      二、答辯技巧

      學(xué)生首先要介紹一下論文的概要,這就是所謂“自述報告”,須強(qiáng)調(diào)一點的是“自述”而不是“自讀”。這里重要的技巧是必須注意不能照本宣讀,把報告變成了“讀書”。“照本宣讀”是第一大忌。這一部分的內(nèi)容可包括寫作動機(jī)、緣由、研究方向、選題比較、研究范圍、圍繞這一論題的最新研究成果、自己在論文中的新見解、新的理解或新的突破。做到概括簡要,言簡意賅。不能占用過多時間,一般以十分鐘為限。所謂“削繁去冗留清被,畫到無時是熟時”,就是說,盡量做到詞約旨豐,一語中的。要突出重點,把自己的最大收獲、最深體會、最精華與最富特色的部分表述出來。這里要注意一忌主題不明;二忌內(nèi)容空泛,東拉西扯;三忌平平淡淡,沒有重點。

      一、問:論文什么時候答辯?

      答:2015年五月三十日 上午8點30分

      二、問:畢業(yè)論文答辯時,需要準(zhǔn)備哪些材料?

      答:論文答辯前,必須得到論文指導(dǎo)教師批準(zhǔn)答辯的簽字,未經(jīng)指導(dǎo)教師準(zhǔn)許,不得擅自答辯。答辯前需要把論文修改稿(一稿、二稿、三稿)打印并裝入檔案袋一并交給指導(dǎo)教師;將定稿論文打印一式三份,在答辯時交給答辯指導(dǎo)教師。答辯前準(zhǔn)備5-10分鐘左右的英語論文陳述,熟悉論文,并準(zhǔn)備回答答辯指導(dǎo)教師根據(jù)論文提出的問題。

      三、問:可以提前或者推遲答辯嗎?

      答:特殊原因需要提前答辯,可以與系主任聯(lián)系,前提條件是論文必須獲得指導(dǎo)教師準(zhǔn)許,方能進(jìn)行答辯。如果論文寫作未能達(dá)到指導(dǎo)教師要求,指導(dǎo)教師有權(quán)要求學(xué)生推遲答辯,但是由于推遲答辯引起的一切后果,學(xué)生自負(fù)。所以請各位同學(xué)務(wù)必及時與指導(dǎo)教師取得聯(lián)系,認(rèn)真修改論文。

      六、問:如果在答辯時不能完成論文或沒有獲得論文指導(dǎo)教師批準(zhǔn),或者第一次答辯沒有通過,該怎么辦?

      八、問:要求準(zhǔn)備的裝論文三稿的檔案袋是哪一種?檔案袋封面要標(biāo)注哪些信息?

      答:普通檔案袋就可以了。檔案袋封面需要寫明:姓名、學(xué)號、專業(yè)、年級、班級、論文題目(中英文)、指導(dǎo)教師、聯(lián)系方式 上交日期,同時標(biāo)注出檔案袋內(nèi)所附文件(論文一二 三稿)

      九、問:論文答辯后,還有什么需要做的事情?

      答:論文答辯時,答辯指導(dǎo)教師可能會提出針對論文的修改意見,在論文答辯后,如果沒有要求同學(xué)進(jìn)行二辯的話,答辯后把需要修改的地方同指導(dǎo)教師進(jìn)行討論后,進(jìn)一步修改,在指導(dǎo)教師同意后,可以將最后的定稿打印出來。然后到院辦或者找自己的指導(dǎo)教師領(lǐng)取論文封皮,按照指導(dǎo)教師的要求填寫論文封皮,然后裝訂畢業(yè)論文。在上交論文定稿的同時,把論文定稿的電子版交給指導(dǎo)教師,要求所有論文文件出現(xiàn)在一個WORD 文檔中。如果論文第一次答辯沒有通過,繼續(xù)修改論文,在兩天后參加二次答辯。
