第四篇：工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理制度

為了加強(qiáng)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的管理，確保本工程質(zhì)量、文明施工，同時(shí)為保障全體施工作業(yè)人員的人身安全，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國建筑法》、《建筑工程質(zhì)量管理?xiàng)l例》及施工、監(jiān)理合同規(guī)定，特制訂本制度：

一、施工單位必須與進(jìn)入三亞通訊生產(chǎn)樓工程項(xiàng)目（以下簡(jiǎn)稱本項(xiàng)目）施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行施工作業(yè)的班組簽訂“安全施工責(zé)任書”，對(duì)分包施工區(qū)域（段）及居住的生活區(qū)的安全全面負(fù)責(zé)。

1、路線交叉情況

由于沿線涉及到的交口較多，特別是天水路、禮河路、物流大道、扶疏路、穎河路等車流量比較大，做好與各相交路口的施工交通組織，對(duì)后續(xù)施工非常很重要，在開工前根據(jù)交通管理部門具體意見以及施工組織情況制定科學(xué)、合理的施工組織順序及交通組織方案，確保周邊交通順暢及施工安全。

2、管線情況

因原銅陵北路為既有道路，地下管線較為復(fù)雜，沿線均存在高壓線路長廊、地下供電排管、移動(dòng)、聯(lián)通、有線、電信、燃?xì)?、供水、交通信?hào)等管網(wǎng)，遷移和保護(hù)非常重要，特別是高壓長廊直接影響高架橋上部結(jié)構(gòu)施工，其工作的順利與否將嚴(yán)重制約著工程進(jìn)度，為確保開工后工程順利開展以及減少或避免其他管桿線的影響，會(huì)同建設(shè)單位提前做好其他產(chǎn)權(quán)單位的協(xié)調(diào)工作，做好遷移、臨時(shí)過渡等相關(guān)工作，并與相關(guān)產(chǎn)權(quán)單位密切聯(lián)系，以備施工出現(xiàn)管桿線影響因素能及時(shí)進(jìn)行處理，把對(duì)周邊居民和單位的正常生活和工作影響程度減小到最少。施工前應(yīng)對(duì)地下管線做好必要的勘察，作出明顯的標(biāo)志，防止施工中漏水、漏氣和漏電、爆炸燒傷等事故。

4、既有綠化保護(hù)及遷移

既有銅陵北路（北二環(huán)-天水路）全線東西側(cè)分隔帶均有大量喬木及灌木，局部行道樹法梧等，且長勢(shì)較好；綠化遷改受季節(jié)影響巨大，本項(xiàng)目針對(duì)綠化遷改進(jìn)度和保護(hù)工作尤為重要，直接影響施工工期。

4、天水路-新汴河路段

該段道路約400米長，目前均為荒地，但土方外運(yùn)工程量較大，后期施工單位進(jìn)場(chǎng)后，應(yīng)立即尋找合法的棄土場(chǎng)，重難點(diǎn)在于兩側(cè)物流園及廠房圍墻的保護(hù)工作，主線土方外運(yùn)約3米深，對(duì)兩側(cè)圍墻造成一定的倒塌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。道路東側(cè)10KV桿線影響主體施工，開工前需與供電部門落實(shí)遷改方案。

天水路-新汴河路

總體來說，銅陵北路高架工程項(xiàng)目工程量大，地下管網(wǎng)較復(fù)雜，牽涉產(chǎn)權(quán)單位多，沿線商業(yè)街及門面較多，施工過程中除基本的控制要點(diǎn)外，還須注意通行安全、文明施工、各單位部門之間的協(xié)調(diào)等方方面面的問題。具體方案將在質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、安全文明施工及重難點(diǎn)中詳細(xì)說明。
