Welcome to our machining workshop.It’s founded in 2007.It is mainly responsible for the relevant professional students’ skill training.The skill training includes ordinary lathes and CNC machining operation.CNC is short for Computer Numerical Control.We have 12 ordinary lathes on the right hand side and 8 CNC lathes on the left.This way please.This is our advanced Machining Center（MC）.It can produce the pieces with complex slug（grooves）, or with space curved surface.Nowdays,With the help of the CAM and CAPP software, the machining technology is reasonable and the effect is good.We have a sample of the students’ in the showcase over there.Let me show you all.This way please.These are the junction boxes produced for a company.They are made of aluminum.It can effectively control the cable shielding interference.This way please.These are the common tools, including hand tools used for benchwork, measuring tools and cutting tools.Look at the first showcase.They are wrenches, hammer, screwdrivers and others.The measursing tools include steel rules, dial calipers, micrometre calipers, V type and right angle rules.These are the cutting tools.The cutters include two type—the intergal type and the combination type.They are made two kinds of material—high-speed steel and hard alloy.These are the woekpieces made by the students.The ones on the left are made by the ordinary lathes.The middle ones are the pieces of bench work.The ones on the right are produced by the NC machines.This is the workpiece I just refered.It was processed in the machining center.Our school badge was processed on it.You see—Jiangsu Communication College.This way please.These are the milling machine, drill press ,grinders and other equipment.This machine combies drilling and milling.The shaper is used for palning

掏出一顆心 架起一座橋

孝感車間有職工67名，其中黨員有24名，陳書(shū)記從黨員較多的孝感工區(qū)為龍頭，抓住黨員教育不放，整設(shè)備、樹(shù)形象。黨員、工友以前是各干各的，無(wú)法形成一個(gè)整體的帶頭作用，沒(méi)有充分發(fā)揮出黨員積極帶頭的作用。當(dāng)時(shí)大家心里上有一種共識(shí)：“不干不出事，越干越出事?！痹O(shè)備沒(méi)故障就沒(méi)人去整治，大家都怕出事，都怕?lián)?zé)任。陳書(shū)記迅速召開(kāi)黨員大會(huì)，重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)黨員的模范帶頭作用，提高大家對(duì)整治設(shè)備的認(rèn)識(shí)。剛開(kāi)始就有3個(gè)黨員帶頭整治設(shè)備，首先通過(guò)車間的檢查得到有肯定，嘗到設(shè)備整治的好處，這下大家都按捺不住，紛紛進(jìn)行設(shè)備大檢查、大整治的活動(dòng)中。在隨后段兩次的段一體化檢查中，孝感車間以設(shè)備質(zhì)量過(guò)硬，得到段領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的嘉獎(jiǎng)。在每季度的黨員會(huì)上，陳書(shū)記親自給大家上黨課，他說(shuō)：講政治，就是抓生產(chǎn)。通過(guò)不斷的學(xué)習(xí)，逐步的進(jìn)步，大家的思想認(rèn)識(shí)提高了，思想境界不一樣了，在工作中的表現(xiàn)更出色了。黨員的進(jìn)步，帶動(dòng)了更多職工的進(jìn)步。像孝感車間這樣一個(gè)進(jìn)步的團(tuán)體，是沒(méi)有克服不了的困難。

看到職工工作環(huán)境差的情況后，在整治設(shè)備的同時(shí)，陳書(shū)記加強(qiáng)建線工作，在設(shè)備質(zhì)量提高的同時(shí)，孝感車間各工區(qū)的環(huán)境得到大大改善，人員的精神面貌也得到大大的改觀。

作為支部書(shū)記在后進(jìn)職工面前，他是一名真誠(chéng)的傾聽(tīng)者，用心聽(tīng)出他們思想上的困惑，了解他們思想上真實(shí)的想法，用行動(dòng)去解決令他們苦惱的問(wèn)題，用自己的誠(chéng)心去感動(dòng)他們，帶動(dòng)他們。職工或職工的家屬住院了，陳書(shū)記一定會(huì)親自去看望，職工有困難的陳書(shū)記一定會(huì)去家訪，職工心里有想法或?qū)囬g的決定有不滿的，陳書(shū)記一定會(huì)找他談心。因?yàn)樵陉悤?shū)記心里對(duì)每個(gè)職工的家庭情況、工作情況、思想動(dòng)態(tài)都有一本明細(xì)帳。另不少職工感到欣慰的是，無(wú)論遇到什么困難，陳書(shū)記始終和他們站在一起。陳書(shū)記常說(shuō)：“黨支部不僅僅是向職工宣傳黨的政策和精神，更多的是做實(shí)事讓職工感受黨的溫暖，給職工送去黨的關(guān)懷，黨支部就是一座黨和職工的橋梁。

書(shū)記走進(jìn)新時(shí)代 不拘一格顯才能

“做書(shū)記也是干信號(hào)，講政治也是為了保安全。”其實(shí)在任孝感黨支部書(shū)記前陳書(shū)記當(dāng)了7年的中修隊(duì)長(zhǎng)，負(fù)責(zé)所有信號(hào)設(shè)備的中修任務(wù)是一名不折不扣的技術(shù)人員，在任書(shū)記后他思想上是那么想的，也是那么做的。

在2003年6月，京廣線第五次提速施工，當(dāng)時(shí)孝感車間施工量大，主任負(fù)責(zé)不過(guò)來(lái)，陳書(shū)記就親自負(fù)責(zé)了曲線改造的施工工程，曲線改造施工難度大、作業(yè)量大。電務(wù)段孝感車間的曲線改造施工最多，大的曲線改造有8處，要完成移信號(hào)機(jī)、電纜、移頻箱等工作，小的達(dá)80之多，要求信號(hào)機(jī)進(jìn)行平移，整過(guò)施工都須考慮電纜的安全。在施工的前夕，陳書(shū)記帶領(lǐng)施工人員進(jìn)行大量的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)事先調(diào)查工作，制定出周密的施工方案，與工務(wù)部門密切配合，順利的完成了施工任務(wù)。在施工中常常為了一個(gè)施工方案的落實(shí)，而多次查圖紙、下現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考證、確保施工的萬(wàn)無(wú)一失。

許多困難都事施工中無(wú)法預(yù)料的，陳書(shū)記在施工前進(jìn)行了大量充分的準(zhǔn)備工作，將可能發(fā)生的突發(fā)事情都考慮進(jìn)去，使整個(gè)施工任務(wù)得以順利的進(jìn)行。就這樣書(shū)記掛帥負(fù)責(zé)施工，任務(wù)完成的有聲有色。誰(shuí)說(shuō)書(shū)記只管政治，我們的陳書(shū)記照樣能負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)。真可謂：書(shū)記走進(jìn)新時(shí)代，不拘一個(gè)顯才能。
