一、申請(qǐng)條件

1.參加高等教育自學(xué)考試且各專(zhuān)業(yè)如下學(xué)位課程考試（每門(mén)百分制）平均成績(jī)達(dá)到70分以上（含70分）。

（1）環(huán)境工程專(zhuān)業(yè)：環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)、水污染控制工程、大氣污染控制工程。（2）公共管理專(zhuān)業(yè)：公共管理學(xué)、行政管理學(xué)、行政職業(yè)能力測(cè)評(píng)、人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理。

2.參加高等教育自學(xué)考試“英語(yǔ)

（二）”考試成績(jī)達(dá)到70分以上（含70分）。3.畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）成績(jī)達(dá)到良好以上（含良好）。

二、凡有下列情況之一者，不授予學(xué)士學(xué)位： 1.不具備上述授予條件者；

2.學(xué)習(xí)期間曾受過(guò)學(xué)?；蛩趩挝坏男姓涍^(guò)或以上處分者； 3.自畢業(yè)之日起至學(xué)位申請(qǐng)截止日超過(guò)一年者。

三、授予程序

四、注意事項(xiàng)

1.考生若在畢業(yè)前未能達(dá)到授予學(xué)士學(xué)位的要求，但希望獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位，可在規(guī)定學(xué)制內(nèi)繼續(xù)在自學(xué)考試中參加相關(guān)課程的考試，直至達(dá)到要求后再進(jìn)行畢業(yè)登記。

有關(guān)自學(xué)考試學(xué)位申請(qǐng)的問(wèn)題

一、申請(qǐng)學(xué)士學(xué)位條件

1、學(xué)習(xí)并通過(guò)考試計(jì)劃規(guī)定的政治理論課程，能夠掌握馬克思主義的基本理論，并具有運(yùn)用馬克思主義的立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)和方法分析、認(rèn)識(shí)問(wèn)題的初步能力。

2、通過(guò)自學(xué)考試，取得了本科全部課程的合格證書(shū)，完成了畢業(yè)論文并通過(guò)論文答辯，經(jīng)審核準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè)，表明考生確已較好掌握本學(xué)科的基礎(chǔ)理論，專(zhuān)門(mén)知識(shí)和基本技能，并具有從事科學(xué)研究或擔(dān)負(fù)專(zhuān)門(mén)技術(shù)工作的初步能力。

3、申請(qǐng)學(xué)士學(xué)位的考生所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的主干課程平均成績(jī)必須達(dá)到主考院校要求，并通過(guò)學(xué)位英語(yǔ)考試。(主考院校對(duì)學(xué)位授予有自己的規(guī)定，例如北京有8個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)要求平均分65分以上才可以授予學(xué)位，具體要求請(qǐng)咨詢(xún)主考院校。)

二、申請(qǐng)學(xué)位程序

1、高等教育自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)生符合學(xué)士學(xué)位審批條件，于發(fā)畢業(yè)證的同時(shí)向當(dāng)?shù)亟逃荚囋夯蜃詫W(xué)考試辦公室提出申請(qǐng)，填寫(xiě)學(xué)士學(xué)位評(píng)定表一式2份，交近期2寸免冠照片一張。

2、市考試院或自考辦對(duì)申請(qǐng)人檔案材料(包括本科畢業(yè)生鑒定表、畢業(yè)論文原件及論文成績(jī)單)和畢業(yè)生填寫(xiě)的學(xué)士學(xué)位評(píng)定表進(jìn)行審定，無(wú)誤后，于3月底報(bào)省考試院。

3、省考試院整理匯總各市地申報(bào)的學(xué)士學(xué)位材料，進(jìn)行初審，初審合格者將考生檔案材料與學(xué)土學(xué)位名冊(cè)于每年4月推薦給有授予權(quán)的主考學(xué)校。

4、主考學(xué)校學(xué)士學(xué)位主管部門(mén)和學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)按要求對(duì)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位者逐個(gè)評(píng)審，評(píng)審合格，授予學(xué)士學(xué)位，未通過(guò)者不再補(bǔ)授。

三、不授予對(duì)象

高教自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)生有下列情況之一者，不能授予學(xué)士學(xué)位：

1、違反四項(xiàng)基本原則，或受學(xué)校及工作單位紀(jì)律、行政處分者;

2、考試期間，有違紀(jì)、舞弊行為受到處理者;

3、未取得申請(qǐng)學(xué)士學(xué)位外國(guó)語(yǔ)統(tǒng)考合格證書(shū)者。

四、授予學(xué)位程序

1、參加學(xué)位外國(guó)語(yǔ)考試的考生在各主考學(xué)校報(bào)名。

2、符合學(xué)士學(xué)位授予條件擬申請(qǐng)學(xué)位者，須持本科畢業(yè)證書(shū)和外國(guó)語(yǔ)考試合格證，到主考學(xué)校學(xué)位辦申請(qǐng)并填寫(xiě)本科畢業(yè)生學(xué)士學(xué)位申請(qǐng)表，經(jīng)工作單位或有關(guān)學(xué)校審核，省自考辦審核成績(jī)后，交主考學(xué)校成教院(自考中心)，報(bào)學(xué)校學(xué)位委員會(huì)審核。

3、高等教育自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)生申請(qǐng)學(xué)位者應(yīng)向主考學(xué)校學(xué)位主管部門(mén)交納考務(wù)、評(píng)審等費(fèi)用，具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按有關(guān)文件精神執(zhí)行。同時(shí)向主考學(xué)校繳納一科次的報(bào)名費(fèi)。

4、主考學(xué)校學(xué)位辦將評(píng)審結(jié)果等相關(guān)材料報(bào)送省學(xué)位辦備案，同時(shí)送省自考辦一份備查。

五、補(bǔ)授情況

往屆未授予學(xué)士學(xué)位的高等教育自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)生，原則上一律不再補(bǔ)授。各地詳細(xì)情況請(qǐng)咨詢(xún)各地考辦。

時(shí)光如梭，歲月如流。在彷然間就在繼續(xù)教育下走過(guò)了一年，也順利的度過(guò)了人生中的第一次自學(xué)考試。這其中也注定夾雜著茫然和覺(jué)醒的過(guò)程，努力和收獲無(wú)疑是成正比的。因?yàn)檫@個(gè)世界上從來(lái)都不曾存在天上掉餡餅的事情，沒(méi)有努力過(guò)，機(jī)會(huì)你也只能眼睜睜的看著他從之間溜走。

收獲是光華無(wú)比的外表，而付出無(wú)疑才是堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的堡壘。剛來(lái)學(xué)校時(shí)，由于高考的陰霾讓我倍感壓力，半期的學(xué)習(xí)又讓我逐漸沉迷于大學(xué)的安逸，細(xì)細(xì)想來(lái)，原來(lái)大學(xué)也是一個(gè)考驗(yàn)自己毅力的場(chǎng)所。高度的自由有時(shí)的確會(huì)使人消沉于各種各樣的聲色犬馬，現(xiàn)在看來(lái)這才是自考學(xué)習(xí)中對(duì)自己最最具有威脅的陷阱。因?yàn)樽钥甲钥?，何為自考？我在臨考前一個(gè)月才琢磨出來(lái)，原來(lái)自考就是對(duì)自己的一場(chǎng)考試，自己才是決定自己未來(lái)走向的領(lǐng)航者。為何？因?yàn)槲覀兊目荚囍贫葲Q定了我們?cè)揪褪呛捅静渴清娜徊煌模覀兊幕A(chǔ)也決定了我們底子原本就比本部的差，在這種情況下如果自己再不能經(jīng)受住大學(xué)的種種誘惑，又談何欲火，談何重生呢？一年來(lái)，雖然課程多、時(shí)間緊，與同學(xué)之間面對(duì)面的交流、研討的機(jī)會(huì)也不多，但是這都不是借口，只有自我放縱才是根本之根本。

切忌莫圖當(dāng)下須臾雨，而放棄今后甘霖露啊。知識(shí)就是人的力量源泉，沒(méi)有專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)、專(zhuān)業(yè)技巧，什么成功都不會(huì)與你相約，只有真正的掌握了解所學(xué)的東西才能便于日后面對(duì)社會(huì)的種種問(wèn)題。對(duì)于現(xiàn)金社會(huì)，我要不斷的充實(shí)自己，完善自己，使自己能夠成為適應(yīng)這個(gè)社會(huì)的專(zhuān)業(yè)人才。將來(lái)如果社會(huì)給我機(jī)會(huì)的時(shí)候，我就能以我的所學(xué)完完全全的融會(huì)到往后的工作當(dāng)中去，所以現(xiàn)在屬于我們的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備期。曾經(jīng)有位老師跟我們說(shuō)過(guò)：人的機(jī)遇難求，當(dāng)機(jī)遇來(lái)的時(shí)候就要好好的抓住它，當(dāng)時(shí)如果你沒(méi)有駕馭它的能力，你還是只能眼睜睜的看著它從你的身邊溜走，而無(wú)可奈何，與其到時(shí)后悔，還不如現(xiàn)在就立馬付諸行動(dòng)，至少這樣你不會(huì)后悔莫及。

因此想通這一觀點(diǎn)后，我開(kāi)始制定了考試的準(zhǔn)備計(jì)劃：

首先是要制定好總體的學(xué)習(xí)大綱，耳后關(guān)鍵卻在于貫徹執(zhí)行，否則是計(jì)劃天花亂墜，實(shí)際形同殘廢。大綱的存在目的是為了讓自己明確目標(biāo)，確立方向，從茫然中走出來(lái)投入到學(xué)習(xí)中去。而此重要性是不言而喻的，試想為什么這么多人在大學(xué)常感空虛，常常茫然無(wú)助，這就是沒(méi)有明確目標(biāo)的綜合癥狀。無(wú)目標(biāo)最好像滄海浮萍，藍(lán)天一葉，還談何讓自己考試通過(guò)呢？

其次，通過(guò)一系列的相關(guān)課程學(xué)習(xí)，使我深刻地認(rèn)識(shí)到讓想考試下筆如有神，必然要自己綜合一些考試材料，注意，我說(shuō)的是自己去總結(jié)，而不是光靠老師的資料，因?yàn)榧埳系脕?lái)終覺(jué)淺，絕知此事要躬行。別人的看上十遍，效果和不會(huì)有自己總結(jié)一邊效果好。

最后就是沖刺階段了，這也是非常重要的一步，這個(gè)階段不妨先放下早已經(jīng)看了多遍的書(shū)本，做一些歷年真題，提高自己的題感能力，使自己在考試中碰上重復(fù)或類(lèi)似的題型不至于在屢屢丟分了。

過(guò)程雖然較為辛苦一些，可是最后我無(wú)疑是收獲了甜美的果實(shí)，試問(wèn)還有比什么在自己努力后獲得成功更能美好的呢？至少給你家人能帶去欣慰的笑容，至少能自己帶來(lái)豐收的喜悅，使我們?cè)诿悦Ｖ锌吹侥菭N爛的光芒。

空房間（有的也翻譯成 空房誘 奸 這是我認(rèn)為唯一可以上榜的韓國(guó)電影了。。）初戀五十次（其實(shí)外國(guó)的愛(ài)情電影有太多了 但是這個(gè)浪漫的很別致 很新穎）

諜影重重（我認(rèn)為最好看的牒片！并不是以高科技秘密武器凸顯間 諜的神秘和能力 而是靠決策 戰(zhàn)術(shù) 還有訓(xùn)練養(yǎng)成的習(xí)慣 感覺(jué)很真實(shí) 不玄乎）舞出我人生（看1 第二部太普通了 完全可以不看 這電影很美 但也只是很美而已。。電影沒(méi)什么內(nèi)涵）鋼琴家 荒島余生（讓我很奇怪 這部電影Fedex竟然沒(méi)掏一分錢(qián)贊助費(fèi)）

錦衣衛(wèi)（加上上面的幾個(gè) 都是最近的作品 不得不說(shuō) 國(guó)產(chǎn)電影越來(lái)越上道兒了 只不過(guò)光追求商業(yè)性了。。太單薄。。）

大話(huà)西游（哇 這電影簡(jiǎn)直就是開(kāi)創(chuàng)了新紀(jì)元啊。。不僅喜歡它的無(wú)厘頭 還喜歡里面的愛(ài)情。。）

可可西里（里面的巡邏隊(duì) 在可可西里真實(shí)存在）我們倆（同類(lèi)的還有“月球”“空房間”“夢(mèng)想照進(jìn)現(xiàn)實(shí)” 就是電影從始至終就那么兩三個(gè)人 場(chǎng)景也不怎么換 就一個(gè)地方）

男人四十（愛(ài)死林嘉欣了。。還有張學(xué)友）

迫在眉睫（好人干壞事兒 看電影的過(guò)程中一直猜測(cè)著結(jié)局 挺能吸引人的）狙擊電話(huà)亭（快節(jié)奏電影 看了一秒想下一秒）持續(xù)驚恐（同上兩步 扣人心弦 吸引人）

相信有很多人會(huì)認(rèn)為 斷頭谷 致命ID 迫在眉睫 狙擊電話(huà)亭 持續(xù)恐慌 這幾部電影算是經(jīng)典之列了吧 不過(guò)我還是把這些放在了下面 這些電影 或多或少都有遺憾之處 我只能說(shuō) 是很努力很努力想要拍好的電影 但還算不上一流（我這么說(shuō) 很多人會(huì)噴我了 不明白為什么大家都那么盲目的崇拜蒂姆伯頓 我連無(wú)頭騎士根本就沒(méi)放在這個(gè)榜單里 斷頭谷 我覺(jué)得還是放在下面好了。。當(dāng)然剪刀手愛(ài)德華我還是非常喜歡的）死亡飛車(chē)

關(guān)于暴力街區(qū) 有些話(huà)不得不說(shuō) 這電影的跑酷其實(shí)很不精彩。。也就是鉆車(chē)玻璃 鉆門(mén)玻璃 鉆送餐口 那么寥寥幾個(gè)片段很過(guò)癮 其他還有什么呢？打斗場(chǎng)面無(wú)趣之極 動(dòng)作導(dǎo)演一定很爛。。就是跳來(lái)跳去 雖然跳來(lái)跳去難度也很大 但是觀賞性實(shí)在是不佳。。其實(shí)國(guó)人不要把跑酷看的這么神奇 大家最早看到跑酷的時(shí)候 你們還是孩子呢----成龍！成龍電影里面的跑酷 比暴力街區(qū)觀賞性強(qiáng)多了！

最后放點(diǎn)讓我非常失望的電影 都很出名
