2010年“外研社杯”全國(guó)英語(yǔ)演講大賽

2010年“外研社杯”全國(guó)英語(yǔ)演講大賽于2010年11月10日晚八點(diǎn)二十分在廣西城市職業(yè)學(xué)院四號(hào)教學(xué)樓階七準(zhǔn)時(shí)舉行選拔賽。

組織這場(chǎng)選拔賽的工作人員井然有序的進(jìn)行著，顯得很熟練，工作效率極高，選拔賽場(chǎng)布置得簡(jiǎn)練也很完美。

選拔賽開(kāi)始由主持人宣讀出席的嘉賓，這次出席大賽的人員有學(xué)院黨委書(shū)記姜攀，外國(guó)語(yǔ)分院院長(zhǎng)謝曉蘭，機(jī)電工程分院黨委書(shū)記孫振保，資歷深厚的李日耀教授等10多位老師，以及選手們的親友團(tuán)。今晚參加的選手一共有23位，其中08級(jí)09級(jí)的占的比例比10級(jí)占得比例人數(shù)多，所謂姜還是老的辣，但今晚10級(jí)的選手們并不畏懼，不會(huì)因選手是學(xué)長(zhǎng)學(xué)姐而放棄比賽，也不會(huì)因?qū)W長(zhǎng)，學(xué)姐經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富而緊張，日過(guò)你是青山上的一棵松，那么你就要經(jīng)得住烈日和嚴(yán)寒的考驗(yàn)，如果你是溪流中的礁石，那么你就要樁基礎(chǔ)美麗的浪花，如果你是大海中的雄鷹，那么你就要有搏擊風(fēng)浪的勇氣，這是從10級(jí)的選手中流露出的感言，只要我們充分，還是會(huì)奪取冠軍。鳥(niǎo)兒因翅膀而自由翱翔，花兒因芬芳而美麗，她們駕著自己的夢(mèng)想一步步邁向成功的彼岸，那種堅(jiān)定不移和執(zhí)著的精神令人佩服。在坐的觀眾都被選手們那口流利的英語(yǔ)所折服，掌聲一浪高過(guò)一浪，最后選手們拿著自己向往已久的證書(shū)開(kāi)心的笑了，她們知道臺(tái)上的一分鐘臺(tái)下十年功，自己的努力終究沒(méi)有白費(fèi)，希望下次的大賽能夠拿到更好額成績(jī)。

英語(yǔ)現(xiàn)在是國(guó)際上一門(mén)通用的語(yǔ)言，英語(yǔ)大賽的舉行促進(jìn)了我了我院校園文化，學(xué)習(xí)氛圍的發(fā)展，為學(xué)生日后走上社會(huì)進(jìn)行了很好的鋪墊作用，望我院的教學(xué)事業(yè)更上一層樓。

各學(xué)院團(tuán)總支、學(xué)生會(huì)：

為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育，推動(dòng)我校大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革深入開(kāi)展，有效地調(diào)動(dòng)我校學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性和綜合運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)的能力，校團(tuán)委、教務(wù)處、外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院將聯(lián)合舉辦我校第十屆大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)演講比賽，并從中選拔優(yōu)秀學(xué)生參加每年一度的“外研社杯”全國(guó)大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)演講比賽。

一、參賽資格

天津科技大學(xué)在校本科生及碩士生（年齡不超過(guò)35歲）均可報(bào)名參加，在職研究生以及往屆天津賽區(qū)前三名的選手不包括在內(nèi)。

二、比賽形式

1.組織形式

比賽以海選形式進(jìn)行，報(bào)名選手參加選拔賽，優(yōu)勝者進(jìn)入校級(jí)決賽。選拔賽分為A組（泰達(dá)校區(qū)學(xué)生）和B組（河西校區(qū)學(xué)生），場(chǎng)次及晉級(jí)決賽名額視報(bào)名分組情況確定。

外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院團(tuán)總支承辦本次比賽的全部賽事，比賽組織辦公室設(shè)在外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院學(xué)工辦（泰達(dá)校區(qū)9號(hào)樓304）。

2.比賽內(nèi)容

比賽由定題演講和即興演講兩部分組成。

（1）定題演講：

演講主題：“A Word That Has Changed the World”。

要求每位選手在本題目下加小標(biāo)題。注：“a word”可以是一個(gè)單詞，也可以是一個(gè)短語(yǔ)，也可以是一句短句。

（海選演講限時(shí)1分鐘，校級(jí)決賽演講限時(shí)3分鐘）

（2）即興演講：（校級(jí)決賽項(xiàng)目）

選手當(dāng)場(chǎng)抽取問(wèn)題并準(zhǔn)備30秒鐘，演講時(shí)間為1.5分鐘。

三、報(bào)名方式

學(xué)生可到本學(xué)院學(xué)辦報(bào)名，報(bào)名之前應(yīng)確定本人定題演講題目。各學(xué)院團(tuán)總支負(fù)責(zé)本學(xué)院按組別報(bào)名參賽學(xué)生的登記工作，于10月8日（第6周周六）下班前，按照附件中的格式，將電子版和紙質(zhì)版統(tǒng)一報(bào)送外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院學(xué)辦（泰達(dá)校區(qū)9號(hào)樓304，河西校區(qū)主樓F區(qū)601），郵箱poison@tust.edu.cn。

四、比賽時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)

A組比賽時(shí)間：2011年10月15日（第7周周六）上午9：00 地點(diǎn)：泰達(dá)校區(qū)，依據(jù)報(bào)名人數(shù)確定。

B組比賽時(shí)間：2010年10月16日（第7周周日）上午9：00 地點(diǎn)：河西校區(qū)，依據(jù)報(bào)名人數(shù)確定。

校級(jí)決賽時(shí)間：2010年10月22日（第8周周六）上午10：00 地點(diǎn)：泰達(dá)校區(qū)圖書(shū)館第一報(bào)告廳。

五、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置：

1.A、B組小組賽獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)依報(bào)名情況確定。

2.校級(jí)決賽設(shè)一等獎(jiǎng)2名，二等獎(jiǎng)3名，三等獎(jiǎng)5名，優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)若

干名。連同分組決賽獲獎(jiǎng)學(xué)生一起發(fā)放獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)及獎(jiǎng)杯。

3.獲獎(jiǎng)學(xué)生中選拔若干名參加“外研社杯”全國(guó)大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)演講大賽天津市復(fù)賽。

各團(tuán)總支要充分認(rèn)識(shí)這項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的意義，將其作為加強(qiáng)我校學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)的重要措施之一。各團(tuán)總支要組織好宣傳發(fā)動(dòng)工作，調(diào)動(dòng)廣大學(xué)生、特別是11級(jí)新生參與比賽的積極性，動(dòng)員學(xué)生踴躍參賽。

一.自我介紹：

honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen, fellow students, good morning/afternoon:

尊敬的評(píng)委，先生們，女士們，各位同學(xué)們，早上/下午好!

i’m very glad to be here.my name is wangqihang.非常高興能參加比賽。我的名字叫王啟珩。

i’m ten years old.i come from huanxi primary school.i’m in cla3, grade 5.我今年10歲。我來(lái)自環(huán)西小學(xué)，現(xiàn)在五年級(jí)三班。

as a happy boy，i have many hobbies, such as sports, playing piano, singing, and drawing.我是一個(gè)快樂(lè)男孩。我有許多愛(ài)好，比如體育運(yùn)動(dòng)，彈鋼琴，唱歌，畫(huà)畫(huà)等。

among them, travel is my favorist one.i have visited some other cities, like beijing, hainan, chongqing, guangxi, qindao, dalian and so on.旅游是我的最?lèi)?ài)。我去過(guò)不少地方，如北京，海南，重慶，廣西，青島，大連等。

cherish what we are enjoying

it is a report about the new planet which holds possibility for life.這是一篇關(guān)于發(fā)現(xiàn)了一顆有生命可能性的星球的報(bào)告。

it shows that european astronomers have discovered a new planet, they name it gliese 581 c.說(shuō)歐洲天文學(xué)家們發(fā)現(xiàn)了一顆新的星球，代號(hào)為“gliese 581c”。

it is about 20.5 light years from our earth.they estimated the planet's average temperature at between 0 and 40 degrees centigrade.it is orbiting the red dwarf star, gliese 581.它距地球約20.5光年。他們估計(jì)它的平均溫度約在0℃～40℃之間。它圍繞著紅矮星gliese 581運(yùn)行。

most important of all, it’s an earth-like planet.there might be mountin, sea and liquid water.最重要的是，這顆星球和地球非常相似，它可能有山巒，有海洋，還有液態(tài)水。

so the astronomers believe that it is potentially habitable.所以科學(xué)家們相信它能支持生命的存在。

however, gliese 581 c might be “tidally locked” to it’s sun-the dwarf star the way our moon is to the earth.然而，就像月球一樣，它只會(huì)公轉(zhuǎn)，不會(huì)自轉(zhuǎn)。

it means that it must always show its same face to its sun, and that while one side would be too fiercely hot to support life, the other side would be too cold.這就意味著它面對(duì)紅矮星的一面會(huì)太熱不適合生命體而背對(duì)紅矮星的一面則會(huì)很寒冷。

this report makes me to realize that how valuable our earth is.這使我認(rèn)識(shí)到我們地球有多么珍貴!

everyday, we can see sunrise and sunset.我們每天都可以看到日出日落。

the day and night keeps on exchanging.it’s not too hot in the daytime while not to cold at night.一天早晚有變化，晝夜不停地交換使白天不過(guò)分熱，夜晚不過(guò)分冷。

everyday, i go to school cheerfully in the morning and skip along at the way home as the sun set.清爽的早晨，我可以背著小書(shū)包高高興興地去上學(xué)。夕陽(yáng)西下，我又蹦又跳地回到家。
