第一遍：對照文本（無論源語是中文還是英文）劃分段落層次，標(biāo)出各個意群。

第二遍：練習(xí)筆記法，把每個意群用符號表示出來。多練習(xí)幾次，直到能把主要內(nèi)容和重點(diǎn)字詞的符號熟練默寫下來。

第三遍：不再劃分意群，對照整段文字寫符號，寫完之后蓋上文字，看著自己的符號將內(nèi)容用源語復(fù)述出來，再對照文本查漏補(bǔ)缺。

第四遍：不再對照文字，而是找人用比較慢的語速念或者用軟件將段落調(diào)至比原音慢1-2倍的速度放音，跟著記筆記，然后用源語復(fù)述內(nèi)容，查漏補(bǔ)缺。

第五遍：用正常語速念或播放音視頻，跟著記筆記，然后用源語復(fù)述內(nèi)容，查漏補(bǔ)缺。

第六遍：對照文本，按照劃分的意群一個意群一個意群翻譯，然后對照譯文查漏補(bǔ)缺。

第七遍：一個意群一個意群念或播放音視頻，邊做筆記邊翻譯。然后對照譯文查漏補(bǔ)缺。

第八遍：用比正常速度慢1-2倍的語速播放完整的音視頻，邊做筆記邊翻譯，然后對照譯文查漏補(bǔ)缺。

第九遍：用正常速度播放完整的音視頻，邊做筆記邊翻譯，然后對照譯文查漏補(bǔ)缺。

第十遍：對段落的某些部分做微調(diào)或找類似的語段考察是否掌握重點(diǎn)詞、術(shù)語、句型的翻譯方式。

這樣練過10遍后，應(yīng)該能熟練掌握一篇文章了。之后先暫時將它放在一邊，過一段時間（如一個月）后再用正常語速播放音視頻，考察筆記或聽譯，看還有哪些地方卡殼或翻譯不準(zhǔn)確。
