當(dāng)今全球經(jīng)濟進入了一個長期波動和低速增長時期。這個時期可能延續(xù)5—10年。四年來，在應(yīng)對危機的過程中，各國均采用了大量非常規(guī)刺激政策。這些政策或在短期內(nèi)有阻止危機急劇下瀉的作用，但亦有損害經(jīng)濟長期發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)的副作用。如今，這些負面影響已開始顯露

發(fā)達經(jīng)濟體的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式，以消費拉動為基本特征。消費超出收入水平，形成過度消費。過度消費意味著低儲蓄并導(dǎo)致過度借貸。過度借貸持續(xù)惡化便形成債務(wù)危機 在美國，次貸危機首先是私債危機。私債危機發(fā)生后，為了救助，美聯(lián)儲和財政部先后深度介入，致使美聯(lián)儲的資產(chǎn)負債表擴大了數(shù)倍，財政赤字占GDP的比重和政府債務(wù)占GDP的比重均創(chuàng)歷史新高。于是，私債危機引發(fā)了主權(quán)債務(wù)危機；私債危機和主權(quán)債務(wù)危機并發(fā)。

在歐洲，危機發(fā)生的路徑有所不同。那里徑直發(fā)生的是主權(quán)債務(wù)危機

如果全球經(jīng)濟陷入長期蕭條，中國在未來5—10年中面臨的國際經(jīng)濟環(huán)境自然是緊縮的。這意味著，依賴外需來拉動經(jīng)濟增長的模式，已經(jīng)難以為繼。國民經(jīng)濟增長速度下降趨勢已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)

中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀

從傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟學(xué)的角度看這是匪夷所思的：

世界上增長最快的經(jīng)濟體，同時又是最無效率的。

一方面，中國是世界上增長最快的經(jīng)濟體，經(jīng)常保持兩位數(shù)的增長；

另一方面，如果用銀行系統(tǒng)的不良貸款比例來衡量，中國卻是最沒有效率的經(jīng)濟體。

中國經(jīng)濟是一個巨大的悖論。

中國經(jīng)濟增長的另一個原因是，中國工人的超低工資。

權(quán)力市場化是改變中國財富分配格局的起始點，也是理解中國30年改革開放的一把鑰匙。

目前在中國社會中真正的富人，靠個人奮斗起家的私人企業(yè)家只是很少數(shù)；真正的富人，主要是那些手中直接掌握著權(quán)力或直接、間接與權(quán)力有關(guān)的人。這也恰恰是人們對目前中國的收入分配狀況強烈不滿的主要原因。
