1、練就“假嗓子”功夫：

說明：說英語時(shí)，聲音渾厚，富有磁性，聽起來像外國人

操作：每天跑步10分鐘，一邊跑步一邊有節(jié)奏地喊1234，堅(jiān)持10天見效果哦。

2、增強(qiáng)舌頭的柔韌度：

說明：改掉一個(gè)一個(gè)單詞說英語的習(xí)慣，流利說出順暢英語。

操作：把pike it up，check it out讀成一個(gè)單詞，一口氣說出最多次數(shù)。

3、自信朗讀每個(gè)英文單詞：

內(nèi)容：看見單詞，能即刻默寫出它的音標(biāo)；看到音標(biāo)，能猜出單詞 操作：每天挑選30個(gè)長單詞，先謄寫音標(biāo)，然后默寫單詞音標(biāo)。

4、清晰地說標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語：

說明：雙元音飽滿，長音足夠長，讀準(zhǔn)咬舌音、唇齒音，吐字清晰

操作：每天讀一段必須帶有音標(biāo)的文章，速度越慢越好，發(fā)音務(wù)必準(zhǔn)確。

5、模仿訓(xùn)練：

內(nèi)容：模仿經(jīng)典英文，美化英語語調(diào)，模仿外國人說英語

操作：模仿美國總統(tǒng)經(jīng)典演講；模仿英美電影經(jīng)典臺(tái)詞（功夫熊貓）。

6、學(xué)習(xí)趣味英語:

內(nèi)容：通過英文諺語、英文簡稱等典型詞語了解英語趣味文化

操作:英文簡稱：family；TCL；BMW;英文諺語: give me a five。

7、裝老外說英文和中文:

內(nèi)容：用假嗓子學(xué)美國人說英文和中文；fake it until you make it 操作：ladies and gentlemen，this is VOA special English。

8、用英語體現(xiàn)感情:

內(nèi)容：富有情感地說英語，記住，交流傳遞的不是語言而是情感
