第三篇：繪本館管理制度

幼兒園圖書制度

為了維護(hù)校園圖書館借閱秩序，激發(fā)幼兒的讀書熱情，培養(yǎng)幼兒熱愛讀書、自覺讀書的行為習(xí)慣和心理品質(zhì)，提校園會本館的使用效果，特制定以下管理制度：

1、借書卡的辦理與使用：

（1）凡在本園報名的孩子家長憑班級老師出示的名單，可在幼兒園會本館辦理借書卡一張。

（2）借書卡的辦理實行實名制，憑本人借書卡借書，借書卡只限本人使用，不得轉(zhuǎn)借他人。

（3）借書卡遺失，應(yīng)先到圖書管理員處掛失、補(bǔ)辦，補(bǔ)辦一張卡需繳納10元工本費。

2、借書制度：

（1）每卡每次可借閱圖書3本，單人最高持書量5本。

（2）愛護(hù)圖書人人有責(zé)，不得在書內(nèi)涂寫，發(fā)現(xiàn)涂污、損毀、撕頁等應(yīng)及時修復(fù)，如不能修復(fù)的按書定價八折賠償。

（3）借書時應(yīng)自覺遵守紀(jì)律，保持安靜，不得隨意走出繪本館在校園內(nèi)活動，服從管理員的管理。

（4）所借圖書如有遺失，請主動辦理丟失手續(xù)，并按定價八折賠償。（5）未經(jīng)管理人員允許，不得將圖書帶出繪本館。

（6）為提高書籍利用率，每本書限借兩周周，最多可補(bǔ)辦一周的續(xù)借手續(xù)。
