近期，華東理工大學(xué)中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目與澳洲會(huì)計(jì)師公會(huì)就中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目畢業(yè)生報(bào)考澳洲會(huì)計(jì)師基礎(chǔ)課全免政策達(dá)成一致意見(jiàn)。自2015年起，凡持有工商管理碩士學(xué)位的華東理工大學(xué)中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目畢業(yè)生，可獲得澳洲注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師課程(CPA Australia)8門(mén)基礎(chǔ)階段考試的豁免(無(wú)免科費(fèi)用)，經(jīng)過(guò)入會(huì)評(píng)估后，直接成為澳洲會(huì)計(jì)師公會(huì)Associate會(huì)員，獲得澳洲會(huì)計(jì)師公會(huì)Associate會(huì)員證書(shū)。

成為澳洲會(huì)計(jì)師公會(huì)Associate會(huì)員同時(shí)，可進(jìn)入相當(dāng)于研究生水平的專(zhuān)業(yè)階段6科考試?？荚囆问綖槿⑽拈_(kāi)卷考，每年5月和10月舉行，完成6科專(zhuān)業(yè)階段考試及滿足3年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，即可申請(qǐng)成為澳洲注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師(CPA Australia)。6科專(zhuān)業(yè)階段課程為： 道德與治理，選修科目一，戰(zhàn)略管理會(huì)計(jì)，選修科目二，財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告和全球戰(zhàn)略與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。選修科目需從以下科目中選擇兩門(mén)：高級(jí)稅法，高級(jí)審計(jì)與鑒證，財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和當(dāng)代企業(yè)課題。

此外，根據(jù)2015年入會(huì)政策，如華東理工大學(xué)中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目學(xué)生如通過(guò)部分和所有中國(guó)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師的科目考試，可以豁免更多澳洲會(huì)計(jì)師公會(huì)專(zhuān)業(yè)階段考試。

2014年初，華東理工大學(xué)中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目開(kāi)始與作為全球最大的會(huì)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè)團(tuán)體之一的澳洲會(huì)計(jì)師公會(huì)開(kāi)展合作，就中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目學(xué)員報(bào)考澳洲注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師和參加澳洲注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師公會(huì)會(huì)員講座培訓(xùn)等達(dá)成合作意向。目前，中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目已有學(xué)員獲得澳洲會(huì)計(jì)師公會(huì)Associate會(huì)員證書(shū)。

華理中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目成功舉辦Australia Day活動(dòng)

2013年6月15日，由專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)位教育中心中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目部舉辦、商學(xué)院校友中心協(xié)辦的“Australia Day——我與中澳零距離”活動(dòng)在華東理工大學(xué)逸夫樓演講廳舉行。本次活動(dòng)以“創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)業(yè)”為主題，通過(guò)專(zhuān)題講座和互動(dòng)沙龍的形式對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行展示和介紹。澳大利亞駐滬總領(lǐng)館商務(wù)處領(lǐng)事徐佩儀、華東理工大學(xué)校黨委常委、商學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)吳柏均、華東理工大學(xué)外事處處長(zhǎng)焦家俊、堪培拉大學(xué)教師代表Simon Hoy、原中國(guó)駐澳大利亞悉尼領(lǐng)事館領(lǐng)事禹昱以及中心的老師參加了此次活動(dòng)。

在致辭中，吳柏均教授分析了商學(xué)院在中國(guó)迅猛發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)中所起到的作用。他認(rèn)為，現(xiàn)在的國(guó)內(nèi)合作辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目有兩種類(lèi)型，一類(lèi)辦得非常好，獲得國(guó)家認(rèn)證，另一類(lèi)則是沒(méi)有取得教育部的認(rèn)證。他提出，華東理工大學(xué)中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目作為獲得國(guó)家認(rèn)證的優(yōu)質(zhì)項(xiàng)目，要在辦學(xué)過(guò)程中充分利用自身特色，以高水平的辦學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，不斷提升辦學(xué)質(zhì)量，為社會(huì)輸送國(guó)際化管理精英。焦家俊教授在致辭中，介紹了我校中外合作與交流工作以及中澳MBA項(xiàng)目的情況。徐佩儀領(lǐng)事為來(lái)賓介紹了中國(guó)和澳大利亞兩國(guó)友好的外交關(guān)系，并指出如今兩國(guó)在教育產(chǎn)業(yè)上有著越來(lái)越多的合作與交流，希望該項(xiàng)目作為兩國(guó)教育合作的紐帶越辦越好，培養(yǎng)出更多的國(guó)際化人才。Simon Hoy教授介紹了澳大利亞堪培拉大學(xué)近年來(lái)在師資、教育資金、硬件設(shè)施、學(xué)生活動(dòng)、就業(yè)情況、國(guó)際學(xué)生等方面的發(fā)展情況。

隨后，禹昱教授為大家?guī)?lái)《商務(wù)提升關(guān)系----在澳大利亞投資與創(chuàng)業(yè)》的精彩演講。禹教授從中澳兩國(guó)外教關(guān)系入手，分析了澳大利亞單位商務(wù)環(huán)境，并用生動(dòng)的案例和視頻資料介紹了如何在澳大利亞進(jìn)行投資和創(chuàng)業(yè)。

在創(chuàng)業(yè)主題沙龍《創(chuàng)業(yè)，你準(zhǔn)備好了嗎》環(huán)節(jié)，具有豐富創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的企業(yè)家周陽(yáng)、朱菁文和魏康三位嘉賓現(xiàn)身說(shuō)法，以一個(gè)個(gè)生動(dòng)的案例，與來(lái)賓們探討了創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中經(jīng)受的各種考驗(yàn)。嘉賓們睿智的思維、幽默的言語(yǔ)和得體的談吐博得了熱烈掌聲。

Hello, my name is Lawrence Pratchett.I am dean of the faculty of business government law.It's my real pleasure to be here today to talk about the UC-ECUST Joint MBA that we deliver here at the ECUST.The relationship with ECUST is now been running for fifteen years.We recruited fifteen co hosted students and more importantly, we graduated now of eight hundred students from the program.大家好，我是堪培拉大學(xué)商業(yè)、政府與法律學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)Lawrence Pratchett。今天很榮幸在這里向大家介紹華東理工大學(xué)中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目。我們已經(jīng)和華東理工大學(xué)合作了十五年。我們招收了十五屆學(xué)員，更重要的是，目前已有800多位學(xué)員畢業(yè)于我們項(xiàng)目。

Very great pleasure to be here this evening to celebrate the fifteen-year’s, so we have been in collaboration and partnership with ECUST in order to deliver what I think is a very, very successful MBA program.We are very proud of this back in Canberra of this program, and proud of the graduates that we have from the program.Does anybody know how many graduates we now have? Is it more than a hundred? Is it more than two hundred? Is it more than five hundred? Now, I did want to just tell you a little story about why we think the MBA is an important qualification.When I was a very genuine office worker before I became an academic, I was very keen and worked very late in the evening in order to do my job well.I went dinning to the area of the office where we had a photocopy machine, and where we also had a machine for shredding documents, you know those? And, at the shredder with the chief executive of my organization, and I said, “ good evening, sir, can I help you with them.You have a great big document.” He said, “ yes, I need to get this done urgently.” So I said “Certainly, sir, can I help you” So I took it from him, and I pressed the button on the shredder and I started to feeding the document in.I fed the last page then he said “thank you, what is your name?”, so I told him my name.He said, “Good!Make fifty copies for me, please.I need those proposals.”

我想通過(guò)一個(gè)故事告訴你為什么MBA課程是如此重要？我在成為大學(xué)老師以前是一個(gè)非常誠(chéng)懇的辦公室工作人員。我很熱愛(ài)我的工作，為了做好它我每天經(jīng)常工作到很晚。在辦公室里有影印機(jī)和文件粉碎機(jī)，你們知道那些辦公儀器嗎？有一次我在那里遇到了我們的首席執(zhí)行官，我對(duì)他說(shuō)：“晚上好，先生，我可以幫助你嗎，你有很多文件?！彼f(shuō)：“是的，我需要馬上完成這個(gè)?！蔽艺f(shuō)“好的，先生，讓我來(lái)！” 然后我接過(guò)他的文件，按下了碎紙機(jī)的按鈕，然后把文件放進(jìn)去。當(dāng)我放到最后一頁(yè)時(shí)，他說(shuō)：“謝謝，你叫什么名字？” 我告訴了他，他說(shuō)：”很好，請(qǐng)幫我復(fù)印五十份.我需要那些計(jì)劃書(shū)?！?/p>

Now, That’s an important story because I think MBA is important not for the genuine, member of the office, he was doing what he thought he should do, but because and I think our that MBA is about stopping you from being stupid chief executives, and about being very clever chief executives, and seeing intelligence in your organizations.這是一個(gè)很重要的故事。我認(rèn)為MBA之所以重要，不是因?yàn)樗麑?duì)辦公室里的員工誠(chéng)懇，做著他認(rèn)為應(yīng)該做的事。MBA重要是因?yàn)樗芊乐鼓愠蔀橛薮赖氖紫瘓?zhí)行官，而成為非常聰明的首席執(zhí)行官，是你能看見(jiàn)你組織中的智慧所在。

I am struck I have been coming to China for eleven years at different times.I am really struck by the difference in China from when I first came.And that means by that I mean the growth in the economy, the importance of China, not only to Chinese people now but also to the world.I should know the Chinese economy is now second or third most important economy in the world, is likely to become the most important economy and that's five to ten years.That means that you, have incredible responsibility.I told you I can be serious.It’s a major responsibility you have because you are people who are gonna to be leading if you are not already do it yourself and some of you already are.Leading important organizations, important businesses, they don’t just have an impact upon the local economy here in Shanghai.That’s exactly important, but increasingly you will have an influence on the world.我在不同時(shí)期一共來(lái)過(guò)中國(guó)十一次。非常吃驚的看到第一次來(lái)時(shí)的中國(guó)和現(xiàn)在的差異。那意味著經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)，中國(guó)現(xiàn)在對(duì)自己乃至全世界都很重要。中國(guó)現(xiàn)在是世界第二、第三重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)體，很有可能在未來(lái)的五到十年內(nèi)成為最重要的。那意味著你們擔(dān)當(dāng)著令人難以置信的責(zé)任。你們有著重要的責(zé)任，因?yàn)槟銈儗⒊蔀轭I(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，你們中有些人已經(jīng)是了。引領(lǐng)重要的組織和企業(yè)不只對(duì)上海當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)有著重要的影響，而且逐漸將會(huì)在世界上產(chǎn)生一定的影響。

University of Canberra, hope that all of our MBA graduates have three values which are the important values.堪培拉大學(xué)希望所有我們MBA畢業(yè)生都有三個(gè)重要的價(jià)值觀。

One, enterprise and innovation.We think that enterprise innovation not just no matter what you do in a business world.You have to be creative and innovative, but let me just put a Chinese contact from that for a moment: everywhere I look, I see “made in China”, or everything I have in Australia, just a back but we know that the Chinese government and Chinese businesses that we talk about not just “made in China”, but “designed in China”.That’s really important because acutually become the global leaders of the world, so your creativity, your innovation, is really going to matter.I want to talk for a moment about the middle-income trap.Do you all know the middle-income trap? This is something that happens to countries where their economies develop quickly.They develop a very affluent middle class, who are able to spend money to help grow the economy, but the country itself cannot project itself activate its own economic fortunes into the global market efficiently to stop being just manufacturer but also producer of high-quality, high-value goods.And this is a challenge that everybody they look economics recognizes China faces.This is why “designed in China” really matters because China has to, if it continues to be a successful economy, move beyond that middle income into the high-value goods.And, you are the people I believe among this is not just your responsibility, but you among many others who are gonna have to lead China on the world in doing that.So, that was the first point: enterprise innovation.第一，企業(yè)和創(chuàng)新。我們認(rèn)為企業(yè)創(chuàng)新不只是你在商業(yè)世界所能做的。你必須有創(chuàng)造力和創(chuàng)新，但是我要提一個(gè)中國(guó)背景：在每個(gè)地方我看到的都是中國(guó)制造，或者只在澳大利亞的每個(gè)地方。但是我們所說(shuō)的中國(guó)政府和中國(guó)商業(yè)不只是中國(guó)制造，更是中國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)。那才是真正重要的，因?yàn)轭I(lǐng)導(dǎo)全球需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造力和創(chuàng)新。我想談一談中等收入的陷阱。它是在一個(gè)國(guó)家高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期出現(xiàn)的。它促成了一個(gè)非常富裕的中產(chǎn)階級(jí)，他們能夠通過(guò)消費(fèi)拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)，但是國(guó)家不能有效地激活它自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)財(cái)富進(jìn)入全球市場(chǎng)，只能成為普通的制造商而不是高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商。這是一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)，每個(gè)關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)的人都知道中國(guó)。如果它要成為一個(gè)持續(xù)成功的經(jīng)濟(jì)體，就需要超越中產(chǎn)收入成為高價(jià)值的商品制造國(guó)，這就是為什么“中國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)“那么重要了。我相信這不只是你們的責(zé)任，而且是很多其他要在世界上帶領(lǐng)中國(guó)創(chuàng)造和創(chuàng)新的人的責(zé)任。這是第一點(diǎn)，企業(yè)創(chuàng)新。

Second one, social value and responsibility.It’s not sufficient in the modern economy to just make money.In Britain where I come from we recognize that in 2008, with the global financial crisis, where our banks collapsed almost because they became obsessed with making money to the lack of the benefit of the wide society.Does anybody read the book published about eighteen months ago by Thomas Piketty Called Capital.(Capital in the Twenty-First Century)Thomas Piketty is a French economist, talks about how during periods of world growth economies distribute the wealth more equally, but during periods that economic start nation that wealth become accumulated in property, and actually poorer people get poorer, and richer people get richer.Again, this is a challenge that I think China faces, not just for China, but also in developing world.I apologize for being controversial here, but I think it is important that we recognize the social responsibility we have in the businesses we run, whether it is my business which is university, or whether it is the businesses you run, that we are actually about helping the whole society and not just our businesses, that doesn’t mean to say we give our profits away, but it does mean, we take the responsibility to ensure that our society, whether we talking about our local community, or whether we talking about the world benefits, from the top of things we do.We don’t exploit, we sit and value what we do.第二點(diǎn)，社會(huì)價(jià)值和責(zé)任。在現(xiàn)代的經(jīng)濟(jì)下，只知道賺錢(qián)是不夠的。我來(lái)自英國(guó)，我們承認(rèn)在2008年全球金融危機(jī)廣泛的社會(huì)缺失下，銀行變得著迷于印錢(qián)，因此幾近崩潰。有沒(méi)有人讀過(guò)Thomas Piketty在十八個(gè)月以前出版的一本書(shū)叫資產(chǎn)（二十一世紀(jì)的資產(chǎn)）。Thomas Piketty是一個(gè)法國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家，講的是在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)時(shí)期財(cái)富是怎樣更加平等的分配。但是在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)開(kāi)始的時(shí)期，財(cái)富變成了財(cái)產(chǎn)的累積，事實(shí)上窮人更窮，富人更富。再一次強(qiáng)調(diào)，我認(rèn)為這是中國(guó)面臨的一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)，不只是對(duì)中國(guó)，對(duì)發(fā)展中世界亦是如此。很遺憾對(duì)此會(huì)有些爭(zhēng)議，但是我認(rèn)為非常重要的是要去認(rèn)識(shí)到商業(yè)中的社會(huì)責(zé)任，無(wú)論是我們的企業(yè)還是大學(xué)，我們事實(shí)上是在幫助整個(gè)社會(huì)，不只是我們自己的企業(yè)。這并不是說(shuō)我們要放棄利益，而是說(shuō)無(wú)論我們是在談?wù)摦?dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)，還是談?wù)撌澜缋?，我們要讓承?dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任成為首要任務(wù)。我們不謀私利，而是坐下衡量做事的價(jià)值。

We know that so much of our planet faces challenges which are unsustainable.I’m not just talking about climatic sustainability.I’m not just talking about the environment, although that is important.I’m talking about granting whatever we do and making it sustainable.So, if I give you a very locally example that you are all familiar with, when we university of Canberra enter link of relationship with ECUST, we didn’t see it as a two or three year opportunity to get a few students, make a bit money.We saw it as a long term relationship and in fact my conversation today with my colleague from ECUST, have been very much about how we grow this partnership and continue to make it work after fifteen years success.That is sustainability.And that is something that we all thrived for.我們地球面對(duì)的一大挑戰(zhàn)就是不可持續(xù)性。我不只是在談?wù)摎夂虻目沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展，不只是在談?wù)摥h(huán)境，盡管那很重要，我說(shuō)的是保證我們所做的一切都是持續(xù)發(fā)展的。我給你舉一個(gè)非常熟悉的例子，當(dāng)堪培拉大學(xué)與華東理工大學(xué)建立聯(lián)系，沒(méi)有把它當(dāng)成是一個(gè)兩、三年的招收一些學(xué)生并從中盈利的機(jī)會(huì)。我們把它看成是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的合作關(guān)系。事實(shí)上我和華東理工同事今天交談主要內(nèi)容就是怎樣增長(zhǎng)伙伴關(guān)系并讓它在十五年以后持續(xù)成功地發(fā)展。我們將全力以赴。

慶祝中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目辦學(xué)十五周年校友之夜晚會(huì)成功舉行

為慶祝中澳合作MBA項(xiàng)目辦學(xué)十五周年，2015年5月9日晚在華東理工大學(xué)舉辦了主題為“激情，沉淀，飛躍，展望”的校友之夜晚會(huì)，堪培拉大學(xué)商業(yè)政府與法律學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)Lawrence Pratchett教授、商學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)閻海峰教授、商學(xué)院專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)位中心教學(xué)培養(yǎng)部主任韓麗清副教授、商學(xué)院校友中心袁竹君主任、澳大利亞駐會(huì)計(jì)師公會(huì)業(yè)務(wù)拓展主任錢(qián)茵女士、中澳項(xiàng)目部任課教師、項(xiàng)目主任和全部老師以及百余名中澳校友參加了此次活動(dòng)。整場(chǎng)晚會(huì)氣氛熱烈，取得了圓滿成功。

晚會(huì)伊始，堪培拉大學(xué)商業(yè)與政府學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)Lawrence Pratchett教授為晚會(huì)致辭。首先，他對(duì)中澳合作MBA成功辦學(xué)15周年表示祝賀。他表示非常高興能與華東理工大學(xué)商學(xué)院成為合作伙伴，并一同培養(yǎng)了八百多名杰出校友。為此他感到非常自豪。接著Lawrence Pratchett說(shuō)到，中國(guó)正發(fā)生著日新月異的變化，在座的 MBA校友和學(xué)員不但會(huì)成為推動(dòng)中國(guó)發(fā)展，而且會(huì)成為影響世界的經(jīng)理人?？芭嗬髮W(xué)MBA教育致力于從三方面培養(yǎng)社會(huì)所需要的人才，即企業(yè)創(chuàng)新、社會(huì)價(jià)值和責(zé)任以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展。他表示，堪培拉大學(xué)商業(yè)政府與法律學(xué)院一直以中澳合作MBA校友為榮，他期望校友們?cè)谖磥?lái)能取得更大的成就、作出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

有的人想考中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師，但聽(tīng)說(shuō)由于工作年限不夠是不能報(bào)考的，那我想考中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師搞不清中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師報(bào)考條件中的工作年限如何計(jì)算的?，該怎么辦呢？

2013年中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師報(bào)名如下，報(bào)考人員滿足下列中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師條件之一即可：①.取得博士學(xué)位。

②.取得碩士學(xué)位，從事會(huì)計(jì)工作滿一年。

③.取得雙學(xué)士學(xué)位或研究生班畢業(yè)，從事會(huì)計(jì)工作滿二年。

④.取得大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷，從事會(huì)計(jì)工作滿四年。

以上中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師報(bào)考條件中的工作年限是這樣計(jì)算的，從考生會(huì)計(jì)從業(yè)資格證書(shū)的注冊(cè)日期開(kāi)始計(jì)算，截止日期為中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師考試報(bào)名當(dāng)年年底前，比如會(huì)計(jì)從業(yè)資格證書(shū)注冊(cè)日期為“2007-6-18”，到2012年12月31日，則會(huì)計(jì)工作年限已滿5年，但不滿5年（大專(zhuān)學(xué)歷需要從事會(huì)計(jì)工作滿5年）。按照相關(guān)規(guī)定，如果已經(jīng)取得大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷則可報(bào)考2013年的中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)職稱(chēng)考試。
