別忘了針對專業(yè)特性來回答。對自己的能力和專長不需刻意強(qiáng)調(diào)，但也不必大過謙讓。

主考提及你是否有問題時(shí)，一定要把握機(jī)會發(fā)問，以表現(xiàn)自己對這份工作的強(qiáng)烈興趣，但要就工作內(nèi)容、人事規(guī)章等范圍發(fā)問，不要離題太遠(yuǎn)。

面試結(jié)束后:

技巧一：精心準(zhǔn)備。

MBA面試的第一個(gè)重要原則就是精心策劃和準(zhǔn)備。針對面試中可能提到的問題，首先設(shè)計(jì)好內(nèi)容，適當(dāng)進(jìn)行一些個(gè)人或模擬演練，內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)一定要精練、精彩。

技巧二：自信、從容。

自信是MBA的基本素質(zhì)和特征。有些考生不自信是因?yàn)樘非笸昝溃旅嬖嚂r(shí)出現(xiàn)偏題、怪題使自己失分。這完全沒有必要。考生不是和面試官交鋒，而是和其他考生交鋒，只要在面試官心中建立對其他考生的比較優(yōu)勢就行了。另外，學(xué)會放松自己很重要。放松不但能更好地回答問題，而且有助于塑造淡定的氣質(zhì)，提高面試官對你的印象分。技巧三：果決、干練。

由于MBA面試的題目涉及很寬，有些問題回答不好是很自然的事。所以，不要試圖成功回答所有的提問，面試官也不指望你能全部回答好這些問題。對于一些不太好回答的問題，重要的不是看你回答問題的內(nèi)容，而是你的反應(yīng)，分析問題、解決問題的方式、方法。

對不太容易回答的問題，可以有幾秒鐘的思考，但思考時(shí)間不可太長。你要根據(jù)提問，給出一個(gè)明確的是或否的回答，然后論證自己的觀點(diǎn)。很多問題沒有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案，說理清晰、表達(dá)流暢、觀點(diǎn)明確、分析透徹就能得高分。

技巧四：真實(shí)、坦誠。

MBA培養(yǎng)方向是職業(yè)管理者，而對職業(yè)管理者的道德要求是很高的。

因此，在MBA面試中，考查考生背景的真實(shí)性及考生為人是真誠還是虛假是十分重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。

注意事項(xiàng)

1.沒有理解實(shí)踐的深?yuàn)W理論不要多談

面試時(shí)要坦誠相見，說自己理解的事，勿說自以為深?yuàn)W的事。每個(gè)人都因?yàn)橄氡憩F(xiàn)出高水平，往往說一些自己覺得有難度的話，以顯示自己，而這恰恰是自己最不清楚最為薄弱的地方，在考官的追問下，露出破綻。因此誠實(shí)地交流以前所做過的事，將能夠應(yīng)付各種局面。要知道，自己理解實(shí)踐的領(lǐng)域，在別人看來才更加專業(yè)。當(dāng)考官就一些較空泛的或管理知識上的問題問你的看法時(shí)，你的回答應(yīng)該要考慮到下一個(gè)問題很可能會是要你舉例說明，你要是不懂裝懂在前面吹了一通，便可能會在下一問中被問倒。所以說不要空談缺乏實(shí)踐理解的理論，自找麻煩。

2.保持平和的心態(tài)

面試如此重要，因此感到緊張是很正常的。不要給自己定位100分，期望太高，往往容易加強(qiáng)自我傾向；定位80分，較為適中。很多人在面試的剛開始自述簡歷時(shí)就覺得緊張，應(yīng)盡量控制住講話的語速和節(jié)奏，一兩分鐘以后，隨著講話的進(jìn)行，就完全放松了。

要知道面試官們想做的只是選拔出適合培養(yǎng)的、可造就的人才，又不是想和你過不去。了解了這一點(diǎn)，能做到這一點(diǎn)就足夠了。也可以事先進(jìn)行實(shí)境模擬面試，這也是克服心理障礙的好辦法。可以找一個(gè)朋友模擬面試考官，然后你從敲門進(jìn)去到退出都演練幾遍。

3.要有自己的理念和讀MBA的合理動(dòng)機(jī)

對于涉及這類問題，有的考生就說到：中國企業(yè)不能總是打著民族品牌在自己家門口固守，而應(yīng)該在世界市場上與國外公司展開競爭，我愿意在中國企業(yè)國際化的過程中盡自己的一份力。這樣給考官留下可造就，值得培養(yǎng)的印象。是比較成功的例子。

4.塑造自己的職業(yè)形象

我們要證明的是我們有成為職業(yè)經(jīng)理人的素質(zhì)：第一點(diǎn)就是我們的舉止和談吐應(yīng)象一位專業(yè)人士，而不是毛手毛腳或沒有朝氣的。從進(jìn)門的問好到自我介紹，直至離開時(shí)道別都應(yīng)合乎禮儀。應(yīng)該正裝出席。

5.應(yīng)表現(xiàn)具有解決問題的基本思路

回答一個(gè)問題不應(yīng)只為給面試官一個(gè)答案，而應(yīng)告訴面試官一個(gè)你解決問題的思路，這說明你是有能力的、有想法的、碰到同類問題和相關(guān)事務(wù)是可以應(yīng)付的。
