6、不得安裝防盜網(wǎng)、防盜窗花及無框玻璃。窗戶安裝內(nèi)置式防盜窗花應(yīng)按照物業(yè)服務(wù)中心統(tǒng)一格式安裝。陽臺不設(shè)防盜網(wǎng)，陽臺拉閘門按物業(yè)服務(wù)中心統(tǒng)一格式制作。

7、不得在樓道、過道、屋頂及小區(qū)其它共用部位違章搭建及堆放物品；不得在外墻、天臺、公共通道等公有部位懸掛、粘貼標(biāo)語廣告，安置有礙觀瞻的物。

8、嚴(yán)禁擅動。

9、不得私自改動，封堵燃?xì)夤艿?、消?安防)管線設(shè)施。確需改動的，必須經(jīng)過審批由專業(yè)公司施工。

10、室外空調(diào)機(jī)應(yīng)按照物業(yè)服務(wù)中心指定的位置安裝，以保持樓宇外形的整齊美觀。

11、店面招牌和廣告應(yīng)按物業(yè)服務(wù)中心統(tǒng)一的樣式、規(guī)格、位置設(shè)置,并服從有關(guān)部門的管理。

12、不得擅自在屋面安裝太陽能熱水器、安裝衛(wèi)星天線。

13、裝修材料應(yīng)采用防水、防火材料。施工時(shí)應(yīng)注意裝修現(xiàn)場消防安全，配備必要的消防滅火器材。明火作業(yè)應(yīng)報(bào)物業(yè)服務(wù)中心審批并采取必要的防范措施。14泥、油漆等雜物及剩余材料倒入下水道或到處亂灑。

15、二次裝修垃圾應(yīng)袋裝清運(yùn)至物業(yè)服務(wù)中心指定位置。使用電梯裝運(yùn)水泥、沙石、建筑垃圾時(shí)，需袋裝好并將帶口綁住同時(shí)保持衛(wèi)生的整潔。嚴(yán)禁使用電梯裝運(yùn)超大、超長裝修材料。

16、使用電腦及各類電器設(shè)備，在裝修時(shí)或使用前應(yīng)盡可能裝配穩(wěn)壓漏電保護(hù)裝置。

17、嚴(yán)格按照物業(yè)服務(wù)中心規(guī)定的時(shí)間施工（），其余時(shí)間經(jīng)物業(yè)服務(wù)中心批準(zhǔn)可以從事沒有聲響的裝修活動。

一、考前再回憶，進(jìn)場信心足

14日上午考完物理或政治后要立即轉(zhuǎn)入生物的復(fù)習(xí)，這個(gè)時(shí)候并不是要復(fù)習(xí)多少知識，關(guān)鍵是要使自己的大腦提前進(jìn)入下午的單一生物學(xué)情境。不要去做題目，更不要做難題，主要進(jìn)行簡單的生物科目的活動。如回憶一些重要的結(jié)論性語句。將易錯(cuò)知識點(diǎn)再看一下；如果你控制不了，還在想上一門的考試科目，建議你大聲朗讀生物課本，強(qiáng)迫自己進(jìn)入狀態(tài)。

二、抓緊五分鐘，難易全在胸

要充分利用開考前發(fā)試卷的五分鐘時(shí)間，先對試卷進(jìn)行整體感知，看看試卷共多少頁，總題量是多少（生物學(xué)試題為35條單選題和5條大題目），看看試題的難易程度和分值比重。這樣整體把握了全卷，就可盡早定下作戰(zhàn)方案。

三、解題策略

1、選擇題答題策略

要提高生物學(xué)等級，必須提高選擇題的得分率。解選擇題常用的方法是排除法和認(rèn)定法，另外還有比較法、圖解法、篩選法等，有時(shí)要綜合運(yùn)用這些方法，方能得出正確答案。

2、非選擇題答題策略

非選擇題審題要慢要細(xì)，做題要快。審題要貫穿在整個(gè)做題過程中，開始審，答題中碰到困難再審，答題結(jié)束還要審。對于似曾相識的“熟題”要三思而后行，因?yàn)橛械念}是“形似而神異”。

3、注意生物的專有名詞，注意錯(cuò)別字；

4、簡答題的答案盡可能使用書本上的原句回答；

5、遇到難題時(shí)，感覺上要花很多時(shí)間的，先放一下。

很多同學(xué)可能對雅思小作文不太重視，甚至是對小作文根本不加練習(xí)，只關(guān)注大作文。我認(rèn)為這是一個(gè)誤區(qū)，因?yàn)樵谠u分中小作文畢竟有一定的比重，而且，小作文的寫法掌握起來也并不是特別難，所以同學(xué)們還是應(yīng)該把小作文的分?jǐn)?shù)把握好。

小作文在寫的時(shí)候，或者是準(zhǔn)備寫的時(shí)候，我們應(yīng)該注意哪幾個(gè)問題呢？

一、詞匯的背誦

這個(gè)毫無疑問，大家都非常清楚，比如說上升的詞我們可能會背誦很多如：increase、rise、climb、grow、recover等等。但是每一個(gè)詞的用法大家也要清楚，例如recover，它是不能在圖表一開始上升的時(shí)候用的詞，因?yàn)樗谋疽庥谢謴?fù)，重新贏得之意，所以，像這樣的問題，大家在使用的時(shí)候還是要特別注意的，否則在考官看來就會有歧義。

另外，我們還要考慮其他詞匯的多樣使用，即不要反復(fù)的用同一個(gè)詞匯，例如，一篇文章中講到中國留學(xué)生的問題，我們可以用overseas student，也可以用the Chinese students going abroad for higher education這個(gè)分詞做定語，當(dāng)然也可以用the Chinese students who go abroad for higher education這個(gè)定語從句來做。

總之，詞匯應(yīng)用一要注意多變性，二要注意準(zhǔn)確性。

二、句式的掌握

小作文句式的背誦與掌握是非常重要的。舉個(gè)簡單的例子，比如說我們想表達(dá)A在B方面從哪一年到哪一年急劇增長，那么這個(gè)時(shí)候我們就需要牢牢記住我們至少可以用兩種句式來做，也就是一個(gè)是副詞修飾動詞：A increased dramatically in B from …to …，另一個(gè)就是用名詞形式，我們用there be結(jié)構(gòu)：There was a marked growth in A from …to …

除此之外，我們在大作文當(dāng)中用到的句式多樣性，在小作文當(dāng)中同樣使用，有的同學(xué)覺得小作文比較簡單，字?jǐn)?shù)也不多，所以不假思索的全部用簡單句來寫，這同樣是不可取的。全部用簡單句會給別人很急促、節(jié)奏太快的感覺，所以不論是大作文還是小作文我們都應(yīng)該長句短句交替進(jìn)行。

三、寫作的重點(diǎn)

小作文寫什么，這是很多考生頭疼的一個(gè)問題。題目中會有大量的數(shù)據(jù)，這個(gè)我們根據(jù)題目的要求去做是最直接的解決辦法。題目中會有這樣的要求：Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.也就是說我們所需要寫的是圖表的主要特點(diǎn)，另外再需要比較的地方就一定要進(jìn)行比較。掌握了這一點(diǎn)，再輔以我們的練習(xí)，我想在寫作內(nèi)容和重點(diǎn)的選取上我們就不會有太大的問題了。

四、數(shù)據(jù)的使用

小作文最明顯的一個(gè)特征就是在圖表型文章中會有大量的數(shù)據(jù)，我們除了要把它的主要特點(diǎn)趨勢寫出來，還要注意數(shù)據(jù)的引入。因?yàn)檫@類文章是說明文，只有你自己的說明文字，沒有相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的引入，同樣顯得沒有生氣、缺乏說服力。

五、段落的分配

很多同學(xué)小作文得六分可能不那么難，但是得6.5或7分就有很大的難度，筆者認(rèn)為段落的分配是起很大作用的，當(dāng)然要保證你在以上四點(diǎn)都有很好的表現(xiàn)。我們非常清楚，小作文主要分三部分：開頭段、主體段、結(jié)尾段，這是一個(gè)大綱。在主體段部分，如果你能根據(jù)具體的圖表情況，把它有所組合，那么說明你在分析題目、分析數(shù)據(jù)的能力上要勝人一籌。也就是說，你可以根據(jù)具體情況，把變化形勢相同或相近的放到一起去寫，進(jìn)行重新組合，這樣的話，勝算就要大一些。

總之，在小作文的寫作上，考生同樣不可忽視，把握好以上的幾個(gè)方面，希望對大家能夠有所幫助。
