1）筆試：重點(diǎn)考察考生分析問(wèn)題與解決問(wèn)題的能力。采用閉卷形式，考試時(shí)間為3小時(shí)，滿分100分。筆試科目包括刑事訴訟法學(xué)、民事訴訟法學(xué)和行政訴訟法學(xué)。
2）面試：主要考察考生分析問(wèn)題和口頭表達(dá)的能力，了解考生對(duì)專業(yè)課以及專業(yè)課以外知識(shí)技能的掌握情況；審閱考生的代表作（學(xué)術(shù)學(xué)位論文、已發(fā)表或者未發(fā)表的科研論文、調(diào)查報(bào)告）以考察考生的科研能力；考察考生政治思想、道德修養(yǎng)、興趣愛(ài)好、心理素質(zhì)、文明禮儀等方面的情況。滿分100分。
3）外語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力和口語(yǔ)測(cè)試：以口試形式測(cè)試，滿分100分。
2.擬錄取排名方法：
各專業(yè)錄取名次由以下公式換算錄取成績(jī)后由高到低排序
錄取成績(jī)=初試成績(jī)÷5×50%+復(fù)試成績(jī)×50%

1、自我認(rèn)識(shí)
想一矢中的，首先必須認(rèn)清自我，一定要弄清以下三個(gè)問(wèn)題。你現(xiàn)在是干什么的？你將來(lái)要干什么？你過(guò)去是干什么的？
這三個(gè)問(wèn)題不是按時(shí)間順序從過(guò)去到現(xiàn)在再到將來(lái)，而是從現(xiàn)在到將來(lái)再到過(guò)去。其奧妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主選中的是現(xiàn)在的你，他希望利用的是將來(lái)的你，而這將來(lái)又基于你的歷史和現(xiàn)狀。
所以，第一個(gè)問(wèn)題，你是干什么的？現(xiàn)在是干什么的？回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題，要點(diǎn)是：你是你自己，不是別的什么人。除非你把自己與別人區(qū)別開(kāi)來(lái)，在共同點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上更強(qiáng)調(diào)不同點(diǎn)，否則你絕無(wú)可能在眾多的應(yīng)征求職者中奪魁。對(duì)于這第一個(gè)問(wèn)題，自我反省越深，自我鑒定就越成功。
隨后，著手回答第二個(gè)問(wèn)題：你將來(lái)要干什么？如果你申請(qǐng)的是一份舉足輕重的工作，雇主肯定很關(guān)注你對(duì)未來(lái)的自我設(shè)計(jì)。你的回答要具體，合理，并符合你現(xiàn)在的身份，要有一個(gè)更別致的風(fēng)格。
然后，再著手回答最后一個(gè)問(wèn)題：你過(guò)去是干什么的？你的過(guò)去當(dāng)然都在履歷上已有反映。你在面試中再度回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題時(shí)，不可忽略之處是：不要抖落一個(gè)與你的將來(lái)毫不相干的過(guò)去。如果你中途徹底改行，更要在描述你的執(zhí)著、職業(yè)目標(biāo)的一貫性上下些功夫。要做到這一點(diǎn)，又要忠實(shí)于事實(shí)和本人，最簡(jiǎn)單的方法是：找到過(guò)去與將來(lái)的聯(lián)系點(diǎn)，收集過(guò)去的資料，再按目標(biāo)主次排列。
用這樣的方法，以現(xiàn)在為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，以將來(lái)為目標(biāo)，以過(guò)去為證實(shí)，最重要的是加深了你的自我分析和理解。其實(shí)，在面試的時(shí)候不一定有機(jī)會(huì)或者有必要照搬你的大作，但這三個(gè)問(wèn)題的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系點(diǎn)一定會(huì)體現(xiàn)在自我表述的整體感覺(jué)中，使你的形象栩栩如生。
2、投其所好
清楚自己的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)后，便可以開(kāi)始準(zhǔn)備自我介紹的內(nèi)容：包括工作模式、優(yōu)點(diǎn)、技能，突出成就、專業(yè)知識(shí)、學(xué)術(shù)背景等。

一、研二各選出20名運(yùn)動(dòng)員（15男5女）。
2、六人五足
本比賽項(xiàng)目為團(tuán)隊(duì)接力項(xiàng)目。以小組為單位，各小組選出12名運(yùn)動(dòng)員參加比賽，六男六女。分為兩組，每六人一組，分列跑道兩端，用繩將運(yùn)動(dòng)員各一條腿綁在一起，接力跑完全程，繩子散開(kāi)則判出局，用時(shí)少者獲勝。
3、螃蟹夾西瓜
本比賽項(xiàng)目為團(tuán)隊(duì)接力項(xiàng)目。以小組為單位，各小組選出10名運(yùn)動(dòng)員（5男5女）參加比賽，采用男女配對(duì)的方式，五對(duì)隊(duì)員分列跑道兩端，背夾球跑，全部結(jié)束用時(shí)少者獲勝。
4、轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)送水工
本比賽項(xiàng)目為團(tuán)隊(duì)接力項(xiàng)目。以小組為單位，各小組選出10名運(yùn)動(dòng)員參加比賽，男女不限。參賽隊(duì)員首先原地轉(zhuǎn)6圈，然后端起一杯水送到跑道終點(diǎn)處的容器內(nèi)。限時(shí)十分鐘，容器內(nèi)水最多者獲勝。
5、跳大繩
本比賽項(xiàng)目為團(tuán)隊(duì)項(xiàng)目。以小組為單位，各小組人參賽數(shù)不限，其中兩名參賽隊(duì)員負(fù)責(zé)搖繩，其余隊(duì)員跳繩。單位時(shí)間（3分鐘）內(nèi)跳過(guò)去人數(shù)最多的小組獲勝。
6、自行車慢騎
本比賽項(xiàng)目為個(gè)人項(xiàng)目。運(yùn)動(dòng)員騎車前行，最慢到達(dá)終點(diǎn)者獲勝，若身體著地，則判出局。請(qǐng)參賽隊(duì)員盡量自帶自行車。
積分規(guī)則：
團(tuán)隊(duì)項(xiàng)目前三名分別得分8分、6分、4分，個(gè)人項(xiàng)目前三名分別得分3分、2分、1分。最終成績(jī)即為本組成績(jī)，列出小組前三名,小組全體成員均可獲得精美獎(jiǎng)品。
