大家下午好！

按全縣期末統(tǒng)考要求，12月20—25日中小學(xué)生分段進行期末考試，我們家長會也是分期進行，今天進行的是第4場，是八、九年級學(xué)生家長會。前3場家長會，我的深刻感受到與以往的顯著不同，家長們都遵守會場秩序，沒有隨意接聽電話和無故在會場走動現(xiàn)象，由此看出北方學(xué)校的學(xué)生之所以優(yōu)秀，家長是孩子的榜樣，您的家庭教育功不可沒。現(xiàn)在九年級的學(xué)生已進入中考的倒計時階段,八年級學(xué)生也面臨生物和地理結(jié)業(yè)考試，我們的許多家長為了孩子能夠更好的學(xué)習(xí)迎考，經(jīng)常與我們探討怎樣進行家校合作，針對自己孩子的學(xué)習(xí)情況，是東討一個方，西討一個方，就是想方設(shè)法尋找成功教育的最佳之路，這是難能可貴的，也是最令人尊敬的，因為成功的家庭教育,從某種意義上講，能夠改變了一個家庭或一個家族的命運，使整個家族興旺發(fā)達(dá)起來，同時也必然促進民族和祖國的興旺。因此，我們請教育專家、德高望重的高校長，針對現(xiàn)代家庭教育中家長常見的幾個困惑問題給予指導(dǎo)并就學(xué)校的發(fā)展形勢作報告，大家歡迎。

各位家長：
下午好！
在這初冬的下午，能夠與我們各位家長共同探討教育學(xué)生的話題我感到非常高興，首先請允許我代表袁莊一初中全體教師對在座的學(xué)生家長抽空參加這個家長會表示衷心的感謝。
你們的到來是對我校全體教師做好工作最大的鼓舞和鞭策，也是對自己子女全面關(guān)心的具體體現(xiàn)。對于一個孩子來說，初中生涯無疑是極其重要的，不僅我們家長非常關(guān)心和重視，作為我們學(xué)校的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師同樣非常重視。
在學(xué)校管理上，我們本著“育人為本，德育為先，尊重個性，全面發(fā)展”的辦學(xué)理念，使學(xué)生學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)會做人，學(xué)會生存，學(xué)會創(chuàng)造。今年我們實行全封閉式管理模式，從周日到校，一直到放學(xué)，均有教師值班護導(dǎo)，晚上我們還有學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和值周教師共值班，原則上不允許學(xué)生隨意進出校門。在班級管理上，我們學(xué)校制定有符合我校實際情況的班級量化管理方案并進行一周一總結(jié)一周一公布，在量化中 將班級作為量化的團體，學(xué)生是團體中的個體，每個學(xué)生都是班級的主人，班級管理的口號是：“班級以我為榮，我以班級為驕傲”。我們每一個教室都有學(xué)生的格言，從強化理念教育開始，每天激勵我們的學(xué)生奮發(fā)向上。
在學(xué)生管理中，我們按上級要求對學(xué)生進行綜合素質(zhì)評定，同時學(xué)校制定有嚴(yán)格的《學(xué)生請假銷假制度》、《獎懲條例》和《學(xué)生違紀(jì)處分條例》，對學(xué)生進行月評、期評并將個人結(jié)果記入學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評定檔案。另外我們還成立有學(xué)生會，其目的是為了讓學(xué)生學(xué)會自己管理自己。在對學(xué)生思想教育上我們利用每周一早上升旗時國旗下的演講以及主題班會還有平時的團會、讀報對學(xué)生進行德育教育、理想教育、成才教育等思想方面的教育。此
在教育孩子時，應(yīng)該以身作則，以理服人。初中階段的孩子處于發(fā)育時期，應(yīng)該說這一階段的孩子的模仿能力非常強。舉一個很簡單的例子：如果在日常生活中，我們家長不小心隨口說了幾句臟話，不久，你便會發(fā)覺孩子也“學(xué)”會了，這就是效果。批評孩子，就得讓孩子心服口服，不能浮于表面，“打”不能解決問題，只會將孩子從你所謂的“軌道”上越走越遠(yuǎn)。因此我們家長在教育孩子中就得從孩子的個性入手，“以理服人，以德治人”。再次，我們要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子的優(yōu)點、缺點，幫助他們改正缺點，更好地發(fā)揚優(yōu)點。雖然不奢望孩子能成為“完人”，但希望孩子能在自己的培養(yǎng)下，發(fā)展得更好、更優(yōu)秀。若能將表揚與批評相結(jié)合才能很好的培養(yǎng)孩子的自信心又能有效地遏止孩子的自負(fù)心理。
下面是我對家長朋友們的幾點希望
1、希望我們的家長要多關(guān)心自己的孩子在個性方面的變化，要讓他們適應(yīng)環(huán)境的變化，要及時告知他們，學(xué)生的各項行為要符合初中生的要求；
2、我們希望家長朋友不要給孩子買昂貴的衣物和學(xué)習(xí)用品，更不要給自己的子女買什么首飾，游戲機、手機之類的，我們要教育我們的孩子，物質(zhì)方面的攀比是庸俗的，低層次的，是可恥的的。要讓我們的學(xué)生知道金錢是來之不易的，要讓他們從小養(yǎng)成節(jié)儉的好習(xí)慣。
3、希望家長不管工作多忙多累，每個星期，最多兩個星期作一次談話和交流，注意了解孩子的思想動態(tài)。要經(jīng)常和班主任保持聯(lián)系，了解孩子在學(xué)校的表現(xiàn)，作到談話時要有的放矢，不要隨便說說，被孩子抓住把柄，這樣你的教育效果就會大打折扣。初中三年，正是一個人關(guān)鍵的三年，所以我們家長要配合好學(xué)校，做好學(xué)生的德育教育工作。
學(xué)生是家庭的寶貴財富，人的心田是一塊神氣的土地，家長播種思想，會有行為的收獲，家長播種行為，會有習(xí)慣的收獲，家長播種習(xí)慣，會有品德的收獲，不管你孩子現(xiàn)在有多少不好的習(xí)慣，只要我們學(xué)校與家長常抓不懈，就會達(dá)到培養(yǎng)孩子良好的行為習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的目標(biāo)。

2014-2014學(xué)年第一學(xué)期八九年級工作總結(jié)
2014—2015學(xué)第一學(xué)期教育教學(xué)工作即將結(jié)束，為了不斷提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，勝任今后的教育教學(xué)工作，提高自身素質(zhì)，促進學(xué)生全面健康發(fā)展，現(xiàn)將一年來工作總結(jié)如下。
一、思想政治工作：
1、堅持政治學(xué)習(xí)，以十七大精神和“三個代表”、的重要思想為指導(dǎo)，認(rèn)真貫徹落實學(xué)?！皥F結(jié)敬業(yè)，樂于奉獻，自我加壓，追求卓越”的辦學(xué)思想。
