教師面試技巧一：

應(yīng)聘教師要看自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)，我是一名大學(xué)教師，剛經(jīng)歷過(guò)面試所以還是有些經(jīng)驗(yàn)的。

首先就是要在試講前做好充足的準(zhǔn)備，把要講的內(nèi)容的相關(guān)背景等知識(shí)了解到位，并把課的內(nèi)容和這些背景結(jié)合起來(lái)，主要是注意如何讓背景知識(shí)在吸引人的同時(shí)把人引導(dǎo)到課本的內(nèi)容上來(lái)。

其次就是出發(fā)前的準(zhǔn)備，一定要著裝合體，不要穿著臺(tái)前衛(wèi)，畢竟教師這個(gè)職位還是要講究矜持的。

在見(jiàn)到面試官時(shí)要表現(xiàn)的大方，不要太拘禁，也不要太囂張，給人留下穩(wěn)重的印象。

試講時(shí)要首先把自己的試講材料分發(fā)給各位考官。

講課時(shí)的音量特別重要，而且要有板書(shū)，然后就是注意設(shè)計(jì)的跟學(xué)生互動(dòng)的環(huán)節(jié)。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全，所以板書(shū)就是你的教課大綱，是有始有終的，最后別忘了布置作業(yè)。

試講完成以后還會(huì)有提問(wèn)基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的課程的，教學(xué)側(cè)重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該在哪里，如果學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了這樣或那樣的問(wèn)題你該如何等等。

教師面試技巧二：

應(yīng)聘學(xué)校應(yīng)注意三點(diǎn)：

1、讓自己的簡(jiǎn)歷學(xué)術(shù)氣濃一些。

企業(yè)看重應(yīng)用能力、社會(huì)活動(dòng)能力，而學(xué)校更看重你的學(xué)業(yè)成就，包括學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)、科研能力和教學(xué)能力。

2、盡量爭(zhēng)取試講的機(jī)會(huì)

試講可以全面展示自己的教學(xué)潛能。試講講的好，可以彌補(bǔ)其它方面的不足。

具體來(lái)講，試講要注意以下三點(diǎn)：

A 內(nèi)容

有的學(xué)校指定試講的內(nèi)容，有的學(xué)校則不指定內(nèi)容。當(dāng)不指定內(nèi)容時(shí)，一定要根據(jù)應(yīng)聘學(xué)校的水平來(lái)選擇難易適中的試講內(nèi)容。千萬(wàn)不要以為講的內(nèi)容越難越好，因?yàn)檎衅阜讲⒉皇且茨銓?duì)所講的內(nèi)容掌握有多好，而是看你是否具備做老師的潛質(zhì)。

B 表達(dá)

表達(dá)包括板書(shū)和口頭表達(dá)。板書(shū)要工整，有條理，開(kāi)頭有內(nèi)容介紹，結(jié)尾有內(nèi)容總結(jié)。不要急于擦黑板，試想下邊坐的是學(xué)生，要給學(xué)生留出足夠的記筆記的時(shí)間。

口頭表達(dá)要注意聲音洪亮，語(yǔ)速適中，抑揚(yáng)頓挫。要注意與臺(tái)下學(xué)生的交流，講課突出重點(diǎn)，突破難點(diǎn)。

C 形象著裝要正式、莊重，給人一副為人師表的感覺(jué)。

3、做好心理準(zhǔn)備和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)職業(yè)規(guī)劃 =求職定位：

求職定位要做到“知己知彼”。“知己”是要清楚自已喜歡做什么？能做什么？擅長(zhǎng)做什么？“知彼”是要清楚市場(chǎng)需求，了解行業(yè)狀況。

“知己”和“知彼”是相輔相承，缺一不可的。當(dāng)我們喜歡做的事情，我們適合做的事情、我們擅長(zhǎng)做的事情和社會(huì)的需求相吻合的時(shí)候，我們離成功不遠(yuǎn)了。

求職心態(tài)：

事先3項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備

自我介紹應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)潔明了，給面試人留下思路清晰、反應(yīng)快捷、邏輯性強(qiáng)的印象。自我介紹時(shí)間不宜太長(zhǎng)，話不宜太多，最好控制在五分鐘之內(nèi)。不要一談起自己就口若懸河，滔滔不絕，以免言多語(yǔ)失。另外，在自我介紹時(shí)應(yīng)避免過(guò)多地使用“I”（我），不要每個(gè)句子一開(kāi)頭就冒出一個(gè)“I”字，給人留下自我標(biāo)榜、以自我為中心的印象。

圍繞3方面表現(xiàn)

回答問(wèn)題時(shí)口齒要清晰、語(yǔ)調(diào)適中。內(nèi)容要有條理、避免重復(fù)。介紹工作經(jīng)歷采用倒序，從最近一份工作談起，著重強(qiáng)調(diào)有利于新工作的職務(wù)經(jīng)歷。最好能說(shuō)明曾擔(dān)任何種職務(wù)、實(shí)際成績(jī)、業(yè)績(jī)等，以及自己的工作對(duì)原來(lái)公司的影響。凡和此次應(yīng)征不相關(guān)的內(nèi)容，盡量避免提及。話題緊扣以下3方面來(lái)展現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。

1.能力。當(dāng)你知道招聘單位目前急于用人時(shí)，首先把自己的專(zhuān)長(zhǎng)講足說(shuō)夠，然后順理成章地得出結(jié)論：I think your unit needs a man like me.（我想，貴單位需要象我這樣的人才。）用這樣的句式，讓面試人認(rèn)為你是站在他們的立場(chǎng)上說(shuō)話，在替他們的發(fā)展考慮問(wèn)題，于是更容易接受你。陳述自己的任職資格時(shí)，可以這么開(kāi)頭：I’m qualified for the job because……（我能勝任這項(xiàng)工作，是因?yàn)椤┙又愂隼碛?。?dāng)面試人在審視你究竟能不能勝任此職時(shí)，參照的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已不再是他心目中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，而是你列舉的理由。

2.業(yè)績(jī)。外國(guó)公司面試喜歡用事實(shí)說(shuō)話，為了證明你的能力，你可以把過(guò)去的經(jīng)歷聯(lián)系起來(lái)，說(shuō)明你曾經(jīng)為以前的公司解決過(guò)跟現(xiàn)在雇主所面臨的類(lèi)似問(wèn)題：I explored Shanghai market and sold 50,000 sets in one year.（我開(kāi)發(fā)了上海市場(chǎng)，一年銷(xiāo)售出去5萬(wàn)套。）

Self-Introduction忌面面俱到

盡管最近有人認(rèn)為面試時(shí)做自我介紹不流行了，但是準(zhǔn)備一份正常語(yǔ)速下3分鐘長(zhǎng)度的英文自我簡(jiǎn)介是必要的。首先，自我簡(jiǎn)介是自我介紹的總綱，是保證你在面對(duì)任何問(wèn)題時(shí)都能夠應(yīng)對(duì)自如的前提；其次，有備無(wú)患嘛。

如果試圖在短短幾分鐘內(nèi)吸引面試官的注意力，你的簡(jiǎn)介當(dāng)然要是濃縮的精品。所以，前奏一般用一句話陳述自己的基本特征即可。然后迅速進(jìn)入正題，或選擇自己最引以為傲的經(jīng)歷敘述，或介紹自己的長(zhǎng)處。切記，面試官一般會(huì)承接你的自我介紹發(fā)問(wèn)，所以在做自我介紹時(shí)最好不要提特別難于講清楚的事情和比較抽象的概念，因?yàn)槟愕挠⑽乃街粔驊?yīng)付普通會(huì)話，更何況身處高度緊張的面試氛圍中，哪里還能夠應(yīng)對(duì)自如。簡(jiǎn)介不需要面面俱到，因?yàn)樵谀阍?jīng)提交的資料中，已有詳細(xì)的介紹，所以力求在面試中突出重點(diǎn)。

用簡(jiǎn)單直白的語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)最具魅力的自我，才是中英文面試的至高境界。習(xí)慣于堆砌華麗詞藻的很多人恨不得在面試中用大氣磅礴的英文演講征服面試官，其實(shí)又犯了舍本逐末的錯(cuò)誤。不要不屑于用there be 句型，不要不屑于用第一人稱(chēng)，不要想著那些一輩子也用不上幾次的虛擬語(yǔ)氣、倒裝句和長(zhǎng)詞冗句，如果你能保證說(shuō)英文如行云流水那么你盡情用，但萬(wàn)一緊張得忘了詞怎么辦？萬(wàn)一面試官和你展開(kāi)辯論怎么辦？用平實(shí)的語(yǔ)言直切正題是最討巧的方式。

如果你憑實(shí)力進(jìn)入了free talk階段，接下來(lái)要做的就是坦率的與面試官討論大到企業(yè)未來(lái)，小到穿著打扮的話題，當(dāng)然坦率也要聰明。那時(shí)候面試官有可能思維如野馬，你很難把握他所關(guān)注的你身上的特質(zhì)，你也無(wú)法預(yù)知他會(huì)問(wèn)你些什么，那么以上這幾點(diǎn)仍然是唯一可遵循的規(guī)律。
