入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)的通知 各系（部）：

根據(jù)江西省教育廳贛教高字〔2013〕25號(hào)文件精神，2013年我院推薦選拔優(yōu)秀高職高專畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)的工作已開始，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：

一、推薦選拔辦法

按照《關(guān)于我省高等學(xué)校推薦選拔優(yōu)秀高職高專畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)的暫行辦法》（見附件一），凡符合選拔條件的普通高職高專學(xué)生應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，可自愿報(bào)名，經(jīng)所在院（部）推薦，參加選拔考試，招生學(xué)校按考試總成績(jī)從高分到低分擇優(yōu)錄取。

二、招生計(jì)劃、招生學(xué)校

2013年全省共選拔4020名優(yōu)秀普通高職高專應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)，所需招生計(jì)劃在今年下達(dá)各高校普通本科招生計(jì)劃中安排，具體學(xué)校招生計(jì)劃安排表（見附件二）。

三、選拔考試科目及時(shí)間

選拔考試科目為英語和兩門主要基礎(chǔ)課，英語考試由省教育廳統(tǒng)一組織，兩門主要基礎(chǔ)課考試由各招生學(xué)校組織。

英語考試時(shí)間為6月1日上午，兩門主要基礎(chǔ)課考試時(shí)間為6月1日下午和6月2日上午。英語考試內(nèi)容以教育部《高職高專英語教學(xué)基本要求》為依據(jù)，考試題型可參考往年全省高校專升本英語考試試卷。兩門主要基礎(chǔ)課考試內(nèi)容由各招生高校確定。

四、報(bào)名工作

報(bào)名工作由教務(wù)處負(fù)責(zé)組織、由各系（部）負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)施，考生只能報(bào)考一所學(xué)校，報(bào)名時(shí)各院（部）需認(rèn)真審查考生資格和組織填寫推薦選拔登記表（見附件三）一式二份、收考生個(gè)人一寸照片三張，于4月19日前報(bào)教務(wù)處審核。各系（部）于4月23日至24日以系（部）為單位將考生報(bào)名費(fèi)每人130元交教務(wù)處，逾期不予辦理。教務(wù)處負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)一上報(bào)各相關(guān)招生學(xué)校。

本科階段學(xué)習(xí)的暫行辦法

根據(jù)《中共中央、國務(wù)院關(guān)于深化教育改革，全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的決定》、《國家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要（2010—2020年）》以及全省教育工作會(huì)議精神，為了構(gòu)建與社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和高等教育內(nèi)在規(guī)律相適應(yīng)、不同類型高等教育相互銜接的教育體制，使部分優(yōu)秀高職高專畢業(yè)生能夠進(jìn)入普通本科階段學(xué)習(xí)，特制訂本辦法。

一、舉辦普通專升本教育學(xué)校：辦學(xué)條件達(dá)到國家設(shè)置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的普通本科院校，經(jīng)省教育廳批準(zhǔn)，可按規(guī)定的推薦選拔程序和名額招收優(yōu)秀高職高畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)。

二、具有推薦資格的學(xué)校：普通本科院校、高等?？茖W(xué)校、獨(dú)立設(shè)置的職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院以及承擔(dān)普通高職高專招生任務(wù)的成人高校。

三、推薦選拔的范圍和條件：凡經(jīng)統(tǒng)招入學(xué)的普通高職高專應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，政治思想好，身體健康，成績(jī)優(yōu)秀，取得高校英語應(yīng)用能力考試和全國高校（江西考區(qū)）計(jì)算機(jī)等級(jí)考試合格證書者，經(jīng)所在學(xué)校推薦，可參加選拔考試。

四、推薦選拔程序：考生自愿報(bào)考，所在學(xué)校按條件進(jìn)行推薦，省教育廳和招生學(xué)校分別組織英語和兩門主要課程考試。招生學(xué)校在最低控制分?jǐn)?shù)線以上按專業(yè)從高分到低分，擇優(yōu)確

定入選名單，報(bào)省教育廳批準(zhǔn)。錄取的考生憑招生學(xué)校和省教育廳蓋印的《入選通知書》辦理戶糧遷移手續(xù)。

五、學(xué)籍和編班：經(jīng)過考試升入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生，學(xué)籍轉(zhuǎn)入本科院校，編入本科三年級(jí)相同或相近專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)，也可單獨(dú)編班。

六、學(xué)費(fèi)和待遇：進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生，按錄取學(xué)校所錄專業(yè)的學(xué)費(fèi)和住宿費(fèi)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)交納有關(guān)費(fèi)用。“專升本”學(xué)生享受統(tǒng)招本科生相同的待遇。各高校要根據(jù)國家有關(guān)資助困難學(xué)生的政策規(guī)定，采取獎(jiǎng)、貸、助、補(bǔ)、減等措施，幫助困難學(xué)生完成學(xué)業(yè)。學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)期滿，各科成績(jī)合格，由本科院校按照教育部?2002?15號(hào)文件要求頒發(fā)本科畢業(yè)證書（即注明專升本），畢業(yè)后自主擇業(yè)。

七、監(jiān)督管理：各有關(guān)高校要嚴(yán)格按照規(guī)定的條件和程序做好推薦選拔工作，堅(jiān)持公平、公正、公開的原則，嚴(yán)格工作程序，嚴(yán)明工作紀(jì)律，張榜公布推薦名單和入選名單，接受群眾監(jiān)督，切實(shí)保證推薦質(zhì)量。對(duì)于在推薦選拔過程中徇私舞弊、弄虛作假的，無論何時(shí)查出，都要進(jìn)行嚴(yán)肅處理，除清退違規(guī)入選學(xué)生外，還要追究有關(guān)人員的責(zé)任，并按情節(jié)輕重，給予行政處分，對(duì)違規(guī)學(xué)校取消１至３年的推薦或招收?？茖W(xué)生的資格。

八、組織實(shí)施：各校的推薦選拔工作在學(xué)校行政的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，由教學(xué)管理部門具體組織實(shí)施，監(jiān)察部門參與監(jiān)督管理。招生學(xué)校和推薦學(xué)校要密切協(xié)作，認(rèn)真做好銜接和管理工作，確保教育質(zhì)量。

本辦法由江西省教育廳解釋。

高職高專學(xué)生進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)的通知

教務(wù)處[2014]009號(hào)各系畢業(yè)班：

江西省教育廳關(guān)于2014年我省高等學(xué)校推薦選拔優(yōu)秀高職高專學(xué)生進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)（專升本）工作已啟動(dòng)，現(xiàn)將今年“專升本”推薦選拔報(bào)名工作具體通知如下：

一、推薦選拔條件：

(1)2014年普通?？疲ǜ呗殻┙y(tǒng)招應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，修完教學(xué)計(jì)劃規(guī)定的全部課程并成績(jī)合格，能按時(shí)畢業(yè)者；

(2)我省戶籍2009年以后應(yīng)征入伍具有普通高職（專科）畢業(yè)學(xué)歷的退役士兵，可自愿報(bào)名參加普通高校專升本考試；

(3)退役士兵考生憑身份證、普通高職（?？疲┊厴I(yè)證和士兵退役證報(bào)考；

(4)已取得高校英語應(yīng)用能力考試和全國高校（江西考區(qū)）計(jì)算機(jī)等級(jí)考試合格證書者，在校期間考試沒有作弊或未受過留校察看以上處分者。

二、報(bào)名注意事項(xiàng)：（1）報(bào)考時(shí)間：4月25日--5月9日下午截止；

（2）考生只能報(bào)考與其所學(xué)專業(yè)相同或相近的專業(yè)，不能跨專業(yè)報(bào)考；

（3）報(bào)名時(shí)填寫《江西省高校推薦選拔優(yōu)秀高職高專學(xué)生進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)登記表》一式兩份（可直接在本科院?！皩Ｉ尽蓖ㄖ獧谙螺d，用A4紙打印，貼好2張一寸免冠彩照需上交1張），提供高校英語和高校計(jì)算機(jī)等級(jí)證書復(fù)印件及身份證復(fù)印件相關(guān)材料兩套（英語和計(jì)算機(jī)等級(jí)證書復(fù)印件由各系在審核原件的基礎(chǔ)上由審核人簽名并加蓋系部公章），交納報(bào)名費(fèi)130元/人。推薦選拔登記表經(jīng)教務(wù)處審核簽署推薦意見后，對(duì)不符合條件的考生不予推薦報(bào)考；由學(xué)院教務(wù)處統(tǒng)一將考生報(bào)名材料報(bào)送各招生本科院校；推薦表需填寫高考考生號(hào)，學(xué)生自行到學(xué)院教務(wù)處網(wǎng)站點(diǎn)擊右邊的學(xué)籍查詢，方可查到高考考生號(hào)；

（4）請(qǐng)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)班的班主任和輔導(dǎo)員，根據(jù)報(bào)名時(shí)間通知本班學(xué)生。

（5）請(qǐng)報(bào)考的同學(xué)近期關(guān)注本科院校教務(wù)處所發(fā)布“專升本”報(bào)名的通知，具體報(bào)名要求以本科院校為準(zhǔn)。特別提示：江西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、江西科技師范大學(xué)采用網(wǎng)上報(bào)名，考生進(jìn)入教務(wù)處網(wǎng)上報(bào)名、網(wǎng)上繳費(fèi)結(jié)束后，彩色打印出高校推薦選拔登記表并上交學(xué)院教務(wù)處5209俞老師處。

浙江省2012年選拔優(yōu)秀高職高專畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入本科學(xué)習(xí)工作實(shí)施細(xì)則

為進(jìn)一步提升考試招生公平，擴(kuò)大考生選擇范圍，從2012年起，我省選拔優(yōu)秀高職高專畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入本科學(xué)習(xí)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“專升本”）工作實(shí)行“以?？茖W(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)良好為前提，統(tǒng)一考試，平行志愿，分類選拔，擇優(yōu)錄取”的辦法。

一、招生計(jì)劃

1.招生院校

我省各類全日制本科普通高校，包括公辦院校、民辦院校、獨(dú)立學(xué)院，經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)均可開展專升本招生。

2.計(jì)劃安排

專升本招生計(jì)劃列入各校當(dāng)年總體招生計(jì)劃。如遇合格生源不足，可將剩余計(jì)劃轉(zhuǎn)入普通高校統(tǒng)一招生計(jì)劃。

具體招生計(jì)劃另行公布。

二、考試科類和錄取類別

考試分文理、錄取按類別。設(shè)文科、理科兩個(gè)考試科類，文史、理工、經(jīng)管、法學(xué)、教育、農(nóng)學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、藝術(shù)八個(gè)錄取類別。

三、報(bào)考條件

1.我省各級(jí)各類全日制普通高校高職高專應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。

2.堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則,遵紀(jì)守法；具有較高思想道德修養(yǎng)和文化素質(zhì)，上進(jìn)心強(qiáng)，品行端正；在校期間未受記過（含）以上處分，無考試作弊記錄。

3.高職高專階段學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)居本校本專業(yè)前50%,無不及格課程（經(jīng)重修、補(bǔ)考及格視作及格）。

4.已通過CET－3級(jí)或高職高專英語應(yīng)用能力A級(jí)（藝術(shù)、體育類專業(yè)除外）及以上考試。高職高專階段所學(xué)專業(yè)為英語的考生不作此要求。

四、報(bào)名與填報(bào)志愿

實(shí)行網(wǎng)上遠(yuǎn)程報(bào)名和填報(bào)志愿。

1.符合條件的學(xué)生需于3月20日至24日期間，以真實(shí)身份登錄浙江教育考試網(wǎng)（）報(bào)名系統(tǒng)，取得注冊(cè)號(hào)，并按要求如實(shí)填寫各項(xiàng)報(bào)名信息，選擇考試科類和錄取類別，填報(bào)志愿。

考生只能選擇一個(gè)考試科類和一個(gè)錄取類別，具體錄取類別根據(jù)考生高職高專階段所學(xué)專業(yè)，按《浙江省2012年專升本各類別所含專業(yè)對(duì)照表》（附件三）確定。

每個(gè)考生可填報(bào)8個(gè)志愿，每個(gè)志愿包括一個(gè)院校和一個(gè)專業(yè)?？忌荒茉诒救怂x定的錄取類別內(nèi)填報(bào)志愿，跨類別填報(bào)的志愿無效。少數(shù)特殊專業(yè)經(jīng)省教育考試院同意，可由招生院校在附件三規(guī)定的相應(yīng)類別對(duì)口范圍內(nèi)，進(jìn)一步確定考生高職高專階段所學(xué)對(duì)口專業(yè)，并與招生計(jì)劃一同公布?？忌顖?bào)志愿前，須認(rèn)真仔細(xì)查看擬報(bào)考院校專業(yè)的招生要求，確保本人符合相應(yīng)條件。如未按相關(guān)要求填報(bào)而造成不錄取的，責(zé)任由考生自負(fù)?？忌谠盒?yīng)引導(dǎo)考生根據(jù)自身學(xué)習(xí)能力，填報(bào)與所學(xué)專業(yè)對(duì)口的專業(yè)，以免因?qū)I(yè)基礎(chǔ)不足而無法完成本科階段學(xué)業(yè)。

2.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)確認(rèn)與資格審核

完成報(bào)名信息網(wǎng)上輸入的考生，于3月26日至28日到現(xiàn)所在院校的確認(rèn)點(diǎn)，憑注冊(cè)號(hào)辦理報(bào)名信息現(xiàn)場(chǎng)確認(rèn)手續(xù)。核對(duì)報(bào)名信息無誤后，在《浙江省2012年普通高校專升本選拔考試考生登記表》（附件二）上簽字確認(rèn)?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)確認(rèn)時(shí)，考生需提交以下材料：大學(xué)期間所有課程成績(jī)單（需所在學(xué)校教務(wù)處審核蓋章），身份證復(fù)印件，CET-3級(jí)（或高職高專英語應(yīng)用能力A級(jí)、CET-4級(jí)、CET-6級(jí)）成績(jī)證書復(fù)印件,并現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拍攝電子照片，繳納報(bào)考費(fèi)（110元/人）。

考生所在院校負(fù)責(zé)審核考生是否符合報(bào)考條件，及其所填相關(guān)信息是否真實(shí)，并在《浙江省2012年普通高校專升本選拔考試考生登記表》上簽署學(xué)校審查結(jié)論、加蓋公章，同時(shí)在網(wǎng)上報(bào)名系統(tǒng)中完成報(bào)名資格審核確認(rèn)。

審核完成后，由考生所在院校對(duì)審核合格考生名單進(jìn)行公示，公示時(shí)間不少于10個(gè)工作日。

五、考試

1.考試科目：

考試科目分文、理科，具體為：

藝術(shù)體育專業(yè)經(jīng)省教育考試院同意，可由招生院校組織專業(yè)加試，并在報(bào)名工作開始前完成。專業(yè)加試合格考生才能填報(bào)相應(yīng)院校、專業(yè)志愿。

2.各科滿分均為150分。

3.考試日期為4月15日，上午（9﹕00—11﹕30）考高等數(shù)學(xué)、大學(xué)語文，下午（14﹕00—16﹕30）考英語。

4.考試由省教育考試院統(tǒng)一組織管理，各設(shè)區(qū)市招生考試機(jī)構(gòu)具體組織實(shí)施，考點(diǎn)設(shè)在設(shè)區(qū)市。考生于4月14日到所在設(shè)區(qū)市招生考試機(jī)構(gòu)指定地點(diǎn)領(lǐng)取準(zhǔn)考證，熟悉考場(chǎng)。

5.命題、評(píng)卷工作由省教育考試院統(tǒng)一組織。公布成績(jī)時(shí)間為5月初。考生如對(duì)成績(jī)有疑問，可在成績(jī)公布后三個(gè)工作日內(nèi)，憑準(zhǔn)考證申請(qǐng)查卷。查卷只查漏評(píng)、誤評(píng)，積分及統(tǒng)分差誤，不查評(píng)卷的寬嚴(yán)。

六、錄取

1.錄取工作貫徹公開、公平、公正原則，實(shí)行“招生院校負(fù)責(zé)、省教育考試院監(jiān)督”體制。

2.最低控制線

評(píng)卷結(jié)束后，省教育考試院根據(jù)各類別計(jì)劃的一定比例，分別劃定錄取最低控制線。

3.投檔辦法

在按8個(gè)錄取類別對(duì)考生總分排序的基礎(chǔ)上，分類別從高分到低分按考生志愿（院校+專業(yè)）順序檢索，一旦出現(xiàn)符合投檔條件的院校和專業(yè)，即投檔到該院校該專業(yè)。

4.投檔比例

原則上為1：1，同分考生一并投檔。

5.院校錄取

招生院校根據(jù)招生計(jì)劃，按事先制訂并向社會(huì)公布的具體錄取規(guī)則，綜合評(píng)價(jià)、全面考核、擇優(yōu)錄取。

對(duì)未完成招生計(jì)劃的院校、專業(yè)，根據(jù)總體錄取情況，視情決定是否進(jìn)行征求志愿。

七、學(xué)籍管理

1.報(bào)到注冊(cè)和學(xué)籍管理

新生憑“錄取通知書”辦理戶糧遷移手續(xù)，9月初入學(xué)。新生報(bào)到時(shí)，必須交驗(yàn)普通?？疲ǜ呗殻┊厴I(yè)證原件，屆時(shí)未拿到?？飘厴I(yè)證書的取消入學(xué)資格。不按期報(bào)到者取消入學(xué)資格。專升本為全日制脫產(chǎn)學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)制兩年（注明三年制的除外）。學(xué)費(fèi)按升入學(xué)校同屆學(xué)生收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。

學(xué)生入學(xué)后不允許轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)、轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)。畢業(yè)時(shí)發(fā)全日制普通本科畢業(yè)證書，文憑表述為“我校XX專業(yè)專科起點(diǎn)本科學(xué)習(xí)”，學(xué)習(xí)起止時(shí)間按入本科實(shí)際時(shí)間填寫，符合學(xué)位授予條件的授予學(xué)士學(xué)位。

2.招生院校復(fù)查

新生入學(xué)后，學(xué)校要進(jìn)行全面復(fù)查，對(duì)不符合報(bào)考條件和錄取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及弄虛作假、違紀(jì)舞弊者，取消其入學(xué)資格，并報(bào)省教育考試院備案。

八、其它

1.報(bào)名考試費(fèi)由考生所在院校收齊交至省教育考試院，由省教育考試院按比例撥付設(shè)區(qū)市招生考試機(jī)構(gòu)。

2.《浙江省2012年普通高校專升本選拔考試考生登記表》由考生所在學(xué)校整理后存入考生檔案。

3.考生檔案由考生所在學(xué)校寄送招生院校招生辦。

4.有關(guān)招生計(jì)劃、專業(yè)具體要求等具體事宜，由省教育考試院另行發(fā)文。：
