      各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo),各位老師大家好,我今天說課的課程是商務(wù)英語口語,說課內(nèi)容是商務(wù)情景一Reception接待的第1,2課時(shí)。

      首先介紹一下本次說課的目錄,本次說課從7個(gè)方面進(jìn)行,說定位,說目標(biāo),說內(nèi)容,說教法,說學(xué)法,說教程和反饋總結(jié)。第一個(gè)方面,說定位。

      包括兩項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,課程定位和本章節(jié)定位。

      一、課程定位。商務(wù)英語口語是商務(wù)英語專業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的核心課程。是一門實(shí)用性,技能性很強(qiáng)的課程。主要是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生從事外貿(mào)行業(yè)必備的職業(yè)技能。它是商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的專業(yè)必修課,對(duì)象是大二年級(jí)的學(xué)生,通過大一時(shí)國際貿(mào)易,實(shí)用英語和商務(wù)英語的學(xué)習(xí),加上商務(wù)英語口語課的實(shí)踐,從而培養(yǎng)學(xué)生從事外貿(mào)行業(yè)的職業(yè)技能。

      二、本章節(jié)定位。我用了三個(gè)一來給本章節(jié)定位。一條線索,第一個(gè)情景,第一個(gè)單元。一條線索是指本冊(cè)書是由一條商務(wù)線索貫穿始終,第一個(gè)情景是指接待是商務(wù)情景中的開始,所有商務(wù)流程要從接待開始;第一個(gè)單元是指本節(jié)課是第一個(gè)單元第一節(jié)課,所以非常重要。這個(gè)圖是每個(gè)單元的課程內(nèi)容。每個(gè)單元一個(gè)主題,有單詞講解,示范對(duì)話,學(xué)生對(duì)話,閱讀文章和口語話題。第二,說目標(biāo)

      總目標(biāo)是全面提高學(xué)生語言綜合應(yīng)用能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生商務(wù)職業(yè)技能。分為三個(gè)目標(biāo),知識(shí)目標(biāo),能力目標(biāo)和素質(zhì)目標(biāo)。知識(shí)目標(biāo)是3個(gè)。

      2、掌握基本的商務(wù)流程

      3、掌握商務(wù)接待的相關(guān)表達(dá)法。能力目標(biāo)是要求學(xué)生能夠運(yùn)用準(zhǔn)確、規(guī)范、流利的英語完成商務(wù)接待,能夠靈活運(yùn)用日常英語進(jìn)行商務(wù)對(duì)話。素質(zhì)目標(biāo)是要求學(xué)生具備從事對(duì)外商務(wù)活動(dòng)的基本素質(zhì),具備良好的對(duì)外溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。第三,說內(nèi)容

      本節(jié)課接待主要完成兩個(gè)大內(nèi)容,一個(gè)是介紹教材的線索和商務(wù)基本流程。另一個(gè)是學(xué)習(xí)商務(wù)接待相關(guān)表達(dá)法和對(duì)話。下面說一下本節(jié)課的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),還有解決方法。針對(duì)本節(jié)課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,教學(xué)重點(diǎn)是3個(gè),1是弄清教材的線索,掌握商務(wù)流程2是掌握商務(wù)接待相關(guān)表達(dá)法3是熟讀教材示范對(duì)話。教學(xué)難點(diǎn)是根據(jù)教材示范對(duì)話,學(xué)生分組進(jìn)行商務(wù)情景模擬演練。針對(duì)教學(xué)重點(diǎn),我采用的解決方法是16個(gè)字。聽說領(lǐng)先,實(shí)踐為主,詞匯跟上,理解到位。針對(duì)教學(xué)難點(diǎn),我采用的解決方法是8個(gè)字。由簡(jiǎn)到難,啟發(fā)教學(xué)。第四,說教法

      學(xué)校推行教學(xué)方法改革,改變傳統(tǒng)的單一的講授法,運(yùn)用多種教學(xué)方法授課。本節(jié)課我采用的教學(xué)方法有講授法,歸納法,提問法,情景教學(xué)法,小組討論法。使用講授法和歸納法講解本節(jié)課的單詞,歸納常用表達(dá)法。使用提問法提問學(xué)生重點(diǎn)句型的翻譯和對(duì)對(duì)話內(nèi)容的理解。使用情景教學(xué)法給定學(xué)生一個(gè)商務(wù)接待的情景,學(xué)生進(jìn)行模擬商務(wù)情景表演。使用小組討論法,讓學(xué)生分組討論,合作學(xué)習(xí)。本學(xué)期的商務(wù)英語口語課我主要是將情景教學(xué)法應(yīng)用到我的教學(xué)中,建構(gòu)主義理論認(rèn)為,情景教學(xué)法是在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中創(chuàng)設(shè)真實(shí)的教學(xué)情景,使學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境相類似,使學(xué)生圍繞真實(shí)問題進(jìn)行自主探究學(xué)習(xí),這也是在學(xué)法中我將要提到的。在課上首先使用講授法讓學(xué)生掌握商務(wù)接待的相關(guān)表達(dá)法,然后學(xué)生小組討論分配角色,組織語言,最后將情景教學(xué)法應(yīng)用到教學(xué)中。情景教學(xué)法在口語教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用非常普遍,也十分有效。下面幾張圖片是學(xué)生在課堂上進(jìn)行情景表演的案例。第五,說學(xué)法

      在教法中提到了學(xué)生合作和探究學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生有厭煩學(xué)習(xí)的,有刻苦學(xué)習(xí)的,針對(duì)厭煩學(xué)習(xí)型可以使用合作學(xué)習(xí)和觀察學(xué)習(xí)調(diào)動(dòng)積極性,針對(duì)刻苦型學(xué)生可以使用自主學(xué)習(xí)和探究學(xué)習(xí),通過自主,探究,合作,觀察學(xué)習(xí)達(dá)到以學(xué)生為中心,學(xué)生為主體的教學(xué)模式。第六,說教程
