日應(yīng)嚴肅妥善處理歷史問題

習(xí)近平表示，中國和日本是一衣帶水的鄰邦。在中日兩國2000多年的交往中，和平友好是歷史主流。令人遺憾的是，在中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭和世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭勝利69年的今天，日本一些政治組織和政治人物依然在矢口否認日軍侵略的野蠻罪行，依然在執(zhí)意參拜雙手沾滿鮮血的戰(zhàn)犯亡靈。這些做法，不僅違背了日本政府在歷史問題上的承諾，而且背離了中日關(guān)系的政治基礎(chǔ)，嚴重傷害了中國人民和廣大亞洲國家人民的感情。中國人民有比海洋、天空更為寬廣的胸懷，但我們的眼睛里也絕容不下沙子。

事實就是事實，公理就是公理。在事實和公理面前，一切信口雌黃、指鹿為馬的言行都是徒勞的。黑的就是黑的，說一萬遍也不可能變成白的；白的就是白的，說一萬遍也不可能變成黑的。一切顛倒黑白的做法，最后都只能是自欺欺人。

習(xí)近平兩月內(nèi)兩赴盧溝橋以紀念抗戰(zhàn)

9月3日，坐落在盧溝橋畔宛平城的中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭紀念館，習(xí)近平在兩個月之內(nèi)，第二次來到這里。這種頻率并不多見。

兩月內(nèi)兩次紀念抗戰(zhàn) 今年是中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭和世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭勝利69周年。按照往年慣例，“逢五”、“逢十”的年頭才會有大規(guī)模紀念，黨和國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人參加紀念活動。今年打破了這一規(guī)律。

9月3日上午9時56分，習(xí)近平等政治局7位常委來到中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭紀念館，參加紀念活動。

習(xí)近平當時在講話中表示，歷史就是歷史，事實就是事實，任何人都不可能改變歷史和事實。付出了巨大犧牲的中國人民，將堅定不移捍衛(wèi)用鮮血和生命寫下的歷史。任何人想要否認、歪曲甚至美化侵略歷史，中國人民和各國人民決不答應(yīng)！

人大立法后首次紀念

在中國抗戰(zhàn)紀念史上，今年是一個特殊的年份。這是全國人大以法定形式確定9月3日為抗戰(zhàn)勝利紀念日后的首次紀念。

上海師范大學(xué)人文與傳播學(xué)院院長、中國“慰安婦”問題專家蘇智良此前曾表示，“類似今年這種普通年份，紀念規(guī)格之高，很罕見”。

高規(guī)格紀念的一個重要原因，就是人大的立法。

今年2月，全國人大將9月3日確定為中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭勝利紀念日。1945年9月2日，日本政府代表簽署投降書。9月3日，中國舉國歡慶，慶?？箲?zhàn)勝利。1999年9月18日，國務(wù)院修訂《全國年節(jié)及紀念日放假辦法》，將9月3日定為抗戰(zhàn)勝利紀念日。今年，全國人大以立法形式將其再一次確認。

此外，今年中國紀念抗戰(zhàn)的活動集中、形式多樣。除了常規(guī)的紀念活動，還有人大立法、公布45名日本侵華戰(zhàn)犯的罪行自供、公布第一批抗日英烈名錄等。

紀念意在表明中國立場

兩個月內(nèi)，習(xí)近平兩次參加抗戰(zhàn)紀念。專家表示，這種頻率此前并不多見。

吉林大學(xué)副校長、吉林大學(xué)東北亞研究中心主任王勝今認為，除了人大立法確定的原因外，國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人參加活動是在以實際行動維護二戰(zhàn)的勝利成果。在“中國夢”的背景下，激勵全體中華兒女熱愛祖國，珍視歷史，以史為鑒。

“日本在歷史問題上開倒車，少數(shù)右翼分子右傾嚴重。國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人參加抗戰(zhàn)紀念活動，意在表明中國的立場?！蓖鮿俳癖硎?，明年是中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭和世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭勝利70周年，紀念形式會更隆重。

蘇智良認為，針對抗戰(zhàn)的紀念，我們會逐漸形成一種成熟的紀念形式，成為今后的樣本。

聲 音 安倍上臺后，日本在處理對華關(guān)系問題上，如釣魚島問題，以及處理自身內(nèi)政問題上，如強化自衛(wèi)隊等，軍國主義復(fù)蘇勢頭很明顯。黨和國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人出席此類活動，也是提醒我們的人民，對日本的動態(tài)要有高度的警覺，堅決保護國家安全、主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整。
