機場接機服務的程序與標準

1.準備工作

（1）定時從預訂處取得需要接站的客人的名單（ExpectedArrivalList,EAL);

（2）掌握客人姓名、航班（車次）、到達時間、車輛要求及接待規(guī)格等情況；

（3）根據預定的航班、車次或船次時間提前做好接站準備，寫好接站告示牌，安排好車輛，整理好儀容儀表，提前半小時至一小時到站等候；

（4）備好接機牌，正面刻有飯店的中、英文名稱，反面是客人的姓名，牌子手把的長度在0.5米左右

2.到達機場迎接客人

（1）注意客人所乘航班、車（船）次到達站時間的變動，若有延誤或取消，應及時準確通知飯店總臺；

（2）站立在顯眼位置舉牌等候、主動問好、介紹自己、代表飯店歡迎客人；

（3）根據羽抵店客人名單予以確認；

（4）幫助客人搬運行李并確認行李數件，掛號行李牌，引領客人前往接站車前

3.送客人上車

(1)開車前10分鐘應將客人送到開車地點，引導客人上車，協助客人將行李裝上車；

(2)向客人道別，開車時站在車右方2米左右，微笑著揮手向客人道別；

(3)如果需要隨車同行，在行車途中，可以根據具體情況，或簡要介紹飯店的服務項目和城市風貌，或陪同客人聊天，或放音樂讓客人自便；
