反方：我們不否認(rèn)毛澤東的堅(jiān)持，但對(duì)方辯友得從實(shí)際出發(fā)，毛澤東所處的時(shí)代人口是多少？而我們現(xiàn)在所處的時(shí)代人口呈幾何數(shù)增長(zhǎng)，大城市發(fā)展趨于飽和，而且毛澤東也不是只守不退的人，二萬(wàn)五千里長(zhǎng)征的戰(zhàn)略大轉(zhuǎn)移不正是以退為進(jìn)成就夢(mèng)想的最好證明嗎？如果毛澤東象現(xiàn)在的蟻?zhàn)逡粯硬恢M(jìn)退，只怕中國(guó)的歷史都要改寫！他堅(jiān)持的是信念，以退為進(jìn)是策略，謝謝對(duì)方讓我們?cè)僖淮蚊靼琢艘磺械脧膶?shí)際出發(fā)，有時(shí)必須以退為進(jìn)的道理。

謝謝主席，評(píng)委，大家好！很高興今天和對(duì)方辯友在這里共同討論蟻?zhàn)鍛?yīng)該不應(yīng)該堅(jiān)守大城市的問(wèn)題。開宗明義，蟻?zhàn)迨侵浮按髮W(xué)畢業(yè)生低收入聚居群體”，也即畢業(yè)后無(wú)法找到工作或工作收入很低而聚居在城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的大學(xué)生。我方認(rèn)為蟻?zhàn)宀粦?yīng)該堅(jiān)守大城市原因有以下幾點(diǎn)：

第一，選擇堅(jiān)守，蟻?zhàn)鍌兊奈磥?lái)不可期。絕大多數(shù)蟻?zhàn)鍥](méi)有“三險(xiǎn)”社會(huì)保障和勞動(dòng)合同。出了意外，只能由他們自己負(fù)責(zé)。但是大部分蟻?zhàn)宓氖杖?，扣除生活支出，沒(méi)有多少的盈余，換句話說(shuō)，就是沒(méi)有積蓄。他們沒(méi)有哪怕一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)承擔(dān)意外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的可能性。退一萬(wàn)步講，他們極度幸運(yùn)的沒(méi)病沒(méi)災(zāi)，沒(méi)有意外，沒(méi)有足夠財(cái) 富盈余的他們，根本無(wú)法利用投資理財(cái)工具來(lái)增加財(cái)富，那蟻?zhàn)鍌冇帜檬裁磥?lái)改變自己的現(xiàn)狀，從螞蟻窩中挪出去呢？他們沒(méi)錢看病，沒(méi)錢結(jié)婚，沒(méi)錢生孩子。我們不禁要問(wèn)，蟻?zhàn)宓奈磥?lái)，在哪里。我們不禁要嘆，這樣沒(méi)有未來(lái)的生活，我們?yōu)槭裁催€要鼓勵(lì)他們繼續(xù)，我們?yōu)槭裁床还膭?lì)他們，走向其他選擇。第二，選擇堅(jiān)守，國(guó)家的未來(lái)不可期。數(shù)以百萬(wàn)計(jì)的蟻?zhàn)鍌儯诖蟪鞘袕氖轮娮悠鞑匿N售和餐飲服務(wù)等低層次、臨時(shí)性的工作，獲取一份低廉的工資。他們也是大學(xué)畢業(yè)生，他們也有著專業(yè)的知識(shí)水平，在人才濟(jì)濟(jì)的大城市，在就業(yè)崗位趨近飽和的大城市，他們?cè)谧约旱膶I(yè)領(lǐng)域很難獲取一席之地，那為什么不鼓勵(lì)他們選擇更需要他們的地方呢。蟻?zhàn)鍌兠Ｈ慌c自己為何不能專其業(yè)，盡其才，豐收碩果，國(guó)家又何嘗不茫然與數(shù)以千萬(wàn)計(jì)的專業(yè)人才缺口，遲遲沒(méi)能填補(bǔ)。為什么蟻?zhàn)鍌兎且跛涝诰蜆I(yè)飽和度百分之八十點(diǎn)二的大城市，不去就業(yè)飽和度只有百分之十九點(diǎn)二的小城市呢？

基于以上幾點(diǎn)，我們?cè)谶@里很誠(chéng)懇的建議，為了蟻?zhàn)宓膶?lái)，為了國(guó)家的將來(lái)，蟻?zhàn)宀粦?yīng)該吊死在大城市一棵樹上，他們還有千千萬(wàn)萬(wàn)個(gè)選擇。謝謝！

第三篇：保密協(xié)議關(guān)鍵句

入門級(jí)：

1、孫萬(wàn)彪的《英漢法律翻譯教程》和《漢英法律翻譯教程》，涉及的內(nèi)容都是最基本的，書寫得比較嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，孫老師應(yīng)該是語(yǔ)言專業(yè)出身，對(duì)一些詞（比如說(shuō)threatened）的處理比較好。

2、中文版的《合同法》和《公司法》以及英文版的《合同法》和《公司法》，中文版的不必管哪個(gè)出版社的，想來(lái)都差不多。英文版的至少有兩個(gè)版本，我在書店里見過(guò)，但現(xiàn)有手頭沒(méi)有，也不方便找。

3、《2000年國(guó)際貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)解釋通則》，有中英文對(duì)照版，算是做得比較精致的一本書。這本書不厚，但可以讓你明白好的翻譯作品應(yīng)該是什么樣的。

4、香港的雙語(yǔ)資料庫(kù)，至少可以利用一下香港聯(lián)合交易所的雙語(yǔ)《上市規(guī)則》。香港的詞法和句法與大陸有所不同，但值得借鑒。

中級(jí)篇：

1、《法律文本與法律翻譯》，作者之一是李克興，他最近還寫了一本書，也不錯(cuò)，可以看看。書名記不得了，但如果你在百度搜索欄敲入“李克興”、“法律翻譯”，逐頁(yè)翻頁(yè)，應(yīng)該可以找到。

2、《法律翻譯-從實(shí)踐出發(fā)》，這本書有多名作者，既有宏觀的論述，又有微觀的剖析，作者基本上都是圈內(nèi)高人。

3、《美國(guó)1933年證券法》和《美國(guó)1934年證券交易法》，著名的兩部美國(guó)法律，主譯是張路老師，這一系列的書還有，與律所的實(shí)戰(zhàn)翻譯風(fēng)格比較接近。

4、利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，直接查閱相關(guān)法律，如美國(guó)的《特拉華州普通公司法》。至于具體查閱哪部法律，看個(gè)人的興趣。每本書后面都有參考書目，可以利用這個(gè)作為線索。

高級(jí)篇

1、《國(guó)際商法教學(xué)案例英文選編》，對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)考研用的“灰皮書”，不知現(xiàn)在是不是這樣？先讀懂這本書，加深對(duì)法律知識(shí)的了解。

2、《英美商事組織法》，對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)丁丁老師著，同一系列的書還有很多。

3、陳忠誠(chéng)老師的《詞語(yǔ)翻譯漫談》及其續(xù)篇、《法窗譯話》以及相關(guān)的詞語(yǔ)翻譯書，加強(qiáng)“煉字”功夫。

4、其他中文或英文原版著作。

三、法律翻譯的前途

外資律所法律翻譯的月薪大概在一萬(wàn)到五萬(wàn)之間，看個(gè)人能力和機(jī)遇。

目前外資所擴(kuò)張得厲害，法律翻譯供不應(yīng)求，薪水應(yīng)該看漲。

應(yīng)聘我所的法律翻譯候選人的測(cè)試稿，我看過(guò)十多份，真正好的有四份，有幾份根本不合格，剩下的就是可用但需要修改的了。感覺招個(gè)好法律翻譯挺難的，上面說(shuō)的做得好的那四個(gè)人，都是從別的所挖過(guò)來(lái)的。

在律所做翻譯做到一定程度，會(huì)比較困惑，我現(xiàn)在比較困惑的一個(gè)問(wèn)題就是：如果我努力提高自己，會(huì)越做越快，越做越好，但為公司掙的錢反而越來(lái)越少，因?yàn)槲矣玫臅r(shí)間少了，而律所是按小時(shí)收費(fèi)的。翻譯不像律師，小時(shí)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的差別可以很大。
