外語學(xué)院2012屆本科生畢業(yè)論文工作計劃

第一階段：選題與定題（2011年9月28日至11月7日）

第二階段：開題與寫作（2011年11月14日至2012年3月16日）

2011年12月8日前填寫完畢《本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計）開題申請表》（應(yīng)手寫），之后進入論文寫作階段。2012年3月16日前學(xué)生完成畢業(yè)論文寫作，提交指導(dǎo)教師進行修改。

學(xué)院將對《本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計）開題申請表》等進行全面檢查。

注：1）論文正文用外語撰寫，總字?jǐn)?shù)為7000字以上，或不得少于A4打印紙8頁。2）論文的第一章為文獻綜述部分，字?jǐn)?shù)不得少于1000字，所介紹的文獻不得少于6種。3）論文應(yīng)有300字以內(nèi)的中、外文摘要各一份以及三個中、外文關(guān)鍵詞。4）論文須有注釋，注釋采用腳注。注釋序號用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字加圓圈標(biāo)注，行文標(biāo)注為上標(biāo)。注釋序號該頁連續(xù)，全文不連續(xù)。5）論文字體為所學(xué)語種最常用的規(guī)范字體，使用相當(dāng)于中文小四的字號，行距為1.25倍。每一語種應(yīng)統(tǒng)一。6）指導(dǎo)記錄表、指導(dǎo)教師成績評定表、評閱教師成績評定表、答辯成績評定表、綜合成績評定表均應(yīng)手寫完成。7）論文正文的參考文獻數(shù)量至少15篇（部）。

★論文封皮的“完成時間”應(yīng)為完成指導(dǎo)之后。

第三階段：論文審查、答辯與成績評定（2012年3月26日～5月25日）

2012年3月26日前學(xué)院對所有的論文稿進行檢查，并對部分論文實行匿名評審，對存在問題的論文限期修改。4月13日前完成論文的整體指導(dǎo)和評閱工作。4月16日～27日進行論文答辯，完成綜合成績的評定工作。5月25日之前完成問題論文的整改及延期答辯工作。

★指導(dǎo)教師修改過的論文初稿應(yīng)于答辯前上交學(xué)院，統(tǒng)一保存。

★學(xué)校將對論文進行相似性檢測和匿名評審。

第四階段：評優(yōu)與總結(jié)（2012年5月21日至6月17日）

2012年6月15日前完成畢業(yè)論文的裝訂存檔工作。

青春魅力和諧

-----外語學(xué)院2013年共青團工作計劃

2013年外語學(xué)院共青團在學(xué)院黨委和校團委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，全面貫徹黨的十八大精神，深入學(xué)習(xí)實踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，鞏固黨、團先進性教育成果，整合我外語學(xué)院學(xué)科優(yōu)勢，拓展創(chuàng)新意識，堅持發(fā)展理念，發(fā)揚服務(wù)精神，開展一系列開拓創(chuàng)新，服務(wù)師生的特色活動。特對2013年工作做如下計劃：

一、思想教育

在原有思想政治教育工作基礎(chǔ)上，百尺竿頭、更進一步，形成以理論為指導(dǎo)，精神為基礎(chǔ)，能力為實踐的符合新時代要求的精神取向，最終實現(xiàn)“自我服務(wù)、自我管理 自我教育”的目標(biāo)。

1.大力開展具有學(xué)院特色的思想政治教育工作，開展英語黨、團組織生活。3月底，團委將整理以往優(yōu)秀英文團會資料，開展主題英文團會照片展，為如何正確開展具有班級特色的團會予以指導(dǎo)。將英文團會的特色風(fēng)采形成模式，在外語學(xué)院全團推廣。5月下旬，通過開展黨章知識競賽，以全員學(xué)子參與的競賽形式，號召廣大學(xué)生積極向黨組織靠攏，提高政治覺悟，發(fā)揮黨員的先鋒模范作用，堅持學(xué)生干部中的黨員服務(wù)原則，積極發(fā)揮黨員的先進模范作用。

2.加強與兄弟學(xué)校（學(xué)院）交流、合作，大力聯(lián)合其他學(xué)校學(xué)院開展第二課堂主題教育、學(xué)科競賽活動，進一步打造“外語之聲”文化品牌、開展主題語言類競賽、文藝巡演、革命傳統(tǒng)實踐等形式多樣的活動，進一步深化與各校（各院）師生的友誼，整合各種資源，為

外語學(xué)院團員青年提供更寬廣的實踐平臺和實踐經(jīng)歷。

3．發(fā)揮志愿者精神，樹立志愿者典型。本學(xué)期，青年志愿者協(xié)會將繼續(xù)堅持每月敬老院活動，組織動員廣大團員青年傳播“感恩、敬老、愛老、護老”意識，在更廣泛的范圍宣傳志愿者無私奉獻精神。開展以專業(yè)為依托的愛心英語家教活動，努力將活動進社區(qū)、進媒體。發(fā)現(xiàn)和樹立一批志愿者典型。

二、學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)

在本學(xué)期，我們將開展切實可行的促進學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)的活動，引導(dǎo)廣大同學(xué)以良好的精神風(fēng)貌取得優(yōu)異的成績，努力形成刻苦、勤奮、求實的學(xué)風(fēng)。

1.利用團委各種宣傳工具全方位、多層次地進行宣傳發(fā)動，努力營造濃厚的“學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)”氛圍。本學(xué)期，以學(xué)科部為中心，積極開展如“化學(xué)實驗進行時”等E+雙專業(yè)活動，滿足同學(xué)們對雙專業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)需求。此外，將聯(lián)合團委其他部門嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行外語學(xué)院課堂考勤工作，不定時抽查各班出勤率，并及時予以反饋。

2.利用外語學(xué)院專業(yè)優(yōu)勢，開展服務(wù)于全校同學(xué)的與英語相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗交流會，提高同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)英語的熱情與興趣，例如，每周二晚七點，英語角工作中心將于文科樓313開展“Starry Night English”星夜英語角活動，搭建語言溝通交流平臺，鍛煉英語口語能力。此外，開展一系列大學(xué)英語四六級經(jīng)驗交流會、專四專八交流會、團組織生活交流會、赴美帶薪實習(xí)交流會等。

3.大力開展課外科技活動。以為省級比賽為龍頭，在原有獲得湖

北省挑戰(zhàn)杯二等獎的基礎(chǔ)上，整合各專業(yè)資源，形成新的團隊參加全省、全國學(xué)術(shù)科技競賽挑戰(zhàn)杯（大挑），打造一批動手能力強、專業(yè)知識過硬、大賽經(jīng)驗豐富的師生隊伍，進一步夯實第二課堂實踐平臺，形成有隊伍、有制度、有資源的課外科技活動新格局。

三、品牌文化活動

通過豐富多彩的品牌文化活動，開展大學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展計劃，滿足同學(xué)的精神文化要求，不斷增強學(xué)院的凝聚力，提高全院師生的身體與文化素質(zhì)。

1.創(chuàng)建省級、校級“外語之聲”品牌活動，發(fā)揮文科院系同學(xué)們的文藝特長，積極組織開展院內(nèi)豐富多彩的文藝活動。鑒于校級“外語之聲”品牌效應(yīng)，四月中旬，學(xué)院團委將陸續(xù)開展第六屆“外語之聲”中外文歌唱大賽、“外語之聲”英文話劇表演大賽、“外語之聲”英文電影配音大賽。

2.組織動員全院團員青年參加學(xué)校體育活動。體育部將揚長避短，集中訓(xùn)練我院具有體育特長的男女生，建立院級排球、足球、籃球隊等，參加春季舉行的“羽翼杯”羽毛球賽、校級“飛揚杯”軟式排球賽、男子足球賽等體育活動。力爭女子籃球隊在學(xué)校比賽中保“三”爭“二”。

四．學(xué)生生活方面

本學(xué)期團委將對學(xué)生住宿和學(xué)生飲食方面加強調(diào)研力度，與校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)接待日密切對接，根據(jù)實際問題，建立健全信息溝通與反饋渠道。

1．加強宿舍衛(wèi)生觀念，提升宿舍文化品位，培養(yǎng)團結(jié)合作精神

營造溫馨的家園氛圍，以有利于同學(xué)們健康的生活和學(xué)習(xí)。堅持每月寢室衛(wèi)生檢查，對寢室的住宿和衛(wèi)生進行綜合考評。號召同學(xué)們在保證宿舍干凈、整潔的前提下，改變單調(diào)的生活環(huán)境，于4月中旬，開展具有我院特色的雙語寢室標(biāo)語設(shè)計大賽，充分發(fā)展各宿舍的獨特風(fēng)采，營造積極向上、勤奮努力、互相幫助的文化氛圍。此外，團委將組織各部門不定時進行大功率抽查，對違規(guī)用電行為進行堅決查處，保障同學(xué)們?nèi)松碡敭a(chǎn)安全。

2.建立健全師生溝通反饋制度。通過和學(xué)校各職能部門負(fù)責(zé)人的交流，以及每月最后一個星期一校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)接待日，總結(jié)提煉學(xué)生意見向校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)接待日和學(xué)院、學(xué)校各職能部門負(fù)責(zé)人提出，成為學(xué)校各職能部門溝通學(xué)生的有力平臺。

3.舉辦符合不同年級需要的、貼近同學(xué)生活的校園活動。充分利用本院女生數(shù)量大，才藝多的優(yōu)勢，舉辦展現(xiàn)女生風(fēng)采的活動，開展一系列有關(guān)于女生的講座。另外，4月下旬，女生部將舉行“外語之聲”第三屆我愛記單詞班級對抗賽，針對外院特點，將學(xué)習(xí)與娛樂結(jié)合起來，同時充分調(diào)動同學(xué)們記單詞的積極性，增強班級凝聚力和集體榮譽感。在團委自身建設(shè)方面，以人文關(guān)懷為基礎(chǔ)，以制度建設(shè)為基本點，全面落實績效考核與干部考核制度，我們將于4月底對第十屆外語學(xué)院團委成員進行民主考核與總結(jié)，并結(jié)合調(diào)研部關(guān)于團委工作調(diào)查問卷，反饋一年中工作中不足和亮點，表彰先進，使團委常規(guī)工作

常態(tài)化、重點工作責(zé)任化、專項工作突出化，從而指導(dǎo)下一屆團委以后更好的開展活動、更好的服務(wù)同學(xué)。

總之，以上為我們外語學(xué)院共青團擬定的2013年工作計劃，我們將繼續(xù)堅持“奉獻自我 實踐成才”的工作理念，堅持“團結(jié) 嚴(yán)謹(jǐn) 活潑 創(chuàng)新”的工作原則，在未來一年的工作中，作為全院團員青年與學(xué)校之間的橋梁，作為師生間交流的紐帶，為建設(shè)和諧外院、和諧工大做出應(yīng)有的貢獻。

第四篇：外語學(xué)院學(xué)生會女生部2012年工作計劃

外語學(xué)院學(xué)生會女生部2012年工作計劃外語學(xué)院學(xué)生會是一個個性鮮明、團結(jié)友愛、奮發(fā)向上的和諧集體，而女生部，則是其中獨具特色的一個分支。女生部的宗旨是關(guān)心女生、了解女生、愛護女生、服務(wù)女生。新的學(xué)期新的開始，學(xué)生會女生部本著認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，全心全意服務(wù)于學(xué)生的工作態(tài)度，在院團委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下開展各項活動，以期提高活動質(zhì)量，增強班級團體的凝聚力，讓廣大師生更為關(guān)注女生的生活、學(xué)習(xí)、心理，培養(yǎng)自立、自強、奮進的新一代大學(xué)生。為此，本部特制定以下工作計劃：

一、2012年學(xué)生會女生部干事招新

1.所需要求：認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，工作積極主動，活潑開朗，熱情大方，真誠關(guān)心每一個同學(xué)，建立良好的同學(xué)關(guān)系，和老師有良好的溝通。

2.招新時間：9月初

3.招新對象：2012級新生

二、禮儀隊招新

1.活動內(nèi)容：在大一新生中挑選大方端莊，禮儀得體的女同學(xué)，對其進行禮儀方面的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)，充實學(xué)院禮儀隊，展現(xiàn)新一代大學(xué)生的自我風(fēng)采。

2.活動方式：學(xué)生自愿報名參加，經(jīng)院團委老師及學(xué)生會干部的考核挑選，對合格學(xué)生進行相關(guān)方面的訓(xùn)練。

三、女生節(jié)

女生部，一個關(guān)于女生的部門，也設(shè)立了一個屬于女生自己的節(jié)日，即女生節(jié)。女生節(jié)初步計劃以兩周左右的時間面向全校師生開展活動。主要內(nèi)容包括關(guān)于舉辦關(guān)于女生辯題的辯論賽、女生歌唱及舞蹈才藝大賽、閉幕式等。閉幕式可以晚會形式開展，晚會節(jié)目由全院女生選送。具體活動可以有化妝著裝禮儀方面的講座，許愿瓶活動，女生風(fēng)采大賽等。活動時間：待定

四、女生講座

1.活動目的：通過走訪調(diào)查，了解當(dāng)代女生關(guān)心、關(guān)注的問題，多方面的充實大家的生活，提升個人修養(yǎng)與素質(zhì)。我們將舉辦關(guān)于女生心理，情感，學(xué)習(xí)，生活等方面的一系列講座，如:舉辦與女生相關(guān)的名人講座、校園美容講座、禮儀講座等活動。

2.活動時間：每月最后一個周日

五、手抄報活動

1.活動目的:關(guān)于女生保健.心理.情感.職場.禮儀等方面的系統(tǒng)性的宣傳以及相關(guān)方面的報道,為了使廣大女生認(rèn)識到在生活方面應(yīng)該注意的各種小細節(jié), 不斷完善自我。

2.活動主題:關(guān)于女生的心理.情感.職場.保健等方面的報道

3.活動方式：以月報的形式做出，每個月上旬出樣報。每月由各班承辦一期.在學(xué)院宣傳欄展出，由學(xué)生會組織人員進行評審，優(yōu)秀作品予以表彰獎勵。

4.作品要求：內(nèi)容積極向上，緊扣主題，形式不限。

六、開設(shè)女生信箱及意見收集反饋

為了更好的面向女生，服務(wù)女生，作好全院女生的思想工作，將開設(shè)女生信箱并定期發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷，用心傾聽來自各方方面的意見，及時了解全院女生的思想動態(tài)及生活狀態(tài)，妥善解決女同學(xué)在學(xué)習(xí)生活等方面遇到的困難和要求，協(xié)調(diào)女生思想工作，樹立女生形象，代表女生利益。

七、日常活動

學(xué)院女生部日?；顒又饕獮閷W(xué)院開展的“新生才藝展示”、“外語文化月”等一系列活動提供全面的支持，在做好自己本職工作的同時，與其他部門積極協(xié)調(diào)，配合，以求活動順利開展。如在晚會籌辦過程中做好演員的化妝工作及相關(guān)后勤保障工作，保證良好的舞臺效果。積極參與迎新工作，運動會工作，組織同學(xué)參加學(xué)校舉行各項活動，如征文比賽、游園活動等。

女生部全年工作計劃大體如上，在這一學(xué)年里，女生部一定會做好女生部的本職工作，積極與其他各部配合。從自身出發(fā)，加強對本部干事的素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)，鍛煉他們獨立工作的能力。同時結(jié)合我院實際，舉辦一些獨具特色的活動，調(diào)動大家工作熱情，豐富同學(xué)們的課余生活；同時還將積極認(rèn)真地完成學(xué)院交給的各項任務(wù)。全心全意為廣大師生服務(wù)，共建外語學(xué)院學(xué)生會的美好明天。

” 外語學(xué)院志愿者以是以倡導(dǎo)和推動愛心助人、奉獻社會為宗旨，是外語學(xué)院對同學(xué)們進行思想政治和傳統(tǒng)美德教育的重要途徑。自從外語學(xué)院志愿者成立以來，在外語學(xué)院黨支部的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，充分調(diào)動了外語學(xué)院志愿者服務(wù)的積極性，立足校園，走進社會，開展了一系列豐富多彩的活動。在2012年，依靠健全的組織建設(shè)，探索出一條培訓(xùn)、活動模式，取得了突出的成績。

2012年4月28至5月2日外語學(xué)院志愿者服務(wù)隊聯(lián)合農(nóng)夫山泉有限公司，在自貢市檀木林體育館舉行了以“水與生命”為主題的為自貢市大安區(qū)新民鎮(zhèn)杰克森關(guān)愛中心募捐的義賣活動，活動中每賣出一瓶農(nóng)夫山泉礦泉水就能為關(guān)愛中心募集一元善款，外語學(xué)院志愿者們不畏烈日暴曬，積極售賣，五天的時間共為關(guān)愛中心募集善款1130元。5月27日上午外語學(xué)院志愿者們將募集到得善款買成各種學(xué)習(xí)、體育、生活用品送到了杰克森關(guān)愛中心，將各種物資交到了關(guān)愛中心負(fù)責(zé)人手中，給關(guān)愛中心的孤兒帶去了一份關(guān)愛與溫暖。在捐贈活動中志愿者們主動與孩子們做游戲、叫他們唱歌跳舞，真正做到了與孩子們互動、溝通。志愿者們的真誠與熱情受到了孩子們的熱烈歡迎，杰克森關(guān)愛中心負(fù)責(zé)人以及農(nóng)夫山泉公司都對外語學(xué)院志愿者的奉獻精神給予了高度的評價，展現(xiàn)外語學(xué)子良好的精神風(fēng)貌。

本次活動不僅增強了大學(xué)生志愿者們的社會責(zé)任感，也為志愿者們了解社會，接觸社會，打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)，讓大學(xué)生志愿者們學(xué)會了回報社會，關(guān)愛弱勢群體。

經(jīng)過積極參與前期的充分準(zhǔn)備，外語學(xué)院志愿者也進行了“小腳印，愛隨行”，前往杰克森關(guān)愛中心的活動。由于本次活動志愿者活動志愿者報名積極，短短一周內(nèi)報名參與這次活動的志愿者就多達一百多名，最后我們挑選了四十五名同學(xué)參與本次活動，剩下的同學(xué)在以后的周末將陸續(xù)前往杰克森關(guān)愛中心對小朋友們的學(xué)習(xí)進行學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)，本次志愿者活動將是一個長期的幫扶活動。志愿者為孩子們表演了精心準(zhǔn)備的歌舞節(jié)目以及與孩子們互動玩游戲，我們無不為他（她）們天真溫暖的笑臉?biāo)袆?。由于這些孩子們幾乎都是小學(xué)生與中學(xué)生，所以我們也為他（她）們帶來了學(xué)習(xí)用具，為他（她）們輔導(dǎo)功課。聽著他（她）們那一句句謝謝，我們無不為他（她）們的素質(zhì)與涵養(yǎng)感到尊重。志愿者也詢問杰克森關(guān)愛中心的院長孩子們的需求，希望能夠盡我們最大的努力來幫助這些優(yōu)秀的孩子。在短暫的三個小時的活動中，志愿者與孩子們建立了深厚的友誼，從依依惜別的眼神中，我們明白我們應(yīng)該給他（她）們更多的關(guān)心。

在今年，我們的志愿者還去了老年大學(xué)，和老年大學(xué)的老人 們進行了交流和互動。這次的活動活動形式各種各樣，有朗誦，外語歌曲，拳術(shù)表演，舞蹈，服裝秀等。其中雙語朗誦詩歌，木 蘭劍表演，小提琴演奏，英語歌演唱等都極具特色，展示出年輕 人與老人們的風(fēng)采，深受大家的喜愛?；顒幼詈蟠蠹乙黄饸g快地 跳起鍋莊，增進了友誼，促進了交流。活動結(jié)束后老人們很開心，也感受到了年輕人的活力與朝氣，學(xué)習(xí)到了各種各樣的知識。豐 富了自己的生活。志愿者們感受到了老者們的活到老學(xué)到老的 精神，為我們今后的學(xué)習(xí)生活帶來了動力，激勵我們努力學(xué)習(xí)。我們也從中豐富了自己的學(xué)習(xí)生活，學(xué)到了知識，開闊了自己的 視野。

回首過去的工作，我們外語學(xué)院志愿者活動取得了喜人的成績，從中，我們學(xué)到了很多的知識也積累了很多的經(jīng)驗，我們也有一些體會：

1.樹立品牌意識，加大宣傳力度，擴大志愿者的社會影響，爭取更多的社會響應(yīng)；

2．積極爭取外語學(xué)院黨支部的支持是志愿者活動持續(xù)開展的保證。我們外語學(xué)院志愿者活動自開展以來，得到了學(xué)院黨委和行政的大力支持和關(guān)心，他們多次參與志愿者行動為我們活動的順利開展提供了堅實的基礎(chǔ)；

4．健全機制，永葆志愿者活動的旺盛生命力；

5．加強宣傳力度，形成全社會都來關(guān)注志愿者行動的良好氛圍；

6．逐步總結(jié)經(jīng)驗，逐步完善活動機制，積極借鑒先進的工作經(jīng)驗和管理方法，不斷推動我們的工作；

在今后的工作中，我校青年志愿者活動將繼續(xù)堅持服務(wù)他人，鍛煉自己的宗旨，繼續(xù)本著腳踏實地，勤奮創(chuàng)新的態(tài)度，“以青春揚激情，以奉獻促和諧”，譜寫青年志愿者行動的新篇章!
