尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導,大家好。我叫阿布都日衣木·日合曼,今年25歲,二〇一一年六月畢業(yè)于喀什師范學院藝術(shù)系本科美術(shù)專業(yè)。多年來,想要加入事業(yè)單位的夢想如影隨形。今天,能在這里面試并展現(xiàn)自己,我內(nèi)心非常的激動。希望大家能記住我。下面,我就自己的基本情況做一簡要概述。
因自小出生在教師家庭,受到良好的教育,自我特別好學,上進。上學期間,除了學好自己專業(yè)的同時,還自我學習駕駛、電腦設(shè)計等知識,并能從事到實踐中去,為我日后的工作打下了夯實的基礎(chǔ)。此外,我在漢語的學習上一直在不斷努力,繼續(xù)加強口語與書面寫作能力,不求最好,只求更好!
由于本人大學期間,積極、務實、勤干,以至于能夠順利入黨。,因為刻苦學習,成績優(yōu)異,五次被評為優(yōu)秀三好生,獲得國家獎學金一次,勵志獎學金兩次。同時,一直從事班長一職,從不同方面鍛煉了自己的處事能力。能夠與朋友和睦相處,和周圍的人關(guān)系融洽等等。
說千句,道萬句,也不能代表全部的自己,僅此內(nèi)容,讓大家初步對我有所了解,如果有幸入選,我將以實踐說話,證明我自己。

焦裕祿這個熟悉的名字,自打上小學時課文中就已熟悉的名字,他的先進事跡可謂家喻戶曉,人人皆知,他那種對崗位的熱愛,對人民群眾的深厚感情。通過觀看影片《焦裕祿》,使我的心靈得到了洗禮,對世界觀、人生觀、價值觀有了更進一步認識,當影片中出現(xiàn)的親人送葬、雪夜送站、挽留技術(shù)員、送回一桶魚、雨夜抗洪、治沙栽桐,每一幕都讓人流下了感動的眼淚。
焦裕祿從一個條件較好尉氏縣調(diào)到蘭考,受命于危難之時,不攀他人,不講條件,光明磊落、襟懷坦白,用自己的言行樹立了一座共產(chǎn)黨員的豐碑,為我們后來人,確立了一個標桿。他那種對崗位的熱愛,把工作崗位當做實現(xiàn)人生價值的舞臺,以干好工作為目標,加強學習,提高素質(zhì);反過來又將學到知識,練就的本領(lǐng),全部用到工作中。這種精神,對我們現(xiàn)在的有些人,也是一種教育。在他身患重病,卻依然堅持工作,在病房里還在學習,這種愛崗敬業(yè),無私無畏,艱苦奮斗的精神永遠值得我們學習。
我雖然快要退休了,可我要在崗一分鐘,奮斗六十秒。加強學習,探求新知?!拔嵘灿醒模矡o涯”,學無止境,溫故知新。我們所處的是實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大中興的時代,是知識大爆炸的信息時代。要適應時代的變化,推進我們的教育事業(yè),就必須加強學習,探求新知識,全面提高自身的理論素養(yǎng),知識水平,業(yè)務本領(lǐng)等能力。我要把它作為一種責任,一種境界,一種修養(yǎng),一種追求,勤于學習,善于學習,多學一點,學深一點。不斷提高自己業(yè)務水平,教好書,育好人。工作上要高標準,生活上低要求。學習焦裕祿精神,并大力弘揚焦裕祿精神,忠誠黨的教育事業(yè),關(guān)心學生,樹立科學的態(tài)度,提高科學發(fā)展水平。敬業(yè)、實干、無私奉獻,為培養(yǎng)好下一代奉獻終生。

我是個愛讀書的人,讀書是我生命的一個重要組成部分,讀書把我造就成山東省省級教學成果獎獲得者、齊魯名師講堂項目人、煙臺市優(yōu)秀小學教學工作先進個人、海陽市教學能手、海陽市優(yōu)秀教育工作者、海陽市優(yōu)秀學科教研組長,也是讀書讓我成為山東省、煙臺市、海陽市優(yōu)質(zhì)課的執(zhí)講者。
小時家貧,生活處于溫飽水平,雖然父母對愛學習的我倍加呵護,但五個孩子的家庭狀況大大限制了物質(zhì)的擁有,小小的我沒有玩具,更別提課外書。幸運的是我有個讀高年級的姐姐,他的課本就成了我的課外書。每當摸到一本書,我就像饑餓的人撲到面包上一樣,恨不能把整本書吞下去。對書的渴望伴隨了我的求學生涯。

新課程開始了,已取得的教學經(jīng)驗讓我墨守成規(guī)。新課改好嗎? 可以嗎?課改什么?為什么今天的孩子越來越難以管教?作為學校分管語文教學和教科研工作的教導主任,我迷茫,我彷徨。我又去找不會說話的老師——書。于是,在語文學科教學方面,丁有寬、于漪、楊初春、姜兆臣、程紅兵、李振西、、、、、、走進了我的心房,“積累、感悟、模仿、創(chuàng)新四段式作文教學”誕生了,我也因此而成為山東省省級教學成果二等獎第三位獲得者。在教科研方面,在全市開展的“和諧高效 思維對話”課堂教學活動中,我?guī)ьI(lǐng)有關(guān)教師和各個學區(qū)分管科研的領(lǐng)導,積極研讀當代世界推崇的參與教學、開放教學、問題教學、互動教學、探究式教學、體驗教學、生成教學、對話教學、合作教學等方面的國內(nèi)外有關(guān)學術(shù)專著,以新課程理論為指導,以構(gòu)建符合校情的兩效課堂模式為目標,以“小組合作學習” 為載體,以打造教師、學生、教材和環(huán)境之間的和諧共振關(guān)系和培養(yǎng)師生之間積極主動優(yōu)化的思維品質(zhì)為著力點,以生生互動、組組互動、師生互動為主要教學方式,加大課堂改革工作力度,初步形成了以 “有效預習,精講精練,合作學習,拓展研究”為主要內(nèi)容的多功能、立體化、“和諧高效 思維對話”型合作課堂。
合作課堂的基本內(nèi)涵是:要以追求教學過程中教學各要素的協(xié)調(diào)、和諧,通過師生心靈的對接、意見的溝通、思維的碰撞,實現(xiàn)學生高效學習、自主發(fā)展。其根本內(nèi)涵就是通過教師、學生、教材和環(huán)境之間的和諧、共振關(guān)系和師生之間積極主動優(yōu)化的思維品質(zhì)來實現(xiàn)包含知識與能力、過程與方法、情感態(tài)度價值觀“三維”目標的和諧共振。
為了把小組合作課堂真正打造成開發(fā)區(qū)小學的亮點工程,我深入教研組和課堂,征求不同年齡層次教師的意見,提出了課堂授課的十條評價標準:
1.備課要“透”,要善于把握切入點,突出重點,化解難點,不能眉毛胡子一把抓。
2.教學要“活”,要善于創(chuàng)設(shè)問題情景,不能死問、死講、死拼。3.對象要“全”,要面向全體,關(guān)注學習困難學生,不能只盯少數(shù)優(yōu)秀學生。
4.活動要“勤”,要善于激發(fā)學生的參與熱情,讓學生主動參與、當主角,不能讓教師唱獨角戲。
5.上課要“實”,要善于優(yōu)化教學設(shè)計,深入挖掘合作互動因素,不能只跟著感覺走。6.指導學法要“細”,要善于教給學生科學的學習方法,不能只管教不管學。
7.作業(yè)要“精”,要善于優(yōu)選重組練習資料,不能搞題海戰(zhàn)術(shù)、做無用功。
8.負擔要“輕”,要善于充分利用課堂時間,不能課內(nèi)損失課外補。
9.反饋要“勤”,要做到及時批改作業(yè),不能只重布置不重反饋檢查。
10.考核學生要“嚴”,要善于自主設(shè)計科學優(yōu)質(zhì)試卷,不能一味照搬照抄。
為真正把這“十條”要求落到實處,我又帶領(lǐng)有關(guān)領(lǐng)導和老師在認真分析開發(fā)區(qū)教學實際,仔細閱讀各地合作學習先進經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,以落實異質(zhì)分組教學為突破口,狠抓了指導技巧、合理定位、頻率適中、時間恰當、關(guān)注弱勢、培養(yǎng)習慣等六個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),有效地提高了教師、學生參與小組合作課堂的積極性和主動性。而今,小組合作課堂已經(jīng)成為我們開發(fā)區(qū)小學的招牌菜,吸引了眾多的兄弟學校前來參觀學習。
蘇霍姆林斯基說過“無限相信書籍的力量,是我的教育信仰的真諦”之一。讀書是人類特有的精神生活,也是人類傳承文明的主要方式。
作為一名教師,作為一位學校的中層領(lǐng)導,我深深地懂得這句話的含義和分量。在今后的事業(yè)長路中,我將一如既往地在書海中吸取營養(yǎng),滋養(yǎng)自己的底氣,豐厚自己的靈氣,睿智自己的思想,淵博自己的學識,提升自己的人生價值,實現(xiàn)自己的人生夢想——做一個合格的人民教師,為中華民族的偉大復興貢獻自己的青春年華!

【教學設(shè)想】
根據(jù)兒童詩特點,本課的教學設(shè)計力求創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,激發(fā)學生的學習興趣,充分發(fā)揮學生的主體作用,讓學生自主讀書、自主識字,展開豐富的想象,培養(yǎng)孩子的想象能力。重視朗讀訓練,讓學生在自讀自悟中受到情感的熏陶。通過多種形式的讀書、評價、說話、討論,讓學生參與學習的全過程。
【教學目標】1.指導學生認識“長、它、落、到、河、真、高、興、當”9個生字。會寫“長、興、蟲、當”4個字。2.指導學生朗讀課文,背誦課文。3.培養(yǎng)學生的想像能力和熱愛大自然的情感。
【教學重點】重點是指導學生識字寫字和讀背訓練。難點是如何培養(yǎng)學生的想象能力?!窘虒W準備】字卡、多媒體課件、樹葉、水彩筆、頭飾等。
【教學過程】課前游戲:1.小朋友們,你們喜歡小動物嗎?(喜歡)2.說說你喜歡什么小動物?(讓學生自由說)3.你能模仿它的動作、聲音嗎?(生演)4.想玩嗎?(想)咱們一起來玩玩吧?。ㄉ硌荩ǖ湍昙壓⒆訉τ螒蚍浅8信d趣,用游戲開始,使他們保持高漲的情緒】
(一)導入新課。師:可愛的小動物們,準備上課吧!
1.孩子們,看看黑板有什么想說的嗎?(黑板上貼著各種顏色的樹葉。)2.這就是秋姑姑送來的葉子,漂亮嗎?(漂亮)
3.這么漂亮的樹葉,都是小動物們的好朋友,它們常常在一起做游戲,想知道它們是怎樣做游戲的,讀讀《樹葉》這首童話詩,你會明白的。誰來把課題讀一讀。(把黑板上的樹葉翻一面)
【黑板上漂亮的樹葉,激起孩子們的學習興趣。這種興趣,滿足了學生對語文學習的心理需求,激起了強烈的探究欲望。】
(二)初讀課文。
1.師:先來聽聽這首童話般的詩,我們再來說說在這首詩中你都見到了誰?(出示課件,師范讀課文,讀后讓生自由說隨機貼圖)
【配樂朗誦,讓學生感受詩的意境美,情自然就由然而生。】
2.師:大家也想讀嗎?(想)那快讀吧!讀完后把生字寶寶圈出來同桌互相讀一讀。(生讀課文)師:生字有問題嗎?有沒有小朋友在讀時發(fā)現(xiàn)自己同伴哪些字認得有困難的?
【通過學生自主識字,教學中注意以學定教,體現(xiàn)了以生為本的教學理念。尊重學生之間的差異,然后根據(jù)學生的實際進行有效的教學這正是新課標所倡導的?!繋煟合氩幌霗z驗一下自己是不是和生字寶寶交上朋友了?你們看生字寶寶也急著出來與大家見面呢?(讓學生自由說讀音的注意點,師注意正音,特別注意讓學生之間互相正音。提高他們傾聽、評價能力。)
3.開火車讀、齊讀。
4.你們瞧,樹上這么多漂亮的葉子想要哪一片?想好了摘下來,讀讀后面的字寶寶,讀對了,這片葉子就送給你。(玩摘樹葉的游戲)(注意培養(yǎng)學生傾聽、評價的能力。通過“摘樹葉”的游戲,進一步鞏固生字,提高生字的復現(xiàn)率,且這些“樹葉”卡片與課文內(nèi)容緊密結(jié)合,形式活潑,符合低年級學生的心理需求。)
(三)再讀課文。
1.師:多美的樹葉,人見人愛。樹枝、小蟲、魚兒、小鳥都跟樹葉玩了什么游戲呢?請小朋友先讀讀課文,讀完后找一找,畫一畫,然后再把課文讀一讀。(讓學生養(yǎng)成不動筆墨不讀書的習慣,到一定的時候還可以學做批注,養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣。)
2.師:把你們剛才畫的先跟同桌說說,再互相讀讀。
3.師:小朋友不僅畫得認真,讀得也很投入,誰來表現(xiàn)表現(xiàn)?(多位生讀)喜歡讀哪句就讀哪句。3.(針對讀得好的學生)你讀得這么好,能邀請你的好朋友和你一起讀嗎?
4.師可抓住“它”再進行教學:你從哪知道是樹葉呢?(讓學生體會“它”的用法。)5.愿意再把課文讀一讀的同學站起來一塊讀。6.聽著聽著,老師也想和大家一塊讀讀。(閱讀是個性化行為,應該通過各種形式地讀代替老師的講解,讓學生在讀中體會快樂,提高學習地積極性。)
(四)感悟朗讀
1.師:小朋友,樹枝、小蟲、魚兒、小鳥都是樹葉的好朋友,(邊說邊貼圖片)它們一定有許多悄悄話想對樹葉說,老師來當樹葉姐姐,你們都是樹葉姐姐的好朋友,把你想說的說出來吧!(師戴上頭飾當樹葉,生自由想象說。)(創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,讓孩子們?nèi)谌氲角榫持?,張開想象的翅膀,從中體會到樹葉與樹枝、小蟲、小鳥、小魚它們之間和諧的、親密的關(guān)系。培養(yǎng)熱愛大自然的情感。)
2.師:誰能說說樹葉姐姐這會兒的心情?(很高興或很開心)你們能把樹葉姐姐的心情讀出來嗎?如果能加上表情讀就更好。(讓學生從讀中體會樹葉高興的心情。)
3.師:在這么美的詩中和樹葉姐姐一起分享快樂吧?。凑n件提示,背一背課文。)4.師:再一次在音樂中享受著快樂吧?。ǔ鍪菊n件動畫、配樂)獎勵自己,給自己的樹葉涂上喜歡的顏色。(通過樹葉與樹枝、小蟲、小魚、小鳥之間的悄悄話,讓學生充分感受到它們之間的和諧,引導學生反復朗讀,忘情地讀,帶上動作、表情讀。學生在想象中感受,在感受中領(lǐng)悟,在領(lǐng)悟中實踐,達到“情動而辭發(fā)”的效果?!?/p>
(五)想象說話
1.說話訓練:樹枝、小蟲、小魚、小鳥都是樹葉姐姐的好朋友,我的朋友還有許多許多,還有誰是樹葉姐姐的朋友呢?請同學們在四人小組交流交流,把自己想的跟大伙說說。(分四小組說)
2.師:誰來說說自己的想法?小組中有說得很好的請推薦他來說。3.師:你們真聰明,知道的這么多,能說說你是怎么知道的?(充分利用課文中給我們留有的空白點,給學生想象的空間,拓展延伸。)
(六)大課堂。師:大自然中有許許多多的秘密,等著小朋友去發(fā)現(xiàn)!
(七)選自己喜歡的做一做。1.撿自己喜歡的樹葉拼一拼。2.在詞語花籃中寫一寫。3.按課文內(nèi)容演一演。
