邀請(qǐng)信

Letter of Invitation Writing Skills

邀請(qǐng)信是邀請(qǐng)親朋好友或知名人士、專家等參加某項(xiàng)活 動(dòng)時(shí)所發(fā)的約請(qǐng)性書信。在國(guó)際交往以及日常的各種社交活 動(dòng)中，這類書信使用廣泛。

邀請(qǐng)信分為兩種：一種是正規(guī)的格式(formal correspondence)，也叫做請(qǐng)柬;一種是非正規(guī)格式(informal correspondence)，就是一般的邀請(qǐng)信。

請(qǐng)柬通常有固定的格式，應(yīng)注意文字排列精心設(shè)計(jì)，一般以一個(gè)或兩個(gè)完整的意群為一行。一般用第三人稱形式寫作。

請(qǐng)?zhí)腥N格式：

第三篇：英語(yǔ)作文寫法

第一要保證每個(gè)句子的正確性，這就需要掌握英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)單句的五種基本類型及有關(guān)動(dòng)詞的使用規(guī)律；第二要注意句子之間的邏輯性，這就要熟練掌握連詞的用法；第三要注意字?jǐn)?shù)的要求

1.正反表態(tài)法：在第一段中把正反觀點(diǎn)都表達(dá)出來(lái)，最有一句寫自己的觀點(diǎn)。1-2句對(duì)主題的介紹，3-4句正反兩種觀點(diǎn)，看法做一個(gè)描述，5句表達(dá)自己的看法。

2.讓步法：先把反方觀點(diǎn)引出來(lái)，做一個(gè)肯定的評(píng)價(jià)，然后筆鋒一轉(zhuǎn)，回到自己的觀點(diǎn)上來(lái)。

3.背景法：適用于對(duì)一個(gè)現(xiàn)象分析時(shí)，至少為2句話。原因，后果，背景。背景介紹用3-4句話，第一段最后一句用幾個(gè)單詞概括一下。

4.提問(wèn)試：要討論什么就先把話題以問(wèn)句形勢(shì)提出?；卮饐?wèn)題表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)，對(duì)自己的觀點(diǎn)做個(gè)理由概述/先寫出反方觀點(diǎn)，對(duì)其做一個(gè)反駁，順勢(shì)提出自己的觀點(diǎn)。

英語(yǔ)作文一般最好分三段來(lái)寫。第一段點(diǎn)明主題，第二段論述，第三段總結(jié)。使用高級(jí)詞匯。所謂高級(jí)詞匯，就像快樂(lè)不要再用happy 等。多積累高級(jí)詞匯，否則作文就不會(huì)高人一等。

運(yùn)用定語(yǔ)從句等一些復(fù)雜一點(diǎn)的句式。運(yùn)用時(shí)注意把握時(shí)態(tài)。

1、行文技巧

中國(guó)學(xué)生的寫作重點(diǎn)往往不是提供個(gè)人資料，說(shuō)明自己的基本情況，而是一味強(qiáng)調(diào)自己申請(qǐng)的原因和自己的需求。例如：

I am your best candidate and I had been granted an excellent pass.這種表達(dá)方式也是不可取的，對(duì)自己的評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)本著實(shí)事求是的原則，充分說(shuō)明自己的客觀情況，不要夸大其詞，過(guò)分標(biāo)榜，要能使人閱后感到真實(shí)可信，否則只能適得其反。

另外，中國(guó)學(xué)生偏好以情感人，喜歡用一些私人化的非正式的表達(dá)方式。例如： I would be very happy and hope we will be able to keep in touch in the future.這種表達(dá)和申請(qǐng)信的正式問(wèn)題是不相符的。寫作時(shí)語(yǔ)言表達(dá)應(yīng)該正式，譴詞造句要平實(shí)具體。

3、說(shuō)服勸誘策略

求學(xué)申請(qǐng)信的目的在于是收信人了解申請(qǐng)人的要求和與此相關(guān)的情況，以便對(duì)方做出有利于申請(qǐng)人的決定，為了達(dá)到這一目的，一般采用自我推銷或自我評(píng)價(jià)策略（self-appraisal），而中國(guó)學(xué)生常常采用自我美化（self-glorification）、吹捧對(duì)方和自我貶低策略（self-degradation）

自我美化策略：申請(qǐng)人極力美化自己。例如：

吹捧對(duì)方策略：申請(qǐng)人極力吹捧對(duì)方學(xué)?；蛘咂渌鶎賴?guó)。例如：

I have secured first division marks(Grade B)in the said exam and on the above basis I intend to complete my further studies in the field of Medicine in My loving great country, USA.申請(qǐng)人的語(yǔ)氣過(guò)分熱情，對(duì)對(duì)方百般恭維，這樣反而給人留下不好的印象。自我貶低：申請(qǐng)人常常希望通過(guò)對(duì)其經(jīng)濟(jì)困難的描述來(lái)博得對(duì)方的同情。例如： I belong to a third world country…Due to this feeling of immense kindness and generosity of Americans both literally as well as practically, I a needy student is able to pen down this request for financial assistance in education.… the education abroad is very expensive and we cannot afford it… So, I request your honor to please support a poor student financially, so that he can become a bright mind for humanity…

申請(qǐng)人企圖以情感人，不是對(duì)對(duì)方百般恭維就是對(duì)自己妄自菲薄，這都不會(huì)給對(duì)方留下好印象。所以在寫申請(qǐng)信時(shí)，申請(qǐng)人在態(tài)度上應(yīng)坦誠(chéng)真摯，不卑不亢，這樣才會(huì)起到積極的效果。
