關(guān)于MBA考研的那些事

最近時(shí)值母校MBA提前面試之際，很多準(zhǔn)師弟師妹都想咨詢有關(guān)MBA考研的事宜，想獲取一些考試的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和方法。作為去年經(jīng)歷過這場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的過來人來說，我個(gè)人覺得，他山之石，確實(shí)可以攻玉，但是別人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)不一定完全適合自己。你不能完全生搬硬套別人的方法，而是需要吸收別人有用的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，再結(jié)合自己的情況，總結(jié)出適用于自身情況的方法，這才是取勝之道。下面就以下幾個(gè)問題進(jìn)行討論：

１、讀MBA的目的？

一千個(gè)人心中有一千個(gè)哈姆雷特。同樣，一千個(gè)考MBA的同學(xué)中，有一千個(gè)理由。但是其實(shí)歸根結(jié)底無(wú)外乎以下幾種：想轉(zhuǎn)行的；想提高學(xué)歷水平的；非名門出身（本科專科學(xué)校不出名）想鍍金的；從其它省市往廣州發(fā)展的；想系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)管理知識(shí)的；想混文憑的；想擴(kuò)展交際圈的；想換工作的；甚至于有些想單純消磨時(shí)光的。。。對(duì)于自己，首先想明確自己讀MBA是為了什么。如果連這個(gè)都搞不清，那在以后的復(fù)習(xí)中就會(huì)失去目標(biāo)和動(dòng)力。這里我想說兩點(diǎn)個(gè)人觀點(diǎn)：一是很多人覺得讀了MBA，立馬前途一片光明，五百?gòu)?qiáng)企業(yè)向我招手，或者升官加薪，或者覺得自己成了牛人，但是真實(shí)情況是，現(xiàn)在即使讀了MBA，對(duì)你未來的幫助遠(yuǎn)沒有想象中那么大。未來的成功不是取決于你的文憑，而是取決于你的能力和努力，與文憑無(wú)關(guān)；二是現(xiàn)在MBA越來越年輕化，很多剛畢業(yè)或者畢業(yè)一兩年的同學(xué)就想讀MBA了。個(gè)人覺得，MBA的學(xué)習(xí)最好要有一定的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和一定的管理年限，否則你的學(xué)習(xí)只能是空中樓閣，死記硬背理論知識(shí)而不能聯(lián)系實(shí)際，學(xué)習(xí)的效果就會(huì)大打折扣，這樣既浪費(fèi)了錢，也浪費(fèi)了時(shí)間。

２、是否要報(bào)培訓(xùn)班？哪個(gè)培訓(xùn)班好？

是否要報(bào)班，還是要看自身情況（我一直都在強(qiáng)調(diào)根據(jù)自身情況）。有人裸考也能高分，有人考了幾年都考不過。這個(gè)沒有絕對(duì)的規(guī)律。如果你基礎(chǔ)好，時(shí)間充裕，不想花錢，那你可以自己復(fù)習(xí)；反之，基礎(chǔ)不好，時(shí)間不充裕的則可以考慮報(bào)班，畢竟有老師幫你拉知識(shí)點(diǎn)，你會(huì)事倍功半?；蛘呖梢圆扇≌壑械姆椒ǎ瑘?bào)某一階段的班，比如報(bào)個(gè)提高班、沖刺班。都可以。至于哪個(gè)培訓(xùn)班好，我不是托，但是我覺得口碑比較好的就是太奇和華章。每年這兩間上200分的都挺多的，如果打算報(bào)暨大，可以選擇華章，畢竟華章的教學(xué)點(diǎn)在暨大醫(yī)學(xué)院里面，可以提前感受校園氣氛，僅供參考。

３、暨大提前面試怎么準(zhǔn)備？

暨大的面試還算比較好，淘汰率不高，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不是很激烈。面試分為無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論、綜合面試和英語(yǔ)。其中重點(diǎn)在于無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論，這個(gè)你表現(xiàn)好了，問題就不大。很多人怕英語(yǔ)，其實(shí)在暨大，英語(yǔ)占比應(yīng)該是三者之中最小的，而且分差也拉不開，對(duì)于英語(yǔ)差的同學(xué)來說這應(yīng)該是好消息。所以這里重點(diǎn)說下無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論的Tips。以下是某位老師當(dāng)時(shí)給出的一些提示，很有幫助：

『個(gè)人發(fā)言主要看你的表達(dá)能力。你和小組同學(xué)之間的討論，我們看你的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作、影響力和組織力。例如，別人發(fā)言時(shí)，你是否在傾聽？還是只顧自己在寫？你是否有體勢(shì)語(yǔ)？例如，以前有位考生，在別人發(fā)言時(shí)，就說：你不要翹二郎腿！放下！老師在記錄你的表現(xiàn)。一開始，每個(gè)人的發(fā)言，是否能夠用簡(jiǎn)明的語(yǔ)言將問題說清楚？這是看你的溝通表達(dá)能力。第二，大家一起討論時(shí)，有的同學(xué)會(huì)主動(dòng)出來組織大家討論或提出一些問題，有的同學(xué)會(huì)積極參與到討論中，發(fā)表自己的觀點(diǎn)等。這些都是團(tuán)隊(duì)合作或組織能力的具體表現(xiàn)。但是，有些同學(xué)做得比較假，有點(diǎn)像在演戲。例如，以前，我見到一位考生，放一個(gè)鬧鐘在桌子上，鬧鐘一響就打斷別人的講話。以為這樣可以控制局面，其實(shí)一看就知道是裝的。試想你在單位開會(huì)時(shí)，作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，你會(huì)這樣做嗎？ 一些細(xì)節(jié)一定要注意，例如，有的同學(xué)在別人發(fā)言時(shí)，到處張望或玩手機(jī)；或發(fā)呆；或沉思等等，都不是太好。若換做你發(fā)言時(shí)，大家都這樣對(duì)待你，你會(huì)有什么想法呢？

還有些學(xué)生喜歡發(fā)言，一講就跑題，經(jīng)常聯(lián)系實(shí)際，不看案例素材，海闊天空地發(fā)言。這時(shí)，誰(shuí)能主動(dòng)將話題引回來，而且不是生硬地打斷別人的發(fā)言，那他在組織能力方面的得分會(huì)和別人不一樣。

影響力，就是你在陳述自己觀點(diǎn)時(shí)，如何有理有據(jù)地讓別人接受你的觀點(diǎn)，而不是說時(shí)間到了，我們就這樣決定吧。其實(shí)，無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論是考察你的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)潛質(zhì) 當(dāng)然，對(duì)于案例素材也需要你有一定的專業(yè)知識(shí)。

也不能這樣評(píng)價(jià)自己，你們既然選擇讀MBA，一定會(huì)自覺不自覺地表現(xiàn)出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的潛質(zhì)，這些不是你們能夠準(zhǔn)備出來的。是你的舉止和言語(yǔ)中反映的，也許你自己沒有注意到而已。作為老師，他們一看就知道了，因?yàn)槲覀兘佑|了太多的學(xué)生，這是職業(yè)敏感?！?/p>

對(duì)于綜合面試，主要是考察你在短時(shí)間內(nèi)對(duì)某個(gè)社會(huì)問題的看法。難度在于你需要在毫無(wú)準(zhǔn)備的情況下有條不紊的把你的思維觀點(diǎn)說出來。其實(shí)這個(gè)不是很容易，特別是在自己不熟的領(lǐng)域。如果你抽中的題目剛好熟悉，那恭喜你；如果不是，則真的需要你平時(shí)有很好的積累了。所以考試前可以先把近半年來發(fā)生的社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)都找出來，看看媒體報(bào)紙的評(píng)論，吸收他們的觀點(diǎn)，然后再自己模擬一下，要是老師問到這道題，我該怎么答？這樣鍛煉幾次后，我覺得應(yīng)該會(huì)有很大的幫助。（可惜我當(dāng)時(shí)啥都不懂，沒有前輩指點(diǎn)，所以這部分考得很差，經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)）

對(duì)于英語(yǔ)，其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單，你先把自己的自我介紹背熟了，然后再讀一段英語(yǔ)，最后問答一個(gè)老師的問題。老師一般會(huì)就著你的介紹來發(fā)問，但是都不難。口語(yǔ)部分最好提前能鍛煉，可以去參加外語(yǔ)角，熟悉一下。這里還有個(gè)我以前考托業(yè)口語(yǔ)的Tips，考前二十分鐘可以跟partner即時(shí)練口語(yǔ)，聊什么都行，這主要是建立一個(gè)口語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)感。練完后再參加考試你有一種慣性的感覺，說英語(yǔ)也會(huì)順暢很多。就跟運(yùn)動(dòng)員熱身一樣的道理。我當(dāng)時(shí)就是這樣托業(yè)口語(yǔ)拿了最高級(jí)別，而當(dāng)我把這個(gè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴同事后，我同事也一樣取得了成功，她非常感謝我這個(gè)方法。

４、筆試怎么準(zhǔn)備？

筆試部分主要分?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)、邏輯、中文寫作、英語(yǔ)。還是那句話，不同人應(yīng)該有不同的備考方法。有人本來就外語(yǔ)專業(yè)畢業(yè)的，或者工作一直在外語(yǔ)環(huán)境的，基本上英語(yǔ)就是不用花時(shí)間、只需熟悉題型就行。所以每個(gè)人需要認(rèn)識(shí)自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，保證優(yōu)勢(shì)，提高劣勢(shì)。MBA考試排名不要緊，要緊的是你能不能上線。你首先要樹立考試的目標(biāo)。比如180、200.你設(shè)定的目標(biāo)必須要比國(guó)家線高，這道理不用解釋。

數(shù)學(xué)，其實(shí)就是初等代數(shù)，好好把機(jī)械工業(yè)版的參考書復(fù)習(xí)透，就可以了。我發(fā)現(xiàn)很多高分的都是靠著看幾遍機(jī)工版的數(shù)學(xué)。學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)不能死記硬背題目，而是要學(xué)習(xí)思維方法，解題技巧，這樣當(dāng)題目變化才不至于傻眼。萬(wàn)變不離其宗，每一道數(shù)學(xué)題，無(wú)非就是想考哪個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)，只要掌握了知識(shí)點(diǎn)，就等于知道這道題要考什么，那就往這個(gè)思路去考慮，終歸能算出來。

邏輯，分兩大塊。形式邏輯和非形式邏輯。形式邏輯剛開始難理解，但是主要掌握了規(guī)則，形式邏輯其實(shí)是不難的。非形式邏輯也有規(guī)律可循，掌握了加強(qiáng)、削弱等規(guī)則，再多練習(xí)下，你就會(huì)找到做邏輯的感覺。題目不用做太多，但是必須要弄懂弄清楚，不要模模糊糊的，下次又選錯(cuò)。

作文，無(wú)它，背范文。考前練習(xí)寫幾篇，多動(dòng)筆，培養(yǎng)感覺，多閱讀報(bào)紙的社評(píng)什么的，積累素材。作文拉分應(yīng)該不算很大。

英語(yǔ)，得閱讀理解者得英語(yǔ)。其實(shí)英語(yǔ)的閱讀理解比較怪。就是他的問題很少問總體中心思想什么的，問的多是每段具體的東西。所以很多時(shí)候不必看懂文章，也一樣能做對(duì)答案。只要找出關(guān)鍵句，然后琢磨琢磨，就可得到答案。閱讀理解需要多鍛煉。英語(yǔ)不好的需要花心思。但是如果當(dāng)你覺得你可以過線了，你就不必再花太多時(shí)間下去。因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)的提高不是線性的，隨著你花時(shí)間越多就越高。一開始你的提高會(huì)很明顯，但是到了一定程度，你花再多的時(shí)間，也增加不多。所以達(dá)到那個(gè)點(diǎn)也就差不多了，節(jié)省時(shí)間復(fù)習(xí)其它。

復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)每到一個(gè)階段需要安排模擬考試，檢查一下階段性成果；一定要注意在最后階段要多模擬考試，就是自己掐時(shí)間，嚴(yán)格按照正式考試的氣氛和規(guī)定來。數(shù)學(xué)每題3分鐘，邏輯每題2分鐘，你做不出來就不要再糾結(jié)，選個(gè)疑似答案馬上往下走。你一定在模擬時(shí)要訓(xùn)練養(yǎng)成這個(gè)習(xí)慣，否則你在考試就會(huì)吃虧。

５、正式考試怎么考？

帶齊考試工具準(zhǔn)考證啥的不說了，提前踩點(diǎn)也不說了。關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)在于一定要知道綜合考試你的時(shí)間是不夠的，英語(yǔ)考試你的時(shí)間是有多的。所以綜合考試你碰到難的問題必須過，數(shù)學(xué)25題你不要超過75分鐘；邏輯30題你不要超過60分鐘，小作文25分鐘，大作文30分鐘。很多人先做作文再做其它，我覺得無(wú)可厚非?？傊?，把自己有把握的先做，能拿多少先拿多少。其它的題目就靠人品。英語(yǔ)就不說了，時(shí)間充足，慢慢做都來得及。時(shí)間不是問題，不知道選哪個(gè)才是問題。呵呵！

考試過程中可以帶點(diǎn)小巧克力啥的，能量不足時(shí)可以補(bǔ)充。暨大考場(chǎng)對(duì)于報(bào)暨大的學(xué)生會(huì)開放教室作為休息室，這是報(bào)暨大的福利，報(bào)其它學(xué)校的？只能在草坪上坐著了。

第二篇：考研那點(diǎn)事

考研那點(diǎn)事兒

最近早就想提筆寫點(diǎn)什么東西來總結(jié)現(xiàn)在的生活了，可是要么心情不是很high，要么玩游戲忘了。雖然不是文藝青年，可是我總是想記錄我的心路歷程?？赡芪艺f些話太二，抑或太悶騷，讓一部分看客不爽。然而我想引用阿鬼的話——我是寫給關(guān)心我的人看的。

現(xiàn)在就是天天自習(xí)，上午數(shù)學(xué)，下午英語(yǔ)，晚上專業(yè)加數(shù)學(xué)。500多頁(yè)的數(shù)學(xué)復(fù)習(xí)全書大概是考研數(shù)學(xué)的靈魂。關(guān)于它的紀(jì)錄也一個(gè)個(gè)的來到我耳朵里，“X尼瑪復(fù)習(xí)全書早就做完了，660都做了大半了！”，“切，這算啥，Y尼瑪復(fù)習(xí)全書做了兩遍了，現(xiàn)在開始研究真題了！”聽完后不自覺的菊花一緊，嗎的，老子剛把第100頁(yè)翻過去。可是我不想大躍進(jìn)，我的節(jié)奏就是我的節(jié)奏，我能保證我看過去的就是我的。

慢慢的我在找高四的感覺，沒找到，這里沒有人管你復(fù)習(xí)到哪，沒有人管你走沒走神，沒有人檢測(cè)你學(xué)的怎么樣，甚至根本沒有人管你上不上自習(xí)。只有自己，想自欺欺人非常簡(jiǎn)單，一塊手機(jī)，然后趴在桌子上流一會(huì)兒哈喇子，一個(gè)上午瞬間就沒了。要是心情再低落點(diǎn)，床再舒服點(diǎn)，一天過得能比喝涼水還快。坐在那做題也會(huì)挺熬人，因?yàn)榭偸且鎸?duì)打擊，“這個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)前幾天明明剛看過，怎么一轉(zhuǎn)眼就不會(huì)了，這尼瑪學(xué)的還沒忘得快，擦！”。英語(yǔ)則更顯得博大精深，新單詞總像春后的野草，割過一茬又冒出一茬，我還是堅(jiān)強(qiáng)地在那記，不知道到底是它的單詞多，還是我的腦容量大，我相信總有一天，我認(rèn)識(shí)面前的單詞，而它已經(jīng)不認(rèn)識(shí)我了。至于閱讀理解，不光在考驗(yàn)?zāi)愕膯卧~容量，還順便考察著你的心理素質(zhì)?；税雮€(gè)小時(shí)，虐死好多腦細(xì)胞，然后屁顛顛地對(duì)答案，就是因?yàn)閷懘鸢傅臅r(shí)候那稍微的腦抽筋，你成功避開了所有正確答案。Shit??！可是生活還是要繼續(xù)，你必須堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的查出每個(gè)新單詞，勇敢的分析每個(gè)錯(cuò)誤，然后再一遍遍地罵自己腦殘。對(duì)答案的時(shí)候經(jīng)歷著各種跌宕，查出一個(gè)錯(cuò)的時(shí)候就像少女被人捏了一下，好緊張哦！查出倆錯(cuò)的時(shí)候就好像初戀的少女被放了鴿子，好失落哦！查出三個(gè)錯(cuò)的時(shí)候就像被劈腿的少女，好難過哦！查出四個(gè)錯(cuò)的時(shí)候就好像被（。。）的少女，無(wú)法面對(duì)，但不得不承受。查出五個(gè)錯(cuò)的時(shí)候就已經(jīng)出來快感了，你丫還敢不敢再錯(cuò)一個(gè)，fu，ck！

當(dāng)然，在教室里不光是學(xué)習(xí)，還是要思考生活，品味人生的，我走神的內(nèi)容也不光是游戲。想想我22年的生命歷程，想想我到底是因?yàn)槁锍闪藗€(gè)光棍。想著想著不自覺的就會(huì)笑出來。也想想我的未來，成了一位人人敬仰的高級(jí)工程師，然后在我的人格魅力號(hào)召下，一大批優(yōu)秀的人聚集在我周圍，攻關(guān)著一個(gè)又一個(gè)的難題，“鄭工，您看這個(gè)方案行不行？”，“小王啊，這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)穩(wěn)定性有問題，你回去再用matlAB仿真一下！”，“哦，好的?！蔽揖鸵恢痹谀茄b逼。說實(shí)話我挺想在青島有套房的，那樣在以后的N年里，想回母?？纯磳W(xué)妹，就看看。

要想堅(jiān)持下去，就必須有一個(gè)信念，不斷地給自己積極的心理暗示，這是人生的又一次機(jī)會(huì)，好多好多人想這種機(jī)會(huì)都想不到，然后讓你遇到了。去博遠(yuǎn)的心情不能像去上墳一樣，我這是要去改變?nèi)松?，不是去遭罪的。正是這個(gè)地方，可以讓我的未來增加籌碼。這樣勁頭就會(huì)一直挺足。我這個(gè)人看重過程，成事在人，謀事在天，我現(xiàn)在慢慢的享受這個(gè)過程，至于結(jié)果，那就先去他妹的吧。

2018年考研MBA備考指南

為幫助各位同學(xué)備戰(zhàn)聯(lián)考綜合，凱程考研分享MBA報(bào)考新手必看指南，希望能對(duì)各位同學(xué)復(fù)習(xí)備考有指導(dǎo)性的作用。希望2018考研的小伙伴們?cè)诳荚囍腥〉贸晒Γ?/p>

只要大專于2014年9月前畢業(yè)、本科2016年9月前畢業(yè)、研究生2017年9月前畢業(yè)，均可報(bào)考2018年MBA聯(lián)考。

一、2018年MBA報(bào)名條件

1.2018年1月聯(lián)考MBA報(bào)名條件中要求的工作經(jīng)歷的年數(shù)是如何計(jì)算的?

答：報(bào)考條件中對(duì)不同學(xué)歷者所要求的工作經(jīng)歷的年數(shù)，是指從獲得畢業(yè)證書(一般指每年的7月份)到被錄取入學(xué)(一般指每年的9月份)的時(shí)間。大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)后3年，大專畢業(yè)后5年。

即：只要大專于2014年9月前畢業(yè)、本科2016年9月前畢業(yè)、研究生2017年9月前畢業(yè)，均可報(bào)考2018年MBA聯(lián)考。

特別說明：如果是專升本的考生，獲得本科畢業(yè)證后工作經(jīng)歷不滿三年，仍然要以同等學(xué)力資格報(bào)考。

2.本人專科畢業(yè)后，又通過高自考剛獲得本科畢業(yè)證和學(xué)士學(xué)位證，但沒有參加過國(guó)家英語(yǔ)四級(jí)考試，能否報(bào)考MBA?

答：對(duì)大專學(xué)歷報(bào)考者要求獲得國(guó)家四英語(yǔ)證書是個(gè)別學(xué)校。一般只要是畢業(yè)后工作5年即可報(bào)考。

3.成人教育的本科畢業(yè)證(無(wú)學(xué)位)可否報(bào)名?

答：只要獲得了教育部批準(zhǔn)的國(guó)民系列教育大專以上(含大專)畢業(yè)學(xué)歷，符合相應(yīng)報(bào)考條件就可以報(bào)考(除中央黨校外，其余黨校系列的畢業(yè)證不被認(rèn)可)。

4.有碩士學(xué)位的考生能否報(bào)考工商管理碩士?

答：有研究生畢業(yè)學(xué)歷或已獲碩士學(xué)位且有兩年或兩年以上的工作經(jīng)歷者可以報(bào)考。如果研究生畢業(yè)或獲得碩士學(xué)位后的工作經(jīng)歷不滿兩年，報(bào)名時(shí)須提供本科畢業(yè)證。

5.對(duì)半工半讀通過自學(xué)考試得到本科學(xué)歷的人，工作實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)芊窨s短為二年或一年?

答：不可以。必須在取得本科學(xué)歷后有三年或三年以上工作經(jīng)歷方可報(bào)考。

6.有若干年實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的中專生是否有機(jī)會(huì)接受MBA教育?應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生可以報(bào)考嗎?

答：按教育部規(guī)定必須是大專(含大專)以上學(xué)歷才有資格報(bào)考。MBA招生不接收應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。

7.請(qǐng)問獲得雙學(xué)士學(xué)位可否按照碩士學(xué)位報(bào)考MBA?

答：獲得雙學(xué)士學(xué)位也要按本科學(xué)歷報(bào)考。

二、2018年MBA報(bào)考手續(xù)

1.我是外地考生，想報(bào)考MBA，如何辦理報(bào)名手續(xù)?

答：每年10月份采用網(wǎng)上報(bào)名的方法。11月份外地考生將報(bào)名表及畢業(yè)證、學(xué)位證書的復(fù)印件在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)寄到所報(bào)院校研究生招生辦公室或去現(xiàn)場(chǎng)確認(rèn)，并通過網(wǎng)上或電話查詢方式查詢報(bào)名結(jié)果。

2.如果檔案和本人所任職單位不一致，報(bào)名表由誰(shuí)蓋章?

答：檔案在本人所在工作單位的，由所在單位人事部門蓋章;檔案與本人任職單位不同的，如果是委托培養(yǎng)的，須由所在工作單位蓋章;如果是自籌經(jīng)費(fèi)的須由檔案保管單位蓋章。

3.可否委托他人持本人的畢業(yè)證書原件報(bào)名嗎?

凱程考研，為學(xué)員服務(wù)，為學(xué)生引路！

答：不行。報(bào)考的考生要在報(bào)名現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行數(shù)碼攝像，將照片存入計(jì)算機(jī)，因此不能代報(bào)名。
