一.指導(dǎo)思想
以《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》理念為準(zhǔn)繩,以全面實(shí)施新基礎(chǔ)教育為宗旨,以課題研究為抓手,以提高小學(xué)英語教學(xué)效益為中心,以提高教師專業(yè)化水平為目標(biāo),以課堂教學(xué)為主陣地,整合優(yōu)質(zhì)資源,為我校小學(xué)英語課改實(shí)驗(yàn),為推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育提供有效指導(dǎo)和優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),從而提高我校英語教學(xué)研究整體水平,努力構(gòu)建有利于學(xué)生語言學(xué)習(xí)能力的發(fā)展的務(wù)實(shí)有效的小學(xué)英語課堂教學(xué)。二.工作目標(biāo)
1、本學(xué)期重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)課堂教學(xué)模式的研討,確實(shí)提高集體備課的效率。
2、優(yōu)化教學(xué)過程,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
3、積極創(chuàng)建優(yōu)秀教研組。
4、積極參加市、區(qū)骨干教師評(píng)選,提高教師英語專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
5、學(xué)生積極參加各種競(jìng)賽活動(dòng),力爭(zhēng)在區(qū)、市獲獎(jiǎng)。三.工作重點(diǎn)
(一)建立學(xué)習(xí)制度,加強(qiáng)教師學(xué)習(xí)。
1、學(xué)習(xí)理論,轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,要繼續(xù)深入學(xué)習(xí)《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,正確領(lǐng)會(huì)課標(biāo)精神。要系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)一些論著,如:《新基礎(chǔ)教育》,提高自己的理論修養(yǎng)。
2、鼓勵(lì)教師開展教學(xué)改革實(shí)踐,邊教邊研究。要不斷反思自己的實(shí)踐,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提高自己的教學(xué)水平。以備課、上課和評(píng)課為切入口,強(qiáng)化同課異構(gòu)和同課跟進(jìn)的教學(xué)工程。
3、同時(shí)把個(gè)人的體會(huì)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)變成文本材料--論文,用于交流和發(fā)表。這是提升實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的行之有效的方法,只有通過不斷總結(jié)并撰寫文章,才能使自己的感悟和體會(huì)理性化,才能真正內(nèi)化為個(gè)人的內(nèi)涵素質(zhì)。本學(xué)期,要發(fā)動(dòng)好、挑選好優(yōu)秀論文參加區(qū)市級(jí)的論文評(píng)比。
4、教研組加強(qiáng)教研和學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的計(jì)劃性、針對(duì)性,提高活動(dòng)的實(shí)效性,把教研和學(xué)習(xí)的落腳點(diǎn)放在提高備課、上課的質(zhì)量上,采取有效措施,提升教師自主進(jìn)行教學(xué)研究的意識(shí)和能力。加強(qiáng)集體備課,相互聽課、評(píng)課,堅(jiān)持教師自我反思,在新課程理念框架下,形成個(gè)體行動(dòng)理念。同伴互助,教師間相互幫助,互相學(xué)習(xí),取長補(bǔ)短,共同進(jìn)步,營造濃厚的“教研”氛圍。提倡個(gè)人反思,寫好課后反思與重建,不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),努力探索新的教學(xué)方法使教學(xué)模式化向教學(xué)個(gè)性化轉(zhuǎn)變,從而形成個(gè)人獨(dú)特的教學(xué)風(fēng)格。
(二)規(guī)范英語教學(xué),全面提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
1.認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,尤其抓好集體備課和快餐式備課。教案是教師實(shí)施教學(xué)的藍(lán)本。要備好課,必須鉆研課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),鉆研教材,熟悉教材的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系和編寫意圖,目的要求和重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn);必須研究面對(duì)的學(xué)生,熟悉他們的已有認(rèn)知和能力,讓他們處在智力的最接近發(fā)展區(qū);必須發(fā)揮組內(nèi)每位教師的優(yōu)勢(shì),充分利用各種信息,豐富教案;必須善于反思,不斷總結(jié)課堂實(shí)踐中的得失,優(yōu)化自己的教案,使其更切合實(shí)際,從而更有效。以集體備課為抓手、以快餐式備課為保障,努力備好每節(jié)課,特別是校本研究課。
2.認(rèn)真上課。課堂教學(xué)是所有教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的中心環(huán)節(jié),小學(xué)英語課堂教學(xué)中要關(guān)
注學(xué)生的生活和情感,要關(guān)注情感態(tài)度和價(jià)值觀的提升。獲得語言知識(shí)和發(fā)展語言技能并不是基礎(chǔ)英語課程的全部內(nèi)容英語課程還要實(shí)現(xiàn)情感態(tài)度和價(jià)值觀的目標(biāo),這一目標(biāo)要求在英語教學(xué)中關(guān)注學(xué)生非語言目標(biāo)方面的發(fā)展;要關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)過程。課堂教學(xué)要體現(xiàn)學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和掌握過程,語言活動(dòng)過程要呈現(xiàn)逐步深入和上升的推進(jìn)過程;要關(guān)注語言的運(yùn)用。在上課的過程中結(jié)合校本研究的主題,更要關(guān)注語境的真實(shí)、自然;要關(guān)注活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì),更要關(guān)注活動(dòng)的有效性。
3.認(rèn)真批改作業(yè)。要切實(shí)減輕學(xué)生的過重負(fù)擔(dān),作業(yè)要精心挑選,精心批改,要求書寫端正清楚,必要時(shí)應(yīng)課上評(píng)講甚至個(gè)別面批面評(píng),訂正要嚴(yán)格認(rèn)真,一絲不茍。
4、認(rèn)真組織考試??己蟮脑u(píng)講和分析必須有重點(diǎn),有針對(duì)性,既要全面分析,又要個(gè)別指導(dǎo),落實(shí)到每位學(xué)生。
5.認(rèn)真組織輔導(dǎo)。做好提優(yōu)補(bǔ)差,不放棄任何一位學(xué)生。教師要充滿愛心,耐心細(xì)致地對(duì)待學(xué)習(xí)有困難的學(xué)生,制定切實(shí)有效的幫困措施并落到實(shí)處,鼓勵(lì)他們樹立信心,教育他們改進(jìn)方法,促使他們進(jìn)步。采取種種辦法,通過多樣途徑發(fā)展學(xué)生的非智力素質(zhì),提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
(三)加強(qiáng)常規(guī)管理,提高教研組的整體素質(zhì)。
1、案例式集體備課、快餐式課前備課,為常態(tài)課質(zhì)量提供保證
(1)針對(duì)課改以來出現(xiàn)的一些問題及老師們的困惑,在傳統(tǒng)集體備課模式的基礎(chǔ)上,要求對(duì)典型課例進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)備課,本學(xué)期主要圍繞課文A板塊,結(jié)合英語組研究課題“小學(xué)英語課堂中情景創(chuàng)設(shè)預(yù)設(shè)的研究“展開教學(xué)研究,每位教師都要有“備”而來,同時(shí)結(jié)合課前的快餐式備課,將個(gè)人智慧融入集體智慧中,做到內(nèi)涵延伸,外延拓展,整體把握,讓課堂生成有更多的空間,也為常態(tài)課的教學(xué)質(zhì)量提供了保證。
(2)實(shí)行課堂開放,堅(jiān)持聽課制度,同組成員推門聽課,深入班級(jí)。加強(qiáng)考核,重點(diǎn)查備、改、輔三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),教師聽課每月4節(jié)。聽課過程中著重觀察課堂中情景創(chuàng)設(shè)的預(yù)設(shè)的達(dá)成度和有效性,并在課后進(jìn)行交流。
(3)以學(xué)科為單位擬定單元教學(xué)目標(biāo)和期中、期末考試目標(biāo)。學(xué)科實(shí)行單元過關(guān)制,作好質(zhì)量分析。
(4)培優(yōu)輔差要采取課堂內(nèi)外輔導(dǎo)相結(jié)合的方式,學(xué)期初制定培優(yōu)輔差計(jì)劃,教師輔導(dǎo)須到位。
(5)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,上課做好筆記,課后及時(shí)完成作業(yè),認(rèn)真做好預(yù)復(fù)習(xí),指導(dǎo)學(xué)生掌握正確的預(yù)復(fù)習(xí)方法。
2、規(guī)范教學(xué)內(nèi)容,營造氛圍。一二年級(jí)利用校本課時(shí)間教授英語童謠、英語歌曲。全體英語教師要將生動(dòng)活潑的英語課堂教學(xué)作為英語特色的重要內(nèi)容之一,并開展豐富多彩的英語學(xué)科活動(dòng),堅(jiān)持在各級(jí)各類英語競(jìng)賽中取得佳績。
3、繼續(xù)“同課異構(gòu)”教學(xué)研討活動(dòng)。
4.積極參加校內(nèi)外各項(xiàng)競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)并及時(shí)報(bào)道。每位教師參加區(qū)級(jí)以上競(jìng)賽或論文評(píng)比、文章公開發(fā)表1次以上。
5.營造英語氛圍,構(gòu)建百小英語文化氛圍的營造對(duì)于學(xué)習(xí)外語的人來說至關(guān)重要,因此在百小校園中將設(shè)置“英語”;在班級(jí)中呈現(xiàn)“英語角”“每日一詞/一句” 等;同時(shí)我們將舉辦英語廣播社團(tuán)。通過多樣化的手段營造英語氛圍,促進(jìn)學(xué)生有效學(xué)習(xí)英語,構(gòu)建百小英語 文化。
(四).開展多彩的學(xué)生活動(dòng),促進(jìn)學(xué)生和諧發(fā)展。
1、以漢英模塊為切口,開展多種學(xué)習(xí)興趣活動(dòng),激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,使學(xué)生樹立自信心,養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和形成有效的學(xué)習(xí)策略,發(fā)展自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力和合作精神; 使學(xué)生掌握一定的英語基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和聽、說、讀、寫技能,形成一定的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力。
2、通過開展閱讀,對(duì)話等競(jìng)賽,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察、記憶、思維、想象能力和創(chuàng)新精神;幫助學(xué)生了解世界和中西方文化的差異,拓展視野,為他們的終生學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
3、通過舉辦百小第二屆英語節(jié),調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生全員參與的積極性,營造英語學(xué)習(xí)的氛圍,使百小學(xué)生在活動(dòng)中學(xué)習(xí)英語,享受英語學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣。

1、慶祝元旦。
2、五年級(jí)英語單詞測(cè)試。
