Chunyan Feng,is a professor of Information and Communication Engineering at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT).She received her Ph.D.degree in communications and information systems from BUPT.Prof.Feng is currently Deputy Dean of School of Information and Communication Engineering, BUPT.She has long devoted herself in scientific research and teaching activities in the field of communications and information systems and her current research interests include key technology of the air interface in broadband mobile communication system, wireless core network architecture and its control policy, cognitive radio and network, etc.She has led several state-level, ministerial-level and cooperative programs with scientific research institutes and companies.Prof.Feng has published 4 books, more than dozens of papers in national or international academic journals and conferences.She is now a member of Signal Processing Committee of Experts affiliated to China High-Tech Industrialization Association.石晶林，男，1972年生，教授，兼職博士生導師。1999年獲北京理工大學信號與信息處理專業(yè)博士學位，1999年-2001年為北京郵電大學通信與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè)博士后。2001年進入中國科學院計算技術研究所工作，現(xiàn)任中科院計算所無線技術研究中心副主任?，F(xiàn)主要研究方向為寬帶無線通信系統(tǒng)，下一代異構網(wǎng)絡智能管理與控制，下一代移動通信網(wǎng)絡空中接口關鍵技術，以及IPv6和移動IPv6關鍵技術等。主持和參與了多項國家級、省部級項目，申請國家發(fā)明專利幾十項；在國內(nèi)外學術刊物和會議上共發(fā)表論文近百篇；出版專著兩部?，F(xiàn)任北京郵電大學兼職教授，IEEE中國分會會員，中國計算機協(xié)會高級會員，北京信息通信協(xié)會高級會員，國家信標委寬帶無線多媒體組寬帶無線多媒體通信MAC技術標準小組組長等。

Jinglin Shi, is a professor of the Institute of Computing Technology(ICT), Chinese Academy of Science(CAS)and a visiting professor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT).He received his Ph.D.degree in Signal and Information Processing from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1999 and severed as a postdoctoral Researcher at BUPT from 1999 till 2001.Prof.Shi entered the ICT/CAS in 2001 and is now the Vice Director of Advance Wireless Technology Research Center of ICT.His current research interests include network system of broadband wireless communication, intelligent management and control signaling system for the next generation heterogeneous network, the air interface architecture of next generation mobile communication network, key technology of IPv6 and Mobile IPv6 Mesh Network etc.As an author of 2 books, and approximately 100 papers in national or international academic journals and conferences, Prof.Shi has led several state and ministerial level projects and owns decades of national invention patents.He is now a member of IEEE China Section, a senior member of Chinese Computer Federation and a senior member of Beijing Information Communication Association，and a header of MAC standard team in broadband wireless multimedia group which is supported by National Information Standards Committee and Ministry and Information Industry(MII).紀陽，男，1972年出生，副教授，碩士生導師?，F(xiàn)為移動生活與新媒體實驗室負責人。2002年畢業(yè)于北京郵電大學電信工程學院，獲工學博士學位。主要從事移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務與應用、移動通信網(wǎng)絡技術、移動智能終端技術和業(yè)務平臺技術領域的研究。主持及參與多項國家863計劃、自然科學基金、歐盟第六框架項目以及與國內(nèi)外運營商和制造商之間的橫向科研項目。Ji Yang，is an associate professor of Information and Communication Engineering at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT).Professor Ji received his Ph.D.degree from school of telecommunication engineering，Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications at 2002.Professor Ji is now responsible for the Mobile life and New Media Laboratory.His current research interests include mobile Internet services and applications, mobile communication network technology，mobile terminal technology and service platform，etc.Having taken charge of several national projects, such as the High-Tech Research and Development(863)Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation，Sixth Framework Program（FP6）of EU and research projects of network operators and manufacturers.裘曉峰，女，1969年出生，副教授，碩士生導師。1994年畢業(yè)于北京郵電大學通信與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè)，獲碩士學位。現(xiàn)為移動生活與新媒體實驗室教師。多年來從事與寬帶網(wǎng)絡與業(yè)務相關的教學科研工作，曾作為主要參加人參加國家和省部級項目5項，負責企業(yè)合作項目多項，獲部級科技進步一、二等獎各一次，發(fā)表多部專（譯）著，申請專利4項。近幾年的主要研究有：分布式網(wǎng)絡技術、網(wǎng)絡安全、下一代核心網(wǎng)絡架構、P2P技術與應用、移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術、云計算等。

Qiu Xiaofeng，is an associate professor of Information and Communication Engineering at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT).Professor Qiu received her M.S.degree of communication and information specialty from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications at 1994.Professor Qiu is now working at the Mobile life and New Media Laboratory.Having participated in several national and enterprise projects on broadband networks field and won the Prize of ministry-level Science and Technology Progress for two times.Her current research interests include distributed network technology，network security，architecture of next generation core network，P2P technology and applications，mobile Internet technology，cloud computing，etc.朱新寧，女，1970年生。副教授，碩士生導師。北京郵電大學下一代通信系統(tǒng)理論與技術研究室成員。分別于1992年和1995年獲北京郵電大學通信工程專業(yè)工學學士學位、通信與信息系統(tǒng)工學碩士學位。長期從事通信與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè)的科研與教學工作，現(xiàn)主要研究方向為寬帶無線移動通信網(wǎng)絡及新技術，包括B3G/4G無線資源管理技術、射頻測試技術、無線核心網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡結構及控制策略技術等。先后承擔并完成了多項國家863項目，國家自然科學基金項目、省部級項目以及與科研院所和企業(yè)的合作項目。

Xinning Zhu, is an associate professor of Information and Communication Engineering at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT).Prof.Zhu is now a researcher at the Next Generation Communication System Theory and Technology Laboratory at BUPT.She received her M.S.degree in Communication and Information system from BUPT in 1995.She has long engaged in scientific research and teaching activities in the field of communications and information systems and her interest is in new technology of broadband wireless and mobile communication network, including B3G/4G radio resource management, RF testing technology and wireless core network architecture and its control policy.Prof.Zhu has also participated in several national projects, such as the High-Tech Research and Development(863)Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation programs, state and ministerial level programs as well as cooperative programs with scientific research institutes and companies.張同須，男，1964年生。教授級高級工程師，兼職碩士生導師。北京郵電大學下一代通信系統(tǒng)理論與技術研究室兼職教授。1987年畢業(yè)于北京郵電大學無線電工程系，獲通信與電子系統(tǒng)工學碩士學位。多年來一直從事大型電信網(wǎng)絡的工程設計工作，現(xiàn)致力于IP及寬帶移動通信網(wǎng)絡的設計和研究工作。曾組織并承擔了CHINANET等大型全國性IP骨干網(wǎng)絡的工程設計，并編寫了有關的技術體制和設計規(guī)范，獲多個國家及部級獎項，發(fā)表數(shù)十篇論文，出版兩本專著。2001 年享受國務院政府特殊津貼?，F(xiàn)任中國移動通信集團設計院副院長兼總工程師，工業(yè)與信息化部通信科學技術委員會委員。

Tongxu Zhang, is a professorate senior engineer.He graduated from the Department of Radio Engineering at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 1987 and received his M.S.degree in communications and electronic system.He has been engaged in projects upon designing of large-scale telecom network.Now he commits himself to the design and research on IP and broad band mobile communication network.He has taken charge of or participated in the design of large-scale national IP backbone networks such as CHINANET and produced associated technical scheme and specification.He has won many national and ministerial-level awards, published dozens of papers and two books.From 2001, he began to take the State Council Government Special Allowance.Prof.Zhang serves as Vice-president and Chief Engineer of China Mobile Group Design Institute, Visiting Professor of Next Generation Communication System Theory and Technology Laboratory in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, a member of Communications Technology Committee of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.徐強，男，1977年生。副教授，兼職碩士生導師。北京郵電大學下一代通信系統(tǒng)理論與技術研究室兼職副教授。分別于1997年和2000畢業(yè)于北京郵電大學，獲電信工程學院工學學士學位和工學碩士學位；2005年畢業(yè)于加拿大麥克馬斯特大學，獲電子與計算機工程學博士學位。主要研究計算機輔助設計和超大規(guī)模片上系統(tǒng)的設計、調(diào)試與測試。目前已在上述領域于重要的國際期刊、高質(zhì)量的國際會議上發(fā)表多篇文章；獲2004年歐洲設計自動化與測試大會最佳論文獎?，F(xiàn)任香港中文大學計算機科學與工程學系副教授，深圳先進技術研究院副研究員。

Qiang Xu, is an associate professor of Computer Science & Engineering at Chinese University of Hong Kong and a visiting associate Professor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT).He received his B.S.and M.S.degrees in the School of Telecommunication Engineering from BUPT in 1997 and 2000, respectively.Then he continued his graduate study and received his Ph.D.degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from McMaster University, Canada, in 2005.His current research interests include Computer-aided Design, Design, Debugging and Test of very large scale system-on-a-chip integrated circuits.He has published a number of papers upon these areas in important international journals and conferences.Dr.Xu won the Best Paper Award for the 2004 IEEE/ACM Design, Automation and Test in Europe(DATE)Conference and Exhibition.He now serves as an Associate Researcher of Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology.
