道歉信是指因過(guò)失或疏忽做錯(cuò)了事，給別人帶來(lái)了麻煩或損失，發(fā)覺(jué)后要立即寫信給對(duì)方賠禮道歉時(shí)寫的信件。道歉是一種禮貌，道歉信要寫得坦率，誠(chéng)懇。

道歉信通常包括三部分內(nèi)容：

1、表示歉意，道歉的原由；

何為“順頌商祺”

經(jīng)常用email與客戶聯(lián)系，發(fā)現(xiàn)在郵件的末尾的祝賀語(yǔ)當(dāng)中看到“順頌商祺”的詞語(yǔ)，概念一直很模糊。今天在網(wǎng)上搜索了一下，明白其中的含義。

原來(lái)，順頌”就是順便稱頌一下，祺是吉祥、安好的意思。在幾十年前用文言文寫信的時(shí)候，在信末問(wèn)候語(yǔ)就用到這個(gè)“祺”字。你在上學(xué)，就寫學(xué)祺。一般常用的是：時(shí)祺、暑祺（夏天）。你在做生意，就寫商祺。就是向你問(wèn)候商場(chǎng)順利吉祥?！绊橅炆嚏鳌睆淖置嫔鲜恰绊槺阕Ｄ虡I(yè)發(fā)展順利”的意思，現(xiàn)在只是作為商業(yè)往來(lái)信函中的結(jié)束語(yǔ)，相當(dāng)于日常寫

信中的“此致敬禮”。

在以前的書信中經(jīng)常會(huì)看到“X祺”，“X安”，“X?！?，“X禧”，“X吉”之類的祝福，比如“商祺”，“文祺”，“近祺”，“籌安”，“德安”，“客安”，“冬安”，“財(cái)安”，“曼?！保澳觎?，“新禧”，“春禧”等等。

關(guān)于祝頌的方式也根據(jù)對(duì)象的輩分和尊卑有關(guān)，如給長(zhǎng)輩寫信一般用“敬請(qǐng)福安”，“敬頌崇祺”，同樣給上級(jí)寫信一般用“恭請(qǐng)”，“敬請(qǐng)”，“祗請(qǐng)”等，給平輩寫信一般“即請(qǐng)大安”，“順祝商祺”，給晚輩用“順問(wèn)”即可。
