香港辦事處為居住在中國大陸、香港和澳門的居民提供各類簽證移民服務(wù)。然而，申請人務(wù)必確保自己能夠在需要的情況下前往香港參加面談。

上海辦事處只接受上海市、江蘇省、安徽省和浙江省居民遞交的臨時居民訪問簽證、工作許可和旅行證件的申請。此外，上海總領(lǐng)館只接受申請人親自前來遞交的申請。如果你希望郵寄你的申請，請郵寄至北京或香港的簽證處。

如果我遺失了證件怎么辦？

如果你丟失了下列證件之一：含有效簽證的護照，永久居民卡（楓葉卡），學(xué)習(xí)許可，工作許可，或加拿大公民身份與移民部簽發(fā)的其它證件，請給我們發(fā)電子郵件，并提供下列信息：

-護照上使用的全名

-護照號碼

-出生日期

-所丟失證件的號碼（比如：永久居民卡號碼，學(xué)習(xí)許可號碼）

-申請時的檔案號碼（由一個英文字母和九位數(shù)字組成）

我是否可以在邊境或機場獲取簽證？

不可以。你必須在登機前在加拿大使館或領(lǐng)館獲得簽證。

誰可以翻譯我的文件?

文件的英文和中文翻譯必須準(zhǔn)確。文件需要由你本人或其他人代為翻譯。不一定需要專業(yè)機構(gòu)進行翻譯。請注意所有的翻譯件都須附有其原件或公證件。不可以只遞交翻譯件?？梢杂善渌藥椭疫f交申請或領(lǐng)取申請結(jié)果嗎？

任何人都可以替朋友或親戚遞交申請。如果你委托第三方人士代為領(lǐng)取申請信函或結(jié)果，請仔細(xì)閱讀下列說明。對于沒有合格授權(quán)的代理人，我處將無法提供任何信息。

第三方人士只有在出示下列全部三項所需材料后才可以代替申請人領(lǐng)取信函和簽證、撤簽、或查詢申請進展?fàn)顩r。

不需要。申請人可以在任何時間重新遞交申請，提供他們新的或額外的信息和材料。

被拒簽的申請人可以在任何時間遞交新的申請，但需要能夠提供他們之前申請時沒有提供過的新的或額外的信息和材料。

我在加拿大期間生病或受傷了怎么辦？

你需要承擔(dān)自己的醫(yī)療費用。最好提前購買旅行者意外醫(yī)療保險。

我到加拿大以后是否可以申請新的臨時居民簽證？

不可以。申請加拿大臨時居民訪問簽證必須在加拿大境外進行。

請記住，盡管你可以為朋友、親戚、或商業(yè)伙伴的簽證申請?zhí)峁┲С植牧?，但是簽證官的決定是最終根據(jù)申請人的自身情況做出的，而不是基于你或其他任何人能夠提供的私人的或經(jīng)濟上的擔(dān)保。

我的申請被拒簽了。對此我該怎么辦?

被拒簽的申請人都會得到書面的拒簽原因說明。一旦你獲得這些書面說明，你上訴的渠道便很有限了。

擔(dān)保家庭成員的擔(dān)保人和申請旅行證件返回加拿大的永久居民可以選擇向移民及難民委員會（IRB）的移民上訴處（IAD）對拒簽進行上訴。有關(guān)如何上訴的說明隨拒簽信一同提供。可以根據(jù)事實、法律、或公平性的因素進行上訴。

移民及難民委員會（IRB）不受理技術(shù)移民、商業(yè)移民、臨時居民（訪問者、學(xué)生、或工作者）的拒簽上訴。我們建議這些類別的申請人在自身條件發(fā)生重大變化后再重新遞交申請。

以下是申請美國旅游簽證即B2簽證常見的面試問題，簽證官最容易問的問題和范例回答，并且會分析一下這個問題提出來的原因是什么，希望對申請美國旅游簽證不管是個人申請還是跟團申請的朋友有所幫助。

Q1 ： 您去過美國嗎 ?/ 您去此次美國作什麼 ?

A1 ： 我去過。上次抵達的時間和目的。/ 我沒去過。這次去美國旅游 /商務(wù)/探親(要說明親屬關(guān)系)/商務(wù)+旅游/旅游+辦事(說明辦什么事？)

評 述：這是最經(jīng)常問到的問題，只要實話實話就好，不要擔(dān)心自己的回答會給簽證官什么樣的印象，不要試圖猜測簽證官的想法，實話實說對你是最好的選擇。因為東 西方思想有差異，面試的時候想的越多，聰明反被聰明誤的可能越大。所以如果你是旅游，請說旅游。如果你有一天商務(wù)考察活動，請說明只有一天是商務(wù)考察，其 他時間是旅游。你們回答沒有去過美國；來美國是和我一起過春節(jié)，并且是結(jié)婚三十周年紀(jì)念，所以正好去美國旅游~~~

Q2 ：您的職業(yè)？

A2 ：我從事某某工作。簡單介紹公司的相關(guān)情況并時常提示簽證官同步參閱您提供的資料。

評述：簽證官問的問題可能是多種，不同角度，不同方式的。但是都離不開美國移民法的規(guī)定。如果問到這個問題，請用最簡單的話來描述一下你的工作。不用擔(dān)心太專業(yè)，簽證官可能聽不懂。這不是你應(yīng)該擔(dān)心的問題，因為使館里有很多的專業(yè)翻譯，簽證官自會找人來處理溝通。這個問題，老爸自己回答；老媽我填的是辦公室主任，工作性質(zhì)就是組織開會，傳達任務(wù)，組織活動，反正是個掛名頭銜，老媽你想怎么回答都可以~~~

Q3： 您的行程安排及旅行日期？

A3 ： 參照具體出發(fā)日期回答并提及若干游覽城市。商務(wù)的要具體說明拜訪的單位，邀請人，聯(lián)系人，哪些公干？

評述：任何真實的旅行都是有具體安排和預(yù)計出發(fā)日期的，所以在此奉勸那些有不良目的的人，假的就是假的，永遠(yuǎn)真不了。真的也假不了，所以請放心大膽的面對簽證官的問題吧!

一月20號左右出發(fā)，到洛杉磯機場，然后女兒去洛杉磯接你們，在洛杉磯和拉斯維加維玩4到5天；然后飛到女兒學(xué)校——佛羅里達大學(xué)大學(xué)，和女兒一起過春節(jié)、參觀學(xué)校3到4天；最后飛到紐約和華盛頓旅游一周左右。

Q4 ：您的家屬為什么不與您同行？

A4 ：工作、學(xué)習(xí)等個人具體原因。

評 述：上面提到了中西方思想的差異，很多中國人認(rèn)為一家人一起出行會引起

使館的注意，懷疑是不是一家一起涉留境外了。其實美國人不會這樣想的，美國人注意親情關(guān)系比金錢更甚，所以如果你的經(jīng)濟允許，請帶上你的先生或者太太同行吧，為自己的生活多一點情趣，也為自己的簽證多一點保障。

你們兩個一起了，所以這個問題就不會問我了；但是如果要問哥哥為什么不一起，就可以說他要上班，工作比較忙之類的就可以了~~~

Q5 ：為什么您在此期間出差 / 旅游？

評述：旅游定義中說，旅游的先決條件是：可自由支配的錢和時間，所以時間是很重要的。為什么在這個時候出國？請?zhí)峁┮粋€真實的，合情合理的理由。就如實說，春節(jié)期間，有法定假日，不需要請?zhí)L時間的假；而且中國春節(jié)是全家團聚的節(jié)日，所以想到美國和女兒一起過。

Q6 ：您所提供的資產(chǎn)是否齊全并符合要求？

A7 ： 主動出示所提供的資料并做簡單介紹。

評述： 大多數(shù)人知道申請簽證要提供資產(chǎn)證明，對的，但是申請美國簽證請?zhí)峁┫嚓P(guān)證明原件，而不是銀行開具的存款證明； 少數(shù)人知道申請簽證要提供存折存單，對的，但是請不要把多張存單兌換成一張大額的。這是多此一舉。反而會讓簽證官懷疑你的目的。有些出過國的人知道申請美國要提供 10萬以上的資產(chǎn)證明，對的，但是請不要只提供10萬。資產(chǎn)證明包括很多方面，固定資產(chǎn)和流動資產(chǎn)，存折存單、房產(chǎn)證、股票證券等。

如果需要提供資產(chǎn)的，最好是老爸把自己的公司的營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本和自己的稅單給簽證官就可以了，其他的材料如果簽證官沒有再具體的要求看就不要給了。

以下是別人列舉的一些常見的簽證問題，可以看看，讓你們心里有個底，僅供參考；簽證官一般也只會問3到4個簡單的問題，不用太背答案，如實回答，放輕松自信的去面試就行了~~~
