The transportation
In the modem society ,the transportation is becoming more and more important.whether the people go to work or travel,we must do it by the transportation.So,I think,we should discuss the advantage and disadvantage of the transportation.The first is the car.Cars have been coming in our life.It is convenient for us whatever we do.If,we have something that is urgent to do ,the importance of the car is showed.But,the cars are quite expensive,some people can’t buy a car,and the gas is also not cheep.On the other hand,the cars will make the air become bad and make the traffic pressure become serious.The next is the bus.Some people don’t like to go out by bus.In their opinions,the bud is dirty、crowded and tired.But,I think the bus is cheeper a lot than the car,and that will reduce the environment pollution.And we never worry about the car lost.The last is motor bicycle.It is so convenient for the young people to go out.Whatever we buy things or go to the friends,it will be their first choice.And the motor bicycle is not so expensive.When the young people ride it ,we will become very cool,so a lot of people will ride it fast which is the fatal shortcoming.It is very dangerous ,and that will make the people deform or die.So,I think we should find the way that is handy.In my opinion ,we should take the bus more,because it is convenient and it can make the air cleaner than the car and it is safer than the motor bicycle.交通方式
在現(xiàn)代這個社會,交通方式變得越來越重要。無論人們?nèi)スぷ鬟€是旅游,他們必須使用交通工具。所以,我認(rèn)為,我們應(yīng)該討論這些交通工具的優(yōu)缺點。
首先是小汽車。小汽車正在走進(jìn)我們的生活,無論我們做什么,它都是非常方便的。比如我們有一些緊急的事情要做,那么小汽車的重要性就突顯出來了。但是小汽車的價格是很貴的,一些人卻買不起它,并且汽油也并不便宜。從另一方面講,小汽車會使空氣變壞,并且會使交通壓力變大。
接下來就是公交車。一些人并不喜歡坐公交車出去,他們認(rèn)為公交車很臟,擁擠,并且有時很累。但是我認(rèn)為坐公交車比開小汽車要便宜的多,并且他也能較少環(huán)境的污染,和不用擔(dān)心車會丟了。
最后再說說摩托車。年輕人出去的時候它是很方便的,無論他們是去買東西還是找朋友,摩托車會是他們的首選。當(dāng)年輕人駕駛摩托車的時候,他們會變得非常的醋,所以很多的人都會騎的非??欤@是它的致命的缺點。它非常的危險,這會使人們受傷或者死亡。
所以,我認(rèn)為我們應(yīng)該尋找一個便利的方式。我認(rèn)為,我們應(yīng)該盡可能多的用公交車,因為它很便利并且會使空氣變得干凈相對于小汽車,并且比摩托車也要安全。

各類英文縮寫方式
1.個人資料或個人詳情 Personal Data or Personal Details
一、Name(姓名),英語的習(xí)慣寫法是名在前,姓在后,如:Minglan Zhang;也可以遵從漢語的習(xí)慣,按照姓在前名在后的順序,如:Zhang Minglan.二、Address(通信地址),英語通信地址的寫法與漢語迥然不同,漢語是從大到小,英語是從小到大,如:88 Gaodi Lane, Beijing Road, Guangzhou(廣州市北京路高等街88號)。
三、Postal Code/ Zip code(郵政編號)。
四、Phone Number(電話號碼)。以上四項往往放于開頭,單獨列出。
五、Sex(性別):Male(男)或Female(女)
倘若在姓名前面已經(jīng)加上了Mr.(先生),Miss(小姐)、Mrs.(太太)或到代替與,則不必填寫此項。如果招聘的職位沒有限制性別,也可省略此項。
六、Date of Birth/ D.O.B.(出生日期):March 12, 1958(美式英語)或12 March,1958(英式英語)。
七、Birthplace(出生地點):如:Zhuhai(珠海)。(Optional)
八、Nationality(國籍或民族):如:P.R.C.(中國),the Han(漢語),亦可用Citizenship :Chinese(中國)。如有雙重國籍則寫:Duel Citizenship,如:Chinese and Canadian(中國和加拿大)。倘若不是求職于海外,則不必填寫國籍。
九、Height(身高):如:175cm(175公分)或1.75m(1米75)(Optional)
十、Weight(體重):如:60kg(60公斤)(Optional)
十一、Martial Status(婚姻狀況):Married or Single or divorced(已婚、單身、離異)(Optional)
十二、Number of Children(子女人數(shù)):如:one or none(1個或無)當(dāng)然,未婚者可不填寫此項。如果離異者的子女經(jīng)法院判決或通過協(xié)議離婚作出決定由對方攜帶撫養(yǎng),便可在此項中填寫(無)。(Optional)
十三、Health Condition(健康狀況):excellent(極佳)、very good(很好)、strong(強壯)。(Optional)
十四、Hobbies(業(yè)余愛好):如:playing basketball(打籃球)、playing the violin(拉小提琴)、jogging(慢跑),dancing(跳舞),etc.有些招聘單位喜歡錄用有體育和文藝等方面的專長的人員,因此,如果你有這方面的嗜好或?qū)iL也是一種優(yōu)勢。某些需要耐心的工作,倘若你有釣魚(fishing)之嗜好,亦可填寫進(jìn)去。
十五、Membership(會員資格):如:Translators' Association of Guangzhou(廣州翻譯協(xié)會),etc.現(xiàn)在各行各業(yè)都有協(xié)會和學(xué)會或者研究會,在此項中有則填之,無則不用填。當(dāng)然,你若是參加了某個或幾個學(xué)術(shù)組織,特別是擔(dān)任了理事、會長之類的職務(wù),這無疑會增添你的求職競爭優(yōu)勢。
十六、Number of Identification Card(身份證號碼):有些招聘的職位限制了戶口所在地,就應(yīng)填寫此項,否則,便可省略。(Optional)
除了上述個人資料外,不少招聘單位還要求應(yīng)聘人員在簡歷中附上近照一張或數(shù)張,即使招聘廣告中沒有此項要求,你也不妨把自己的照片寄去,這可以加強招聘者對你的印象。另外,如有必要,可以寫明到職時間,例如: Available May 4, 1994(1994年5月4日便可到職)
以上十四項的業(yè)余愛好和十五項的會員資格,既可放在個人資料中,也可單獨列出來放在簡歷的最后。
2.應(yīng)聘職位 Job Objective
在你將個人簡歷給人才交流中心、人才交流會、勞務(wù)人才集市或常設(shè)勞務(wù)中介機(jī)構(gòu)時,務(wù)必寫出自己所希望獲得的職位。在一些招聘廣告中,往往一個單位同時招聘多種職位的人才,這時也應(yīng)當(dāng)注明應(yīng)聘職位,讓招聘者一看就一目了然你想應(yīng)聘何種職位。如果一個招聘廣告只招聘一種人才,個人簡歷中便可省略此項,只需在求職信中提一句就行。3.工作經(jīng)歷 Work Experience
a.工作經(jīng)歷書寫的順序:一般來說,目前的工作寫在前面,以前的經(jīng)歷依次寫在后面。如果以前的工作和你現(xiàn)在應(yīng)聘的工作關(guān)系比較密切的話,就先寫那次的工作經(jīng)歷,而且要寫得比其它經(jīng)歷更詳細(xì)。
b.工作經(jīng)歷通常包括下列內(nèi)容:
一、工作單位:如果你認(rèn)為負(fù)責(zé)招聘的人對你原來的工作單位不甚了解,可以在括弧內(nèi)用一句話簡單介紹一下。例如:Zhujiang Co.Ltd(one of the leading real estate development companies in Haikou City)。珠江股份有限公司(海口市主要的房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司之一)。Guangzhou Avon Co.Ltd(producing skincare and cosmetics)。廣州雅芳有限公司(生產(chǎn)護(hù)膚及美容品)。
二、服務(wù)時間:你所服務(wù)過的每一個工作單位,都必須寫清楚從某年某月始至某年某月止。服務(wù)時間多半寫在工作單位的前邊,例如: July 1987 to March 1990 Guangzhou Yangcheng Pharmaceutical Factory1987年7月至1990年3月 廣州羊城制藥廠
月份亦可用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字來表達(dá),例如: 10/1990-6/1992 Shanghai Tea Import and Export Company 1990年10月至1992年6月上海茶葉進(jìn)出口公司。

如果你的工作時間不長,而且至今仍服務(wù)于同一工作單位,便可寫成從某年某日至今,例如: July 1993 to present Guangdong International Hotel 1993年7月至今 廣東國際大酒店;

三、職位、職責(zé)與業(yè)績在工作經(jīng)歷中寫清楚你曾擔(dān)任的職位、負(fù)責(zé)的業(yè)務(wù)和取得的業(yè)績是非常重要的,因為這將體現(xiàn)出你是否具備目前應(yīng)聘的職位的任職資格。如果工作經(jīng)歷較多,以前的經(jīng)歷只需寫明職位就行,不必寫出具體的職責(zé),而現(xiàn)在工作則應(yīng)詳細(xì)說明。不過,假如現(xiàn)在的工作和你所應(yīng)聘的新職位關(guān)系不大,而以前的某次經(jīng)歷又與你所應(yīng)聘的新職位關(guān)系密切,那么就必須將那次經(jīng)歷的職位,職責(zé)和業(yè)績都寫清楚。例如: Position: Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities: Coordinating the designers, contractors, and government authorities, budgeting and controlling cost, supervising the inner-house construction project team.職位:工程副經(jīng)理

In a word, flunking students is not a good method for education.Students need to be encouraged and motivated but not in this way.
