參展情況總結(jié)

2014上海國(guó)際智慧城市建設(shè)與發(fā)展博覽會(huì)于2014年10月16日-18日在上海世博展覽館舉行，展出規(guī)模約25000平米，200家參展商以城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)的交通，水，信息，能源4個(gè)網(wǎng)為中心，匯集規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)、智慧水務(wù)、智慧能源、智慧交通、綠色建筑、建筑節(jié)能、智慧安防、智慧醫(yī)療、智慧社區(qū)共十大領(lǐng)域的200余城市及大型企業(yè)。

我公司有王紅偉、李近近、田明巖三名市場(chǎng)部人員參加了展會(huì)。由于參展時(shí)間倉(cāng)促，并為了節(jié)約成本，市場(chǎng)部只做了《智慧城市WiFi網(wǎng)絡(luò)解決方案》、《深圳奇跡智慧網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司介紹》、《云wifi接入點(diǎn)》等宣傳材料及易拉寶海報(bào)六張，展臺(tái)未做裝修，雖比較簡(jiǎn)陋，卻取得良好的參展效果，達(dá)到了宣傳公司、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)以及了解客戶需求、確定合作意向的目的。

通過(guò)本次展會(huì)，提升了“奇跡智慧”的品牌知名度，拓展了運(yùn)營(yíng)商渠道、推廣了云wifi接入點(diǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品，對(duì)我公司市場(chǎng)起到了積極的促進(jìn)作用。在參展過(guò)程中，有幾十名客戶對(duì)我們的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)很感興趣，并有部分客戶當(dāng)場(chǎng)表達(dá)了與我司合作的意愿（詳見(jiàn)附表），并提出與我們會(huì)后溝通，發(fā)送詳細(xì)的方案等合作要求。

通過(guò)與客戶交流，市場(chǎng)部人員基本了解了不同類(lèi)型的用戶需求：

1、渠道（代理）合作 ：對(duì)方有當(dāng)?shù)卣P(guān)系，想代理我們產(chǎn)品，關(guān)心的是后續(xù)大數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)的分成問(wèn)題；

2、工程合作：承接政府的地鐵、公交、礦區(qū)等工程，有與我們合作做無(wú)線WIFI的意向

3、中小商鋪合作：對(duì)方有商城資源，關(guān)心后續(xù)商鋪數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)問(wèn)題以及與我司的合作分成4、運(yùn)營(yíng)商合作：對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)商前期已經(jīng)建設(shè)的大量WIFI網(wǎng)絡(luò)接管、統(tǒng)一運(yùn)營(yíng)。展會(huì)結(jié)束后，市場(chǎng)部已按用戶類(lèi)型及需求進(jìn)行分類(lèi)，并由三名人員分別進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)，爭(zhēng)取進(jìn)一步溝通需求后，提供方案，達(dá)成合作。
