基本禮儀：

一般不應(yīng)由親友陪同面試，避免給人留下不成熟的印象。

不要緊張，保持自信和自然的笑容，一方面可以幫助你放松心情，令面試的氣氛變得更融洽愉快；另一方面，可令考官認(rèn)為你充滿自信，能面對壓力。

面試前：

應(yīng)對所有職員保持禮貌，要知道，他們可能成為你的同事。

進(jìn)門前先敲門，和主考人禮貌地打招呼。

面試時：

談話時要與考官有恰當(dāng)?shù)难凵窠佑|，給主考官誠懇、認(rèn)真的印象。

點(diǎn)頭不可太急，否則會給人留下不耐煩及想插嘴的印象。

談話時切忌東張西望，此舉有欠缺誠意之嫌。

身體語言：

待主考人邀請時才禮貌地坐下，坐的時候要保持筆直。

留意自己的身體語言，要大方得體。蹺腿、左搖右擺、雙臂交疊胸前、單手或雙手托腮都不適宜。

＊切忌一些缺乏自信的小動作：

男士應(yīng)避免把弄衣衫、領(lǐng)帶及將手插進(jìn)褲袋內(nèi)；

女士不宜經(jīng)常撥弄頭發(fā)，過分造作。

避免把弄手指或原子筆、眼鏡及說話時用手掩嘴。

面試完結(jié)離去時，向主考人道謝及說“再見”。

回答問題的態(tài)度：

態(tài)度誠懇，不宜過分客套和謙卑。

不太明白主考人的問題時，應(yīng)禮貌地請他重復(fù)。

陳述自己的長處時，要誠實(shí)而不夸張，要視空乘職位的要求，充分表現(xiàn)自己有關(guān)的能力和才干。

不懂得回答的問題，不妨坦白承認(rèn)，給主考人揭穿反而會弄巧成拙。

語調(diào)：

語調(diào)要肯定、正面，表現(xiàn)信心。

盡量避免中、英文夾雜。

盡量少用語氣助詞，避免給主考人一種用語不清、冗長、不認(rèn)真及缺乏自信的感覺。

講錯話要補(bǔ)救

在講錯話之后，你亦不要放棄，必須重新振作，繼續(xù)回答其它問題。

其它：

不要打斷主考人的話，因?yàn)檫@是非常無禮的行為。

主考人可能會問你一些與職位完全無關(guān)的問題，目的在于進(jìn)一步了解你的思考能力及見識，不要表現(xiàn)出不耐煩或驚訝，以免給用人單位留下一個太計(jì)較的印象。

切忌因主考人不贊同你的意見而驚惶失措。部分主考人會故意反對應(yīng)聘者的意見，以觀察他們的反應(yīng)。

you to the front as the attendant is demonstrating.Fasten the straps and pull tight.The jacket will be automatically

inflated by pulling the two red tabs at the bottom.There are two mouth pieces inside the life jacket which can be

used to inflate the vest by blowing air into them.The oxygen masks arein panel over your head.If there is any change in the pressure,the masks will fall automatically.The masks are as shown.When the masks fall,pull one of them to your face.Cover your nose and mouth then breath normally.Place the strap over your head to keep the mask in place.If you have an infant,put your mask on first,then put the infant's mask on.Each seat is provided with seat belts.Please keep them fasted
