一、聽力

扎實的語言基本功聽力理解技巧是建立在聽力理解水平基礎上的，而聽力理解水平是通過聽力理解能力來體現(xiàn)的，它包括記憶和回想的能力、選擇要點的能力、推斷演繹的能力、判斷和得出結論的能力以及運用背景知識的能力。在平時多聽英語聽力，加強題庫訓練；在平時要多看一些美劇或者外語電影，加強語感和推測能力。

二、單詞

詞匯的積累量直接影響到英語的學習，對四級的作用更是十分重大。因此計劃：每周的星期一到星期六每天背50個單詞，并在每周日的晚上以寢室為單位檢查本周單詞的記憶量，以達到鞏固記憶的目的。

三、閱讀

在英語的四級考試中，閱讀占據了很大一部分，相應的，閱讀部分的成績在四級成績中的比重也很大，故加強閱讀的訓練也很重要。針對閱讀，我班計劃：每人每天至少保證一篇閱讀，并長期的堅持下去，在此期間，每個寢室要不定時的抽查。

四、寫作

在英語四級的寫作中，其題材不外乎四種。在接下來的時間里，每個人一些符合題材的四級作文范例，多加念、記、背，等到十二月的時候盡量做到爛熟于心，信手拈來。

五、由學習委員不定期檢查同學們的四級復習情況，督促同學們好好復習！

第二篇：英語四級方案

11信計英語四級方案

12月份就是英語四級等級考，在剩短短兩個月的時間，為提高我班英語四級過級率，現(xiàn)擬此方案。

1.我班總有四十一個人，由于大家英語水平不一樣，所以將我班分為5組（其中一組人數為9人）。每組成員的選定根據上次英語四級模擬考的成績安排，每組成員由英語成績好的和英語成績差的組成。在小組中選出一位認真負責且英語成績優(yōu)異的同學作為組長，組長將帶領和幫助其他成員提高英語成績，以決不放棄任何一位同學為宗旨。

2.要通過英語四級絕對離不開好的單詞詞匯量，提高詞匯量就需要利用早讀時間記單詞，所以我們要充分利用早讀時間，抓緊早讀出勤率。

每日早讀，組長將檢查自己各組的成員，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有缺少者，以電話等方式馬上通知，將其叫來早讀，對于沒來的，組長不許包庇。

3.每日早讀正式開始時間是6:50，組長要在6:45后清點小組成員，并聯(lián)系未到成員和交上未到成員名單，早讀在7:30結束。

4.為訓練聽力，每周二和周三早上8點準時聽聽力，地點L-2309。

5.聽力和閱讀是四級最主要的部分，除提高聽力訓練外，我們對閱讀的要求萬萬不可降低。所以從第七周開始一直到四級考試結束，班上每位同學上晚自習，并到當晚負責人那兒簽到，晚自習可有一天不去。晚自習從7點到8:30點為做閱讀時間，在這個一個半小時內同學們要嚴格要求自己，不要做其他任何事情。八點半過后為大家自由安排時間。晚自習教室L-2309，如有臨時情況，另行通知。

希望大家好好利用這兩個月的時間，一起努力，一次性通過四級。

第三篇：英語四級備考方案

大學生英語四級備考方案

隨著英語四級的逼近，作為大二的我們正面臨著一個嚴峻的問題，那就是英語四級。沒有四級證書，就沒有畢業(yè)證書，所以英語四級對于我們來說極其重要。

英語四級總體分析：英語四級的總分數為710分，而聽力和閱讀理解共占497分，各占248.5分：翻譯和寫作共是213分，各為106.5 分；而四級的及格線為425分。所以我們只要在497分中拿到300分，在213分中拿下126 分，這樣我們就可以沖破及格線了，我們害怕什么呢？我們還在擔心什么呢？所以，作為學委的我會帶領打家重點突破聽力和閱讀理解！

具體安排：

1．聽力：在晚自習期間放聽力，每周至少三次，由課代表負責（有選修課的同學自己在寢室作聽力）；

2．閱讀：晚自習期間做完聽力可以做快速閱讀，也可做其他課程的作業(yè)，最低要求每個同學每周至少8篇（也可以做自己買書籍）；

3．作文：每同學每周至少寫一篇作文，在周日晚點名的時候上交給學委，從而來提高同學們的寫作能力；

4．翻譯：每同學每周至少要上交一道翻譯題； 5．要求同學們充分利用網絡資源，下載一個記單詞的軟件，以此來積累同學們的詞匯量；

6．每月組織大家進行一次真題月考；

動員全班同學實行“幫扶計劃”成績好的同學幫助成績差的同學，同學們相互幫助，互相學習。班干部要以身作則認真學習，才能帶動班上同學更好的學習。課代表要主動去聯(lián)系英語老師來輔導監(jiān)督同學們的學習情況。讓大家為四級一起來拼一把吧！不逼自己一把你怎么知道自己有多優(yōu)秀呢？
