第三篇：克拉管介紹

結(jié)構(gòu)

管材直徑

克拉管的直徑可以從300mm到4000mm，兩相鄰規(guī)格的管材直徑可相差100mm.克拉管的公稱(chēng)直徑為管材的內(nèi)徑，因此在管材的環(huán)剛度或者壁厚變化時(shí)，管材的內(nèi)徑不變，從而保證水流量不受影響。

管材結(jié)構(gòu)

克拉管的公稱(chēng)長(zhǎng)度一般為6米，克拉管管身分為三部分，第一部分為承口，第二部分為管材主體，第三部分為插口。這三部分都是在線一次性成型。每一部分的厚度都可以根據(jù)工程需求靈活生產(chǎn),因而管材的整體強(qiáng)度非常高。

克拉管的承口處為錐形內(nèi)徑，插口處為錐形外徑，這種結(jié)構(gòu)可以保證在采用電熔連接時(shí)，兩根管子將會(huì)被牢牢的焊接在一起而沒(méi)有任何的縫隙。

管壁結(jié)構(gòu)

克拉管的水接觸層的厚度可從2mm做到300mm，因而克拉管可以做為排污排水或者供水管。考慮到管材的可靠性及施工，建議水平層的壁厚最小為4mm.克拉管的承重層可根據(jù)工程要求采用多種管壁結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)增強(qiáng)環(huán)剛度。這些管壁結(jié)構(gòu)在增加環(huán)剛度的同時(shí)減輕了管材的重量，節(jié)省了材料。管材的環(huán)剛可以從2KN/M2到32KN/M2。

結(jié)構(gòu)ST 這種結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)外壁光滑,管材壁厚由上到下逐漸加厚，主要是用于立式儲(chǔ)罐。

優(yōu)點(diǎn)

1、優(yōu)異的物理性能。高密度聚乙烯有很好的剛性、強(qiáng)度，也有很好的柔性、耐蠕變性，而且較高密度聚乙烯更有熱熔連接性能優(yōu)良的特點(diǎn)，有利于塑料管的安裝。

2、耐腐蝕，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，在我國(guó)沿海地區(qū)，地下水位偏高，土地濕度大，而PE管可耐多種化學(xué)介質(zhì)的侵蝕，不需防腐處理。此外，它也不會(huì)促進(jìn)藻類(lèi)、細(xì)菌或真菌生長(zhǎng)，使用壽命達(dá)100年。

3.熱態(tài)纏繞成型熔縫質(zhì)量高，從擠塑機(jī)口模擠出的處于熔融狀態(tài)的平料帶和包覆料帶，按預(yù)定的位置均勻的纏繞在加熱的滾筒模具上，保證了結(jié)構(gòu)壁管熔接縫質(zhì)量,管材采用風(fēng)冷卻，材料冷卻均勻。特別是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中平料帶的熔接縫被料帶包覆支撐管所覆蓋，提高了制品整體的抗外壓能力。管材的水平層與加強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)層在熔融狀態(tài)下熔接，熔縫質(zhì)量高，沒(méi)有內(nèi)應(yīng)力，管材的整體強(qiáng)度高。

4、環(huán)柔性

塑料管屬于柔性管，在受外壓負(fù)荷時(shí)，柔性管和剛性管的承受負(fù)載的機(jī)理是完全不同的。柔性管在受壓破壞之前，可以有較大的變形，而剛性管在受外壓破壞之前不可能有較大變形。當(dāng)剛性管受外壓時(shí)，負(fù)載完全經(jīng)過(guò)管材壁傳遞到底部的管床上，在管材壁內(nèi)產(chǎn)生彎矩，隨著管材直徑加大，管壁的彎矩和應(yīng)力急劇加大，所以大直徑的混凝土排水管常常需加鋼筋:而柔性管在受壓破壞前先變形— 橫向外擴(kuò)，管材周?chē)幕靥钔寥揽梢云鸬阶柚谷嵝怨茏冃魏屯鈹U(kuò)的作用，外壓負(fù)載就被傳遞和分?jǐn)偟街車(chē)幕靥钔林腥チ?。所以，在同樣外壓?fù)載下柔性管管壁內(nèi)的應(yīng)力較小，它和周?chē)幕靥钔凉餐惺茇?fù)載，管土共同作用。因此，塑料埋地排水管不需和剛性混凝土管一樣的強(qiáng)度和剛度，在合理的剛度下，是完全可以達(dá)到使用要求的，這一點(diǎn)已被歐洲發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐所證實(shí)陰。

管材的物理柔性 超載影響

4.韌性、撓性好。

PE管是一種高韌性管材、其斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率超過(guò)500％，對(duì)管基礎(chǔ)不均勻沉降和錯(cuò)位的適應(yīng)能力非常強(qiáng)，抗震性好，因此，最適宜于有地震危險(xiǎn)地區(qū)，世界各地的實(shí)踐證明PE管是耐震性最好的管道。有報(bào)道說(shuō)1995年日本的神戶地震中，PE管和供水管是唯一沒(méi)有被破壞的管道。另外，PE管的撓性是PE管可以盤(pán)卷（尤其是管徑小的PE管），減少了大量連接管件。PE管的走向容易按照施工方法的要求進(jìn)行改變。在施工時(shí)，可在管子允許的彎曲半徑內(nèi)繞過(guò)障礙，降低施工難度。

5、流通能力大，經(jīng)濟(jì) 上合算。PE管內(nèi)壁光滑，不結(jié)垢。PE管內(nèi)表面當(dāng)量絕對(duì)粗糙比值是鋼管的1/20，相同管徑、相同長(zhǎng)度、相同壓力下的PE管其流通能力要比鋼管大30％左右，因此經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。與金屬管道相比，PE管道可減少工程投資三分之一左右（直徑200毫米以上大管成本略高些），可盤(pán)卷的小口徑管材，可進(jìn)一步降低工程造價(jià)。

6、安裝性能優(yōu)異，管道連接采用在承口預(yù)埋電熔絲同材質(zhì)承插電熔連接技術(shù)，連接質(zhì)量高?？勺龅?00%無(wú)泄露，保證了管道系統(tǒng)壽命的相同性和運(yùn)行的安全性。同時(shí)，由于該產(chǎn)品 在同等應(yīng)用條件下比其它管材重量輕，便于運(yùn)輸，施工方便快捷，可降低施工費(fèi)用，在應(yīng)用范圍，不需混凝土墊層和混凝土管基溝槽合格后即可直接敷管，基本上做到邊開(kāi)挖、邊下管、邊回填，簡(jiǎn)化了施工程序，縮短了工期。在工程驗(yàn)收時(shí)，采用閉氣檢驗(yàn)代替閉水試驗(yàn)，既加快了驗(yàn)收速度，又節(jié)閉水試驗(yàn)中繁雜的工作和大量的試驗(yàn)費(fèi)用。

7、密封性好。PE管本身采用熔接連接（熱熔或電熔），本質(zhì)上保證了接口材質(zhì)，結(jié)構(gòu)與管體本身的同一性，實(shí)現(xiàn)了接頭與管材的一體化。其接口的抗拉強(qiáng)度與爆破強(qiáng)度均高于管材本體，可有效抵抗內(nèi)壓力產(chǎn)生的環(huán)向應(yīng)力軸向應(yīng)力。因此，與橡膠圈類(lèi)接應(yīng)或其他機(jī)械接頭相比，不存在接應(yīng)扭曲造成的泄露危險(xiǎn)，密封性能十分良好。

8、抗應(yīng)力開(kāi)裂性好：PE管具有低的缺口敏感性，高抗剪切強(qiáng)度的段異的抗痕能力，耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力性非常突出。

9、低溫抗沖擊性好：PE管的低溫脆化溫度極低，可在-60攝氏度溫度范圍內(nèi)安全使用。而在我國(guó)北方地區(qū)，在冬季野外鋪設(shè)的聚乙烯埋地給水時(shí)，總結(jié) 出一條經(jīng)驗(yàn)是在零度以下就不適宜鋪設(shè)施工，因?yàn)檫@時(shí)聚乙烯管容易脆裂。

10、耐磨性好。聚乙烯管與鋼管的耐磨性對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)表明：它的耐磨性是鋼管的4倍。

11、具有良好的抵抗222刮痕能力。研究 證明，PE等級(jí)的PE管有較好的抵抗SCG的能力和耐刮痕能力。PE100級(jí)管材則具有更加出色的抗刮痕能力。

12、良好的抵抗快速裂紋傳遞能力。開(kāi)裂是指管道發(fā)生開(kāi)裂時(shí)，裂紋以很快的速度傳遞，瞬間就可能使管道破壞，后果不堪設(shè)想。實(shí)踐表明，在塑料管道中的PE管抵抗裂紋傳遞能力比其他管道要強(qiáng)。

13、纏繞管材料，高密度聚乙烯和聚炳烯可100%回收利用

高密度聚乙烯（PE）或聚炳烯（PP）在擠出機(jī)（1，擠管材的主體，通常為黑色具有防紫外線功能，這里擠出機(jī)可為一臺(tái)或者二臺(tái)）和擠出機(jī)（2，主要用于擠黃色共擠層）被塑化，并被擠出到模具3中，模具（3）分為水平層和包覆層，每層的比例由計(jì)算機(jī)控制。在水平層模具中，黃色的融體與覆在黑色融體的表面；在包覆層模具中黑色的融體將PP支撐管緊緊的包覆住形成管材的結(jié)構(gòu)層。共擠的水平層和包覆層結(jié)合到一起后，纏繞到被加熱的成型模具上，在模具上將管材的承口，管主體及插口一次性成型。

管材纏繞成型后。用行車(chē)將纏繞在模具上的管材吊放到冷卻切削臺(tái)上采用風(fēng)冷卻，管材溫和而均勻的被冷卻，避免了管材因快速冷卻而產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)應(yīng)力。

冷卻完的管材被放到切削臺(tái)上，進(jìn)行承插口的修整。在切削臺(tái)上，將承口及插口修整成設(shè)計(jì)的形狀及尺寸，以便達(dá)到管材電熔連接或者橡膠圈連接的要求，從而方便施工。

脫模，將修整完的管材及模具吊裝到脫模臺(tái)上，將模具與管材分離。

人工修整，與模具分離的管材由移動(dòng)平臺(tái)運(yùn)送到人工修整臺(tái)進(jìn)行最后的承插修整，及內(nèi)壁質(zhì)量檢查及修整，在修整完后，人工將電熔焊絲裝到承口上，并將重量及管材的參數(shù)標(biāo)記到管材上。
