透視昨天，工作的風(fēng)風(fēng)雨雨時時在眼前隱現(xiàn)，但我們卻必須面對現(xiàn)實(shí)，不僅僅要能做的到工作時埋下頭去忘我地工作，還要能在回過頭的時候，對工作的每一個細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行檢查核對，對工作的經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析，從怎樣節(jié)約時間，如何提高效率，盡量使工作程序化、系統(tǒng)化、條理化、流水化！從而在百尺桿頭，更進(jìn)一步，達(dá)到新層次，進(jìn)入新境界，創(chuàng)新為了更好地做好今后的工作，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗、吸取教訓(xùn)，必將有利于自己的前行。

回首過去，是為了更好地面向未來。為了總結(jié)經(jīng)驗，發(fā)揚(yáng)成績，克服不足，現(xiàn)將XX年的工作做如下簡要回顧和總結(jié)：

一、回首XX1、我們正生活在服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)時代。服務(wù)已滲透到生活中的諸多細(xì)節(jié)，每個人既是享受服務(wù)的“客戶”，又是為“客戶”提供服務(wù)的個體。正因如此，我們的工作也應(yīng)該更完善以為生產(chǎn)服務(wù)為中心，來為生產(chǎn)提供更快捷、高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。實(shí)實(shí)在在做人做事,是我們秉承的理念，盡我們的全力去滿足每一個生產(chǎn)細(xì)節(jié)的要求.確保了XX年生產(chǎn)旺季瓶箱供應(yīng)，順利完成了生產(chǎn)任務(wù).2、能嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公司倉庫保管制度，防止收發(fā)瓶箱差錯出現(xiàn)。入庫及登帳，檢驗不合要求瓶源不準(zhǔn)入庫；做到以公司利益為重，愛護(hù)公司財產(chǎn)，不監(jiān)守自盜。

3、合理安排瓶箱在倉庫內(nèi)的存放次序。按產(chǎn)品種類、規(guī)格、等級分區(qū)堆碼，不得混和亂堆，隨著成套瓶區(qū)和回退瓶區(qū)堆位劃線完工,使各堆位擺放比以前更加整齊, 保持庫區(qū)的整潔簡潔。

4、積極配合財務(wù)部和采購部。負(fù)責(zé)定期對倉庫產(chǎn)品盤點(diǎn)清倉，做到帳、物、卡三者相符。能真正掌握材料的進(jìn)、出、存的工作流程，同時也真正做到了物盡其用，人盡其才的作用。

積極配合財務(wù)部門做好倉庫庫存的盤點(diǎn)工作，保證庫存報表的每天上交時間和數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性,真實(shí)性。

5、XX年塑箱損壞嚴(yán)重,塑箱的管理權(quán)限在瓶箱庫,可是使用塑箱的是(瓶箱庫,包裝車間,成品庫).其中大部損壞應(yīng)該是瓶箱庫叉車司機(jī)供箱在通道推擠壞,倒一次瓶至少損壞7━10個塑箱,包裝車間在卸垛是摔壞塑箱,塑箱卡在鏈道上,包裝車間的員工是用棍打塑箱,洗620ml瓶時碼垛機(jī)亂碼時把塑箱擠壞,成品庫轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)塑箱瓶時損壞一些.瓶箱庫缺少對塑箱使用的監(jiān)管.每天的工作中都有很多問題發(fā)生，我們有必要做到要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，把握問題，并在第一時間去解決，來提升自身的業(yè)務(wù)能力。

二、展望XX

在恪守以往取得的成績和好的工作方法外，爭取在XX年能改善去年的不足，使工作再上一個新的臺階，特在此列出如下的倉庫XX年工作計劃和工作目標(biāo)：

1、加強(qiáng)日常管理工作。

⑴、加強(qiáng)對叉車司機(jī)的入職培訓(xùn), 督促操作人員嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行《叉車安全操作規(guī)程》進(jìn)行安全操作，確保操作者的人身安全。定期維護(hù)保養(yǎng)設(shè)備，減緩設(shè)備的自然磨損，杜絕因人為操作使用和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)不當(dāng)造成事故,監(jiān)督叉車各崗位操作人員嚴(yán)格按照各種規(guī)范操作，對主觀因素違反操作規(guī)程的人員予以糾正。提升在職叉車司機(jī)的安全駕駛意識,防止出現(xiàn)安全事故。
