英語四級考前沖刺：選詞填空3步解題技巧

一、篩選單詞

通過多年的教學(xué)我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，拋開文章本身不論，選詞填空的15個備選單詞往往就是給大家造成的第一個障礙。實際上最行之有效的辦法就是從中挑選出大家最熟悉的若干單詞進行選擇，而將陌生詞匯排除在考慮范圍之外。事實上，15的話，真的可以成為答案只有10，和10，多數(shù)屬于基本詞匯范疇。所以與其冥思苦想執(zhí)著于若干難詞、長詞，還不如把注意力集中到自己熟悉的簡單詞上來，重點突破，效率更高。

二、詞性分類

挑選出熟悉單詞之后我們不妨根據(jù)詞性將這些單詞分門別類，便于待會逐一對應(yīng)。多年以來的四級選詞填空只曾涉及過四類詞：動詞、名詞、形容詞和副詞。尤其是形容詞和副詞，即使我們不熟悉，一般也可以通過終止對判斷。

三、對號入座

與大家所想象的不一樣的是，判斷選詞填空的答案除了要考慮前后文以外還必須照顧到詞性。有時候詞性的判斷可能比單純考慮上下文速度更快。譬如以下考題：

47空放在了形容詞wasteful之前，當然，只可以修改。在15種詞匯僅僅是難以置信的，只有一個副詞，選擇它是。觀察48空的特點，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)，出現(xiàn)在和之前它顯示特殊的作用。作為連接的并行結(jié)構(gòu)和語法功能，之前和之后的部分必須是相同的。由于之前，部分是不定式的拆除和部分之后，還必須與動詞的回聲。在發(fā)現(xiàn)動詞這個缺口，選詞范圍已大大降低了制備。所以在剩下的兩個原型動詞保護和替代僅能滿足環(huán)境要求更換。當然也起到保護。文章的最后一句：And efficiency upgrades(升級)can save more than just the earth;they can help __56__ property owners from rising power costs….其中56空放在動詞help之后，空白之后的部分又是一個完整的賓語和賓語補足語，所以此處只能再挑選一個動詞。受到help的影響，56空中的動詞也只能是原形——protect。

最后要給大家補充一點。填空本身難度不低，一般考生在這一部分中只要他們可以在5到6的問題。所以在他們熟悉的文字選擇范圍的平均分數(shù)不高，但至少可以達到國家的候選人。

4.完成填詞后，應(yīng)通讀全文，復(fù)核校對。檢查單詞拼寫是否正確，是否有時態(tài)、語態(tài)、慣用法及詞語選用上的錯誤，以確保答案的正確性。最后把答案填入答卷時，切勿錯位。
