一、英語(yǔ)課前五分鐘表演是新課標(biāo)和新課改的內(nèi)在要求

(一)、理論基礎(chǔ)

素質(zhì)教育理論認(rèn)為，素質(zhì)教育是教育者基于個(gè)人發(fā)展和社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展的需求，利用各種有利條件，通過多種有效途徑和適當(dāng)方法，引導(dǎo)和幫助受教育者積極、主動(dòng)、最大限度的挖掘自身潛能，提高自身的綜合素質(zhì)，重視學(xué)生個(gè)性充分而自由發(fā)展的教育。所以，在英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)中應(yīng)放權(quán)于學(xué)生，給學(xué)生提供一些機(jī)會(huì)，讓學(xué)生去學(xué)選擇，讓學(xué)生去體驗(yàn)；給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造一種條件，讓學(xué)生去嘗試；大膽給學(xué)生松綁，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)怎樣學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)文化知識(shí)。

《英語(yǔ)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》明確闡述：基礎(chǔ)教育階段英語(yǔ)課的任務(wù)是：“激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)興趣，使學(xué)生樹立信心，養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣忽然形成由此奧德學(xué)習(xí)策略，發(fā)展自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力和合作創(chuàng)新精神，使學(xué)生掌握一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和聽說讀寫譯技能，形成一定綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察、記憶、思維、想象能力和創(chuàng)新精神。《英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》明確提出了英語(yǔ)教學(xué)重點(diǎn)從三個(gè)方面發(fā)展學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)運(yùn)用能力；用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行恰當(dāng)交流的能力，用英語(yǔ)獲取信息、處理信息的能力，用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行思維的能力。新課程體系在課程的目標(biāo)、功能、內(nèi)容，結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)施、評(píng)價(jià)與管理方面都有了重大改革，這些改革最終都要靠一線教師在實(shí)際教育教學(xué)中去實(shí)踐、去完善和發(fā)展。
