第三遍：不再劃分意群，對(duì)照整段文字寫(xiě)符號(hào)，寫(xiě)完之后蓋上文字，看著自己的符號(hào)將內(nèi)容用源語(yǔ)復(fù)述出來(lái)，再對(duì)照文本查漏補(bǔ)缺。

第四遍：不再對(duì)照文字，而是找人用比較慢的語(yǔ)速念或者用軟件將段落調(diào)至比原音慢1-2倍的速度放音，跟著記筆記，然后用源語(yǔ)復(fù)述內(nèi)容，查漏補(bǔ)缺。
