本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任六年級英語教學(xué)，經(jīng)過一學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)，大多數(shù)學(xué)生都對英語學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生了興趣，而強(qiáng)化他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣是這學(xué)期的工作之重。做好教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備，提高課堂效率。教學(xué)中，備課是一個必不可少，十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)，備學(xué)生，又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好，會嚴(yán)重影響課堂氣氛和積極性。一堂準(zhǔn)備充分的課，會令學(xué)生和老師都受益不淺備課充分，能調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性，上課效果就好。但同時又要有駕馭課堂的能力，因?yàn)閷W(xué)生在課堂上的一舉一動都會直接影響課堂教學(xué)。因此上課一定要設(shè)法令學(xué)生投入，不讓其分心，這就很講究方法了。

存在的不足：

1、技巧性組織英語課堂教學(xué)

本學(xué)期教學(xué)中，上課時發(fā)現(xiàn)有的同學(xué)走神、做小動作、低頭或看其它書籍等，有時我在想，英語對有些學(xué)生來說怎么就那么難學(xué)，甚至排斥，是英語不好學(xué)?我想還是我本人的問題，對于課堂上的這些問題，我還沒有找到一個解決的方法，怎樣做教師既可以順利完成教學(xué)任務(wù)，增加英語教學(xué)的真實(shí)性，又可以起到提醒學(xué)生的作用?

2、適當(dāng)?shù)脑u價

對學(xué)生而言，各種評價很重要。適當(dāng)?shù)脑u價可以使學(xué)生認(rèn)識自我，樹立自信。同時也有助于他們反思及調(diào)整自己的學(xué)習(xí)過程，本學(xué)期，在教學(xué)過程中教學(xué)評價這方面還有待于本人的進(jìn)一步研究。

不管怎么說，本學(xué)期的英語教學(xué)工作完成還是不錯，雖然還有很多不足之處，我想這些不足，將是今后英語教學(xué)工作中的動力和努力方向，相信通過自己的不斷努力和提高，我的英語教學(xué)工作一定會邁向一個新臺階。
