良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是成功的基礎(chǔ)

成績的取得，需要老師關(guān)注學(xué)生的課堂表現(xiàn)及課后表現(xiàn)，課堂學(xué)習(xí)是主要渠道.上課的主要任務(wù)是在老師指導(dǎo)下，發(fā)展自己的認(rèn)識能力，課后表現(xiàn)即對于家庭作業(yè)的及時(shí)追蹤，首先在課堂上要做到以下幾點(diǎn)：

首先，做好課前準(zhǔn)備：準(zhǔn)備好課堂所需要的一切學(xué)習(xí)用具。

其次，要開動(dòng)腦筋積極思考.要認(rèn)真抓住兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)：一是專心聽講，不要“走神”.要做到這一點(diǎn)，首先要有正確的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)，有強(qiáng)烈的學(xué)習(xí)渴望，才能專心聽講；其次，要充分認(rèn)識到老師的重大作用，才能虛心去聽。二是要努力克服“走神”現(xiàn)象.“走神”破壞了上課聽講的連續(xù)性，是很多學(xué)生學(xué)不好的重要原因。

再次，要重理解.上課時(shí)，要努力爭取當(dāng)堂理解所學(xué)的新知識，要通過提高課堂的學(xué)習(xí)效率來減輕課外的學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)，這是一條重要的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn).根據(jù)配套、基訓(xùn)、單元測試做題情況，出活題，有針對性的講解鞏固。

最后，關(guān)注差生，不拋棄，不放棄。組長輔導(dǎo)，老師跟進(jìn)指導(dǎo)督促。

具體做法：

一、為學(xué)生提供展示的空間

課前可以讓學(xué)生給老師說一些英語單詞或一些簡單的日常用語.以此來滿足學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)欲，鞏固在課堂上所學(xué)的知識，達(dá)到師生間共融、共同維持英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣的目的。

二、給學(xué)生提供必備的設(shè)備和材料

通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)，如“一起作業(yè)網(wǎng)”，既能復(fù)習(xí)，又能預(yù)習(xí)。使他們課后有練習(xí)英語的機(jī)會(huì).為他們提供更優(yōu)越的條件.另外還要買必備的工具書，如詞典等，三、聽、讀、背英語內(nèi)容

幫助他們熟讀背誦最基本的句子和關(guān)鍵詞語，使他們瑯瑯上口，然后再讓他們進(jìn)行書寫，做到既上口又上手。

1、每天大聲朗讀或聽讀20分鐘左右.2、默寫識記單詞、句型、文章，積累知識。

3、認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)并及時(shí)訂正錯(cuò)誤。

4、學(xué)會(huì)傾聽同學(xué)的發(fā)言、老師的講課。

培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績穩(wěn)步上升的關(guān)鍵因素，同時(shí)也是穩(wěn)固學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣的必要條件。

四、經(jīng)常和家長聯(lián)系

老師和家長聯(lián)系是全面了解學(xué)生的重要途徑.和家長及時(shí)溝通，對學(xué)生的教育才能做到有的放矢，老師才能更加全面的了解自己的學(xué)生，更加全面的評價(jià)自己的學(xué)生，做到因材施教，使學(xué)生得到更多的關(guān)懷和 教育。

開場白

許多學(xué)生認(rèn)為數(shù)學(xué)是枯燥的、乏味的。一些非數(shù)學(xué)老師在聽完一堂數(shù)學(xué)課后，往往這樣評價(jià)：思路清晰、語言精練、解題嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，就是太乏味、缺少趣味性，讓人昏昏欲睡。那么，如何調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的上課積極性，引發(fā)他們的好奇心？設(shè)計(jì)好“開

場白”，非常關(guān)鍵。下面是數(shù)學(xué)課的幾個(gè)片斷：

動(dòng)手實(shí)驗(yàn)式“開場白”：桌上擺滿了切成各種形狀的蘿卜，大伙好像還在熱列地討論著什么。老師微笑問：“同學(xué)們，用一個(gè)平面去截一個(gè)正方體，截出的面可能是什么形狀？”

故事式“開場白”：為了讓學(xué)生體會(huì)圖形的邊長、周長、面積在變化過程中的關(guān)系，領(lǐng)會(huì)列方程解應(yīng)用題時(shí)，關(guān)鍵是捕捉到不變的量。老師先給學(xué)生講了一個(gè)故事：父親的羊越來越多，想拆舊羊圈擴(kuò)大面積，可是沒有多余的籬笆，怎么辦呢？他叫來了兒子,兒子不慌不忙地說：“爸，我有辦法”?！澳憧矗f羊圈長70米，寬30米，面積2100平方米。如果改成50米見方的新羊圈，不用添籬笆，羊圈面積就有2500平方米”。

諸如此類的還有：“貼近生活式”開場白；“設(shè)疑式”開場白；“名言式”開場白；“趣味式”開場白；“實(shí)例式”開場白；“比喻式”開場白等等。向?qū)W生提出恰當(dāng)?shù)膯栴}，激發(fā)起學(xué)生的興趣，提高他們學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。

---參加學(xué)生會(huì)主席一職的競選，并表示客套（be honored to）。接著，第二段緊扣提綱，介紹自己可以勝任學(xué)生會(huì)主席的工作的原因，即作者自身的素質(zhì)表現(xiàn)，如能力、性格、愛好等完全適合該職。介紹自我表現(xiàn)要有條理性，所以一二三不能少，因?yàn)槁牨娛歉鶕?jù)演講者的自我陳述來判定該投票選誰，這也關(guān)系到演講者能否競選成功。同時(shí)，要注意把客觀陳述和主觀評論結(jié)合起來，因?yàn)檫@樣能更好地引導(dǎo)聽眾的想法和判斷，也能更好地表現(xiàn)演講者的自信并增加互動(dòng)。此外，演講中一般都要談假如競選成功的打算，而這也是在場即將投票的聽眾們最關(guān)心的實(shí)質(zhì)性問題。所以，一定要有較切實(shí)的行動(dòng)打算。當(dāng)然，演講者前面所做的一切努力都是為了爭取作為聽眾的同學(xué)們手中的選票，所以別忘了寫期待對方能投自己一票。作后，演講者應(yīng)表態(tài)，表示自己將屢行承諾，不負(fù)眾望。演講詞一般以道謝告終。

以上談的是演講詞，尤其是競選演講詞寫作的七大原則。值得注意的是，競選演講詞的寫法又有別于其他文體的寫作，下面談?wù)勊膫€(gè)注意事項(xiàng)。

其一，演講詞較偏重口語體，但又與完全通俗的口語體不盡相同。更確切地說，演講詞應(yīng)亦狀亦諧，雅俗共賞。因?yàn)樘ㄋ祝葜v詞就缺少文采，缺乏感召力，不足以表現(xiàn)演講者的才華；太文謅謅，演講就非常呆板，沒生氣，很教條，缺乏親和力。因此，選詞時(shí)要注意詞語的正式程度。一些口語化過重的詞，如well, yeah, gonna, wanna, gotta, alas, O.K ,all right, Good, 都不大適宜使用。

其二，注意演講詞句法結(jié)構(gòu)不宜太復(fù)雜。演講的關(guān)鍵是要讓聽眾聽清并明白演講的內(nèi)容。如果句子結(jié)構(gòu)太長太復(fù)雜，就會(huì)增加聽眾聽力理解的困難，就會(huì)影響演講者信息的傳達(dá)與聽眾信息的接收。如果演講者表達(dá)的信息都不能很好地被接收，那么演講者要想打動(dòng)和影響聽眾就會(huì)難上加難。所以，在演講詞寫作中，句式不宜過長，不宜太復(fù)雜。

其三，演講要有親和力，不要讓人有演講者在背書之感。要做到這一點(diǎn)，除了演講者本人要訓(xùn)練有素，要有高超的演講技巧外，演講詞寫作中還應(yīng)注意人稱和語態(tài)的使用。一般而言，演講詞應(yīng)較多運(yùn)用第一和第二人稱，少用或不用第三人稱，以增加演講的對話性和親和力。同時(shí)，演講詞應(yīng)多用主動(dòng)語態(tài)，少用或不用被動(dòng)語態(tài)及It is +adj./done +that 從句的無人稱句，因?yàn)楸粍?dòng)句和無人稱句過分強(qiáng)調(diào)客觀性，往往讓人感覺太正式，太沒人情味。其四，演講詞尤其是競選演說詞應(yīng)具有極大的感召力和鼓動(dòng)性。因此，競選演說詞寫作時(shí)應(yīng)注意語氣禮貌客套，但不卑不亢，自信練達(dá)，但不狂妄孤傲。所以在演講中宜多用褒義詞，少用中性詞和貶義詞。此外，要注意在文中應(yīng)不止一次提及對方（如上面例文中My dear friend），這樣便可加強(qiáng)演講色彩，也有助于演講者提請聽眾提高注意力。演講中為達(dá)到感召力和鼓動(dòng)性，還往往運(yùn)用一些特定句式，如祈使句、感嘆句、反意疑問句、設(shè)問句、排比句、強(qiáng)調(diào)句等。
