述職報告
沈鶯,畢業(yè)于揚州大學(xué)歷史系,本科學(xué)歷。2000年任教于蘇州市一中,至今工作已有6年的時間,現(xiàn)在就任職以來本人的工作情況作一簡單匯報。
一、教學(xué)工作方面
自參加教育工作以來,一直站在教學(xué)第一線。遵守“教學(xué)六認真”,認真工作。曾先后擔(dān)任高
一、初一至初三等各年級的教學(xué)工作,現(xiàn)任初二年級歷史與社會備課組長。2003年參加蘇州市初中青年歷史教師評優(yōu)課比賽,獲二等獎。注意學(xué)習(xí)多媒體技術(shù),于2004年制作課件《鄉(xiāng)土鄉(xiāng)音》在蘇州市歷史與社會學(xué)科課件評比中獲二等獎。在工作之余,還參加干將史學(xué)社的活動和《干將》雜志的編輯。
二、班主任工作方面
工作以來,認真做好副班主任及德育崗位的工作,曾擔(dān)任過年級組長助理,協(xié)助處理年級里的各項事宜?,F(xiàn)擔(dān)任初二(9)班的班主任,所帶班級在學(xué)校組織的各類活動中獲獎,班級成績較優(yōu)秀。
三、教科研方面
在教學(xué)過程中,注意總結(jié)和思考,撰寫論文。多次在《干將》雜志和《草橋研究》上發(fā)表論文。其中《師生雙向互動,共同打造美好課堂》獲2002“師陶杯”教育科研論文優(yōu)秀獎?!稄臐h族發(fā)式看中國歷史》、《從漢族服飾看中國歷史》都獲蘇州市歷史學(xué)會、蘇州市教研室論文評比二等獎。《孩子,別怕,慢慢來!》一文收入《校園里的守望》一書,由蘇大出版社出版。本人還積極參與《新課程下歷史與社會課堂教學(xué)模式的構(gòu)建》課題的研究。
四、雙語教學(xué)方面
在做好上述幾方面工作的同時,還積極參加繼續(xù)教育。為了順應(yīng)雙語教育的大趨勢,于2004年7月參加由江蘇省教育廳組織、教育學(xué)院舉辦的中學(xué)骨干教師省級培訓(xùn)引智英語學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí),并于2004年10月被聘為蘇州教育國際交流協(xié)會和蘇州市第一中學(xué)聯(lián)合舉辦的外教英語班輔導(dǎo)教師,并承擔(dān)學(xué)校安排的雙語教學(xué)工作。
五、傳幫帶工作
分別于2003年、2004年、2005年多次指導(dǎo)蘇州大學(xué)、蘇州科技大學(xué)和南京師范大學(xué)實習(xí)生教育、教學(xué)工作。

中高蔡軍的述職報告
我1996年從蘇州大學(xué)畢業(yè),進入蘇州市一中成為一名物理教師,現(xiàn)擔(dān)任草橋?qū)嶒炛袑W(xué)物理教研組長、蘇州市一中黨委初三年級黨支部書記。自參加工作以來,我能始終兢兢業(yè)業(yè)、刻苦奉獻,以高度的責(zé)任心,嚴謹?shù)墓ぷ髯黠L(fēng)和良好的思想素養(yǎng),熱愛、關(guān)心全體學(xué)生,對學(xué)生的教育能夠動之以情,曉之以理,幫助學(xué)生樹立正確的人生觀、科學(xué)的世界觀,用自己的行動去履行一個人民教師的職責(zé)。10年來,我在教育教學(xué)、教育科研、指導(dǎo)青年教師等方面均取得了較為突出的成績。2000年我考取上海師范大學(xué)攻讀教育碩士, 2004年我順利通過論文答辯并被授予碩士學(xué)位。2001年,我被評聘為中學(xué)一級教師。我能認真履行聘約,年終考核全部合格,并且在2005年年終考核被評為優(yōu)秀,且受到嘉獎。
多年來,我始終以旺盛的精力、飽滿的激情從事著教育教學(xué)工作。在擔(dān)任班主任工作期間,我能狠抓學(xué)生的思想工作, 善于與學(xué)生交流,促進學(xué)生健康成長。配合學(xué)校做好各項常規(guī)管理,使整個班級工作到位、有序、高效,所帶班級多次被評為文明班級。2003年接手初三(7)班班主任,該班原先比較混亂,學(xué)生成績較差,我通過和學(xué)生座談和對學(xué)生家庭進行走訪,從思想上扭轉(zhuǎn)了混亂局面,班級面貌有了很大改進,中考中也考出了令人滿意的成績。在教學(xué)方面,我能準(zhǔn)確把握新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,深入研究教材,制定合理的教學(xué)目標(biāo),把各種教學(xué)方法有機地結(jié)合起來,充分發(fā)揮教師的主導(dǎo)作用,以學(xué)生為主體,力求教學(xué)由簡到繁、由易到難、深入淺出、通俗易懂。我十分注重提高教學(xué)技巧,講究教學(xué)藝術(shù),突出強調(diào)師生互動,我能努力讓學(xué)生學(xué)得比較輕松,讓學(xué)生輕松自然地理清物理知識的脈絡(luò),取得了很好的教學(xué)效果。在輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生競賽方面也取得了較好的成績。自工作以來,我每年輔導(dǎo)的學(xué)生中都有多人次獲得省一、二等獎和蘇州市一、二、三等獎,為學(xué)校爭得了榮譽。
工作之余我能積極參加各類進修學(xué)習(xí),除了學(xué)完研究生課程外,我還非常關(guān)注教育教學(xué)動向,不斷接受繼續(xù)教育,不斷豐富自己的理論水平,從而有利于指導(dǎo)自己的教育教學(xué)實踐。我不但勝任初高中各年級的物理教學(xué),而且能將教育教學(xué)心得整理成文。2002年我參與編寫由蘇州大學(xué)黃辛隱教授主編的《初三年級心理教育》教材,我撰寫其中的第七課《學(xué)思結(jié)合促發(fā)展——理清脈絡(luò),見物思理》,教材已由南京師范大學(xué)出版社出版。2003年,我受中央電化教育館委托,參與 “利用優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源支援西部教育”系列電視教材的組織和指導(dǎo)工作,我進行了上課和評課,教材面向西部地區(qū)播出后,廣受好評。2004年,我順利通過上海師范大學(xué)碩士論文答辯,被授予教育碩士學(xué)位。另外,我先后撰寫多篇論文,其中《從〈德國綜合理科〉談個體探究學(xué)習(xí)》、《貫徹新課程精神 提高教師和學(xué)生的探究能力》先后發(fā)表在《物理教學(xué)探討》等雜志上,《批判性思維能力及其在物理教學(xué)中的培養(yǎng)》、《研究性學(xué)習(xí)呼喚研究型教師》等論文獲得省市級論文評比二等獎。我送交評審的三篇論文也獲得兩篇良好、一篇合格的較好成績。
作為教研組長,我能夠積極配合學(xué)校,狠抓教學(xué)常規(guī)管理,帶領(lǐng)全組教師深入研究課堂教學(xué)方法,以求大面積提高教學(xué)效率。我組共14位物理教師,12人年齡在35周歲以下,青年教師能否健康快速地成長事關(guān)學(xué)校發(fā)展大計。因此,我發(fā)動組內(nèi)的中老年骨干教師做好“傳、幫、帶”工作,我自己通過不斷地學(xué)習(xí),努力把準(zhǔn)教研組教研重點和教研方向,精心指導(dǎo)青年教師,促進教研組和諧健康地發(fā)展,促進青年教師更快地成長。幾年來物理組各位教師在各級各類的考試、評比中都有較佳成績,受到了同行和上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的好評。我特別注重對我組青年教師的培養(yǎng),擔(dān)任教研組長這六年來,我能以身作則,在工作和生活中嚴格要求自己,我要求青年教師做到的,我自己一定首先做到。我跟我組的青年教師承諾,我的每一節(jié)課都對他(她)們公開,歡迎他(她)隨時來聽課。在我們?nèi)M教師的共同努力之下,我組的各項工作都在順利地開展,我們的青年教師也正在逐步站穩(wěn)講臺并開始嶄露頭角。
綜上所述,我已在教育教學(xué)、教育科研等方面取得了一定的成就,初步具備了中學(xué)高級教師任職資格,所以我申報中學(xué)高級教師職務(wù)。在今后的工作中我要繼續(xù)努力,鞭策自己不斷學(xué)習(xí)新的教育理論,提高業(yè)務(wù)水平,更好的發(fā)揮自己的作用,為人民的教育事業(yè)、為學(xué)校的發(fā)展作出新的更大的貢獻。

安全工作是關(guān)系到人民生命財產(chǎn)的大事。學(xué)校是培養(yǎng)二十一世紀(jì)人才的搖籃,學(xué)生是祖國的未來、民族的希望。學(xué)校安全工作直接關(guān)系著學(xué)生的安危、家庭的幸福、社會的穩(wěn)定。因此,做好學(xué)校安全工作,創(chuàng)造一個安全的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境是十分重要的,做好學(xué)校安全工作也是完成上級交給的各項工作任務(wù)的基礎(chǔ),作為學(xué)校安全工作的第一責(zé)任人,我一直十分重視學(xué)校的安全工作。
一、規(guī)范管理,完善制度。
學(xué)校安全組織機構(gòu)健全,安全工作責(zé)任制度健全,責(zé)任明確。學(xué)校成立了安全領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,由我任組長,方妙輝主任為副組長,各班主任老師任組員,層層負責(zé),責(zé)任落實到人。學(xué)校還與各年級簽訂好《學(xué)校安全責(zé)任狀》,做到不定期檢查和隨時檢查相結(jié)合,并建立了安全考核獎懲細則及安全工作制度。安全管理做到了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,保證了我校安全工作扎扎實實地開展。
二、加強領(lǐng)導(dǎo),居安思危。
本著對黨的教育事業(yè),對學(xué)生負責(zé)的態(tài)度,從維護人民群眾的根本利益,維護社會穩(wěn)定,政治穩(wěn)定的高度出發(fā),增強抓好學(xué)校安全的使命感、責(zé)任感。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在安全工作上齊抓共管,嚴格執(zhí)行學(xué)校安全工作規(guī)定,講安全、抓安全,將事故消滅在萌芽狀態(tài)之中。我校每月定期召開一次安全工作會議,布置下一月安全工作的重點任務(wù),并指定專人去檢查落實安全工作。例如我?;A(chǔ)條件差,學(xué)校圍墻時有
腐蝕斷裂;教學(xué)樓部分開關(guān)老化;教室的鋼窗由于油灰老化,時有玻璃脫落等進行重點維修和及時更換,從而鏟除了不安全隱患,避免了不安全事故的發(fā)生,確保正常的教學(xué)秩序和師生的生命安全。
三、宣教結(jié)合,提高素質(zhì)。
我校始終把安全工作放在首要位置,逢會必講安全,事事講安全,對上級安全會議精神和文件都能做到及時傳達,結(jié)合文件精神制定切實可行措施,認真落實。假前總要對教職工,尤其對學(xué)生進行安全教育。學(xué)校各項活動也強調(diào)安全,事前必先進行安全教育,并指定專人負責(zé)。由于加大了安全工作的力度,使得我校安全工作開展得扎實有效。
今后我們將進一步加大安全工作的力度,學(xué)校安全涉及面廣,學(xué)校、家庭、社會必須密切配合、通力協(xié)作,我們將動員社會力量,齊抓共管,凈化外部環(huán)境,搞好學(xué)校周邊治安秩序,建立切實可行的學(xué)校安全防范體系,使學(xué)校安全工作進一步經(jīng)?;⒅贫然?、社會化,開創(chuàng)我校安全工作的新局面。
