第五篇：美國工作簽證

工作簽證

H、L、O、P類簽證頒發(fā)給赴美短期工作的申請人。這幾類簽證都要求準備雇傭申請人的美國公司或其它機構(gòu)首先在美國公民及移民事務(wù)署(USCIS)遞交雇傭外國員工的申請書。如果申請被批準，雇傭公司將獲發(fā)I-797 表，之后申請人即可申請簽證。請點擊這里查看遞交申請的具體程序。

上述簽證類別的具體解釋:

H 簽 證：H 簽證簽發(fā)給赴美短期工作的申請人。大多數(shù)短期工作簽證的有效期為一年, 入境次數(shù)為多次。短期工作簽證申請得到批準后,中國籍申請人無需支付簽證簽發(fā)費。但根據(jù)申請人的國籍，某些其它國家的申請人可能被要求支付一筆簽證簽發(fā)費。

L簽證：L簽證簽發(fā)給被其中國公司調(diào)派到美國分公司或合資公司工作的人員。申請人必須將在美國擔(dān)任經(jīng)理級職務(wù)或具有專業(yè)知識，且在申請簽證前的三年中至少為同一雇主或公司連續(xù)工作至少一年。大多數(shù)L簽證的有效期為一年內(nèi)或兩年內(nèi)可多次入境，其有效期長短視申請人工作許可批準書上規(guī)定的工作期限而定。如果簽證申請得到批準，每位中國籍的L簽證申請人必須在簽證面談時支付120美元的簽證簽發(fā)費。如某位L1簽證申請人偕兩名家屬赴美，其家屬申請L2簽證，那么他們?nèi)吮仨氈Ц豆?60美元的簽證簽發(fā)費。憑“跨國公司集體工作許可證”前來申請 “Blanket L-1”簽證的申請人還必須在面談時交納500美元的“打假偵察費”。“Blanket L-1”申請人不需要額外交納120美元的簽證簽發(fā)費，但他們的家庭成員需要交納此項費用。以上述家庭為例，如果主要申請人申請“Blanket L-1”簽證，那么他們?nèi)藨?yīng)該交納的費用總額為740美元（此費用不是簽證申請費，而是除去簽證申請費之外需要另外支付的費用）。O或P類簽證： 這兩種簽證簽發(fā)給赴美進行表演、教學(xué)或參加文化交流活動的有特殊技能的演藝人員或某些行業(yè)專業(yè)人士。申請人在中國的單位和美國的接待方須與美國公民及移民事務(wù)署聯(lián)系，得知如何為申請人遞交上述兩類工作申請。欲知更多有關(guān)文藝工作者簽證及其工作許可的信息，請點擊這里或訪問美國公民及移民事務(wù)署有關(guān)短期工作許可的網(wǎng)頁。
