旅游分院第三屆校園文化藝術(shù)節(jié)暨專業(yè)技能大賽總結(jié)
為豐富旅游分院大學(xué)生校園文化生活,營(yíng)造“學(xué)生活動(dòng)專業(yè)化”氛圍,實(shí)現(xiàn)校園文化活動(dòng)分層遞進(jìn)式的工作設(shè)想,旅游分院學(xué)工辦〃團(tuán)委于2010年5月舉辦了旅游分院第三屆校園文化藝術(shù)節(jié)暨專業(yè)技能大賽。
在分院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持下,在分院全體專業(yè)老師的共同努力下,在輔導(dǎo)員老師積極組織協(xié)調(diào)下,在學(xué)生的積極參與和配合下,旅游分院八個(gè)專業(yè)技能相繼舉辦了各具專業(yè)特色的技能比武活動(dòng),收到了預(yù)期的效果。
一、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視,上下支持,確保大賽順利開(kāi)展。本次技能大賽得到了分院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的高度重視與專業(yè)教師的大力支持。由于老師日常教學(xué)任務(wù)重又逢示范校建設(shè)收關(guān)的“關(guān)鍵”階段,專業(yè)課教師犧牲休息時(shí)間認(rèn)真研究專業(yè)技能大賽方案,精心設(shè)計(jì)出了一套符合本專業(yè)特點(diǎn)的比賽形式。學(xué)工辦?團(tuán)委多次牽頭組織召開(kāi)工作協(xié)調(diào)會(huì),審核各專業(yè)技能比賽方案和解決各專業(yè)技能比賽時(shí)所遇到的困難,為活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展提供了強(qiáng)有力的保障。
二、教師學(xué)生齊上陣,相互學(xué)習(xí)、相得益彰
通過(guò)深入的宣傳動(dòng)員,激發(fā)了學(xué)生專業(yè)技能學(xué)習(xí)的高潮。各專業(yè)學(xué)生積極踴躍的參與報(bào)名并苦練專業(yè)技能。專業(yè)課教師主動(dòng)的走進(jìn)學(xué)生,幫助學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)符合自身特點(diǎn)的技能展示形式和解決遇到的專業(yè)問(wèn)題,掀起了學(xué)技術(shù),長(zhǎng)技能的學(xué)習(xí)高潮。
三、專業(yè)技能大賽成績(jī)突出,各項(xiàng)成果豐碩
本次專業(yè)技能大賽共計(jì)舉辦了7場(chǎng)專業(yè)技能比賽,特別值得一提的是會(huì)展策劃與管理專業(yè)學(xué)生,在專業(yè)課老師的鼓勵(lì)下在校園內(nèi)通過(guò)自行招商舉辦了一場(chǎng)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)用品展銷(xiāo)會(huì)。展會(huì)共有20位商家布展,在為期兩天的展會(huì)中就創(chuàng)造了3萬(wàn)余元的銷(xiāo)售額!并且本次展銷(xiāo)會(huì)還引起了社會(huì)的關(guān)注,《新文化報(bào)》等新聞媒體進(jìn)行了專題報(bào)道。讓學(xué)生真正的運(yùn)用自己的專業(yè)知識(shí)進(jìn)行了“實(shí)戰(zhàn)”。
酒店管理專業(yè)的技能大賽與企業(yè)高度融合,讓學(xué)生在真實(shí)的工作崗位上與企業(yè)員工一起進(jìn)行專業(yè)技能比武,一方面激發(fā)了學(xué)生苦練技能的熱情,另一方面從企業(yè)員工身上也找到了自己的不足,學(xué)生受益頗豐。
電視節(jié)目制作專業(yè)舉辦的第二屆“映像節(jié)”活動(dòng),展示了學(xué)生自己制作的MV、DV和攝影作品,通過(guò)作品展示讓全體師生來(lái)對(duì)作品進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。其中,部分作品的水平以達(dá)到專業(yè)媒體的水平并被媒體采用。
本屆大賽,準(zhǔn)備充分,組織嚴(yán)密,協(xié)調(diào)得力,服務(wù)周到,賽事圓滿。通過(guò)比賽,涌現(xiàn)出一批技術(shù)拔尖人才,學(xué)生參與率達(dá)到了100%,取得了可喜成績(jī)。

一、競(jìng)賽項(xiàng)目指導(dǎo)思想和基本原則
1.指導(dǎo)思想:適應(yīng)國(guó)家大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育需要,按照高等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)要求,促進(jìn)高等職業(yè)教育英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)改革,培養(yǎng)和提高高職學(xué)生英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用能力,展現(xiàn)我院高職學(xué)生英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力與風(fēng)采,激發(fā)廣大高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性。
2.基本原則:以實(shí)用為主旨,以應(yīng)用為目的。
二、競(jìng)賽目的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)服務(wù)于專業(yè)教學(xué)改革,服務(wù)于日益國(guó)際化、全球化的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。職場(chǎng)需要具有較強(qiáng)英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用能力,尤其是口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力的專門(mén)人才。通過(guò)競(jìng)賽提高高職學(xué)生英語(yǔ)交際能力,并為我院高職英語(yǔ)領(lǐng)域的專家、教師搭建一個(gè)探索英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革、交流英語(yǔ)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的平臺(tái)。
三、競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容與規(guī)則
1.競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容:
競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容選取職場(chǎng)中典型交際場(chǎng)景,通過(guò)圖表描述和交流等環(huán)節(jié),考查參賽者英語(yǔ)日常交際能力和涉外業(yè)務(wù)交際能力。競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容包括兩部分:圖標(biāo)描述,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)答;職場(chǎng)或生活情景模擬,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交流。
競(jìng)賽分為預(yù)賽和決賽兩個(gè)階段。
預(yù)賽階段包括兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié):
(1)以各班為單位,參賽者可圍繞大學(xué)生活、社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題等話
題進(jìn)行演講。時(shí)間不超過(guò)3分鐘。
(2)評(píng)委就參賽者演講相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行提問(wèn),選手即興作答。回答時(shí)間不
超過(guò)2分鐘。
決賽階段包括兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié):
(1)參賽者抽取一副反映行業(yè)/企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展或社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題的統(tǒng)計(jì)圖表或圖片,根據(jù)給出的說(shuō)明,在充分理解的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)其進(jìn)行
口頭描述和觀點(diǎn)闡述。時(shí)間為3分鐘。
(2)評(píng)委就選手的描述或闡述的相關(guān)內(nèi)容對(duì)選手提出一至兩個(gè)問(wèn)題,選
手即興回答,回答問(wèn)題時(shí)間不超過(guò)3分鐘。
2.競(jìng)賽規(guī)則
(1)預(yù)賽規(guī)則
評(píng)委對(duì)參賽者兩個(gè)比賽環(huán)節(jié)(演講和即興問(wèn)答)的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行計(jì)分(按0分至10分記分,小數(shù)點(diǎn)后保留1位)。計(jì)算方法:去掉一個(gè)最高分,去掉一個(gè)最低分,取其他分?jǐn)?shù)的平均分。平均分計(jì)至小數(shù)點(diǎn)后2位,如:9.23分、8.79分等。預(yù)賽按比賽分?jǐn)?shù)高低決定進(jìn)入決賽的名次。
預(yù)賽決出英語(yǔ)專業(yè)組和非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)組共約20名選手參加總決賽。
(2)決賽規(guī)則
參賽選手半決賽的成績(jī)不帶入決賽。
決賽評(píng)委對(duì)參賽者兩個(gè)比賽環(huán)節(jié)(圖表描述和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)答)的表現(xiàn)分別計(jì)分(按0分至10分計(jì)分小數(shù)點(diǎn)后保留1位)。去掉一個(gè)最高分,去掉一個(gè)最低分,取其他分?jǐn)?shù)的平均分(計(jì)小數(shù)點(diǎn)后2位),兩項(xiàng)平均分之和為選手的最終得分。

六、評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制訂原則、評(píng)分方法、評(píng)分細(xì)則
1.評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制訂原則:公平、公開(kāi)、公正;客觀反映選手的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)實(shí)用交際能力。
2.評(píng)分方法:大賽每個(gè)競(jìng)賽項(xiàng)目基本依照“內(nèi)容、條理、邏輯、語(yǔ)言”四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行評(píng)定
3.評(píng)分細(xì)則:以10分為滿分,5分為最低起評(píng)分,從5分開(kāi)始,每1分都分為1個(gè)級(jí)別。
圖表描述部分具體評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下:從“內(nèi)容、條理、語(yǔ)言”三個(gè)方面評(píng)定。9 ~ 10 分:內(nèi)容完整充實(shí),能很好地就主題發(fā)揮;邏輯性強(qiáng),條理清晰,表達(dá)流暢;語(yǔ)言豐富,使用語(yǔ)言準(zhǔn)確?!?9 分:內(nèi)容完整充實(shí),能就主題有一定的發(fā)揮;邏輯性較強(qiáng),條理清晰,表達(dá)尚流暢;語(yǔ)言較豐富,使用語(yǔ)言正確?!?8 分:內(nèi)容完整;邏輯性較強(qiáng),表達(dá)基本流暢;使用語(yǔ)言基本正確。6 ~ 7 分:內(nèi)容基本完整;條理比較清晰;使用語(yǔ)言基本正確。5 ~ 6 分:內(nèi)容基本完整;表達(dá)尚連貫;使用語(yǔ)言尚正確。分以下:達(dá)不到5分者,參照以上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所涉及的方面酌情給分。

大賽初步擬定約60%的參賽選手獲獎(jiǎng)。其中一等獎(jiǎng)2名(“英語(yǔ)專業(yè)組”和
“非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)組”各1名),二等獎(jiǎng)4名(“英語(yǔ)專業(yè)組”和“非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)組”各2名),三等獎(jiǎng)6名(“英語(yǔ)專業(yè)組”和“非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)組”各3名),優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)若干名。
