2013-2014學(xué)年中專二年級班主任工作總結(jié)

12級班主任工作馬上就結(jié)束了，一年半里有失有得，有酸、有甜、有苦、有辣，更有感動。而我作為一個曾經(jīng)是第一中專畢業(yè)的學(xué)生來帶班級，而且是站在自己曾經(jīng)的班級當(dāng)別人的班主任（原北三樓西四教室）。但我對自己的定位就是一個大班長，引用現(xiàn)在的熱播劇《爸爸去哪兒》中王詩齡說的：我不是大明星，我是小公主；而我要說的是：我不是班主任，我是老秦姐。

當(dāng)班主任期間學(xué)了上學(xué)都學(xué)不到的東西，因為有時候要跟他們共同學(xué)習(xí)，或者要么是天天想點子怎么處理犯錯誤的同學(xué)，要么是絞盡腦汁想方設(shè)法“逼著”學(xué)習(xí)，我是軟硬兼施，有時候還束手無策。多虧我有倆老張（我的恩師張德和，我的導(dǎo)師張佳啟）的幫忙，手有一張大王，一張小王，我怕誰。且在任職期間我不再以大嗓門去征服他們90后的血氣方剛的大男生們，也不是所謂的以柔克剛，就是和他們做朋友，還要以德服人。

我的性格是爭強好勝，而現(xiàn)在的90后都是在父母無微不至的照顧中長大，大部分同學(xué)都不愛爭強好勝，而且有的還特靦腆，特害羞，有什么事都不敢往前沖，往前跑。所以必須還要對班級管理抓緊，讓他們必須有競爭意識，讓他們記住男生不向前表現(xiàn)，永遠(yuǎn)靠邊站。

一、響應(yīng)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)號召要加強班級文化建設(shè)

班級文化作為校園文化的重要組成部分，包括班級環(huán)境的布置，班級活動的開展等。

(2)主題班會是統(tǒng)一班級目標(biāo)的重要途徑和方法。

二、做好后進(jìn)生轉(zhuǎn)化工作。

做好后進(jìn)生轉(zhuǎn)化工作，對班集體形成和鞏固有巨大影響。

三、管理策略、思想、方法上要因人而異，靈活多樣，不同年級時候采用不同管理方法。

一年級的時候，思想單純，從學(xué)習(xí)上著手，嚴(yán)抓他們學(xué)習(xí)紀(jì)律，激發(fā)他們的積極性，不斷檢查他們的學(xué)習(xí)和成績，創(chuàng)造一些競爭機會，比學(xué)習(xí)，比紀(jì)律，比品德等?，F(xiàn)在到二年級時，特別勤工儉學(xué)之后學(xué)生思想開始變得復(fù)雜，競爭意識，學(xué)習(xí)積極性減退，中專學(xué)習(xí)壓力不大，容易出現(xiàn)松懈現(xiàn)象，對他們要加強思想教育，另一方面要加強檢查督促，端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，鼓勵他們提高學(xué)習(xí)成績。而且他們馬上面臨實習(xí)就業(yè)的矛盾，存在著自己是否適應(yīng)社會的顧慮。

要從社會形勢來教育他們，正確面對現(xiàn)實，確信知識是有用的，中專生也同樣受到用人單位歡迎，引導(dǎo)他們正確處理畢業(yè)、升大、就業(yè)關(guān)系，以保證他們的畢業(yè)水平。積極配合任課老師的工作，協(xié)助他們開展各項教學(xué)活動，提高班級的學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量。

看著墻上貼著大家初來這個學(xué)校軍訓(xùn)時候和后期運動會及元旦晚會留下的照片，再看看現(xiàn)在坐在教室的他們，讓我頗有感慨。剛來時候那一張張青澀，單純和天真的臉兒，歷歷在目。有的連自我介紹都不敢做，有的不敢競選班干部，有的還不敢說話??，而現(xiàn)在一個個都是給我Q上，微信上聊天，聊游戲，談人生，有時候還教我玩游戲，讓我開黃鉆，藍(lán)鉆，紅鉆為的就是給大家傳元旦節(jié)目的錄像。想想挺好笑，呵呵??

相信在老師的引導(dǎo)下，學(xué)生的努力下，我們一定會取得進(jìn)步，我們堅信：沒有最好，只有更好！
