第三篇:英語(yǔ)展示課心得體會(huì)
“只有經(jīng)歷了地獄般的磨練,才能煉出創(chuàng)造天堂的力量;只有流血過的手指,才能彈出世間的絕唱?!碧└?duì)柕倪@句話說得真好。我在極度困惑中不斷掙扎,最終走出了那片令人窒息的沼澤地。
正式得到孔老師通知的那一刻,是在三月初,那時(shí)我就感到身上的擔(dān)子重了,但是渾身充滿了力量,準(zhǔn)備好迎接接下來的任何挑戰(zhàn)。這是我平生第一次走進(jìn)黑龍江,走進(jìn)著名的哈爾濱三,結(jié)實(shí)“尖刀班”的可愛的孩子們;第一次有近八百人走進(jìn)我的課堂,為他們展示一節(jié)實(shí)實(shí)在在的聽說課;第一次有機(jī)會(huì)代表學(xué)校,代表吉林省這么高級(jí)別的講課。心里總是充滿了美好的熱忱和希望,相信自己一定能不辜負(fù)東北師大附中領(lǐng)導(dǎo),吉林省教育學(xué)院的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和英語(yǔ)組老師們的期望及默默支持和鼓勵(lì)我的家人的期望。
暮然回首這短短的一個(gè)半月,看似短暫,實(shí)則不然。這是一個(gè)讓我不斷成長(zhǎng),不斷改造,不斷錘煉,不斷蛻變的過程。其中所付出的辛苦和努力,反復(fù)的思考、摸索和嘗試,與專家們的思想碰撞,可以說這比我從工作至今的收獲還要大,比我上這節(jié)課本身獲得收獲還要大。每一次試講前和組內(nèi)老師們的交流都然我如沐春風(fēng),充滿了前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力;每一次試講后專家老師們都給我提出了高屋建瓴的指導(dǎo),讓我茅塞頓開。從整節(jié)課步驟的有效性,到課堂語(yǔ)言使用的準(zhǔn)確性;從各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)任務(wù)設(shè)置的多樣性,到教案、課件及學(xué)案設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。幾乎每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)都在專家老師們的指引下,在我面前漸漸清晰,讓我思路更加開闊,方向更加明確,做起事來更加嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致。這是一盞明燈,為我照亮前行的道路,這更是一種無形的力量,鞭策我在教學(xué)上做出改變,重塑自我。
很想找到一個(gè)能比“感謝”更好的詞來表達(dá)我此時(shí)的心情:感謝高二和高三的專家老師們:elaine, 大白,xx大哥,xx姐和xx。向高一英語(yǔ)備課組的所有老師們致敬,特別是xx老師,xx, xx姐,xx, xx主任,xx,xx,xx感謝這一路有你們的陪伴。由衷的向xx老師、xx老師和我省英語(yǔ)教研員xx老師表示敬意,感謝三位老師給予的鼓勵(lì)和肯定,更感謝三位給我的啟發(fā),讓我感到無比的幸運(yùn),讓我受益終身。感謝所有人,感謝大家一直以來對(duì)我的幫助,對(duì)我的包容,對(duì)我的鼓勵(lì),讓我在這么短的時(shí)間內(nèi)能有如此多的改變和收獲。
