下面我們來看下比較難的中國園林里較長的一句。

“典型的中國園林四周有圍墻，園內(nèi)有池塘、假山、樹木、花草以及各種各樣由蜿蜒的小路和走廊連接的建筑?！?/p>

中文讀下來就覺得想死，中文詞語之間修飾很多、糾纏不清。但是按照上課時所說的：理解中文才是翻譯的第一步。沉下心來，按照上課的步驟走下來，也至少有兩種理解思路--

“典型的中國園林四周有圍墻（整句），園內(nèi)有池塘、假山、樹木、花草以及（并列）各種各樣由蜿蜒的小路和（并列）走廊連接的建筑。（整句）”

大體結(jié)構(gòu)把握后，現(xiàn)在就開始網(wǎng)羅單詞，進而整合句子。

大家牢記，六級翻譯還是屬于日常文字翻譯，堅決不是單純考察詞匯量的。由于大家詞匯量已經(jīng)確定了，所以找不到對應(yīng)英語單詞，我們就對中文進行降級、找相關(guān)詞匯對應(yīng)即可。上課時已經(jīng)說過，這里就不贅述了。用上面兩個句子舉例說明下：

“拜月”真心是很難的。怎么辦？

理解下拜月二字到底什么意思？其實，就是崇拜、敬仰月亮對吧。再找不到對應(yīng)詞，就是尊敬月亮對吧。再不行，就是向月亮敬禮總可以了吧。所以，理解中文后，大概這么幾個單詞就出來了：worship / respect/ salute to?

“假山”也很難。咋整？

假山，就是人造山，人工山。對吧。所以，那些翻譯成fake hills的親們，上課告訴大家認真理解中文，你肯定沒有做到啊。這樣幾個單詞又出現(xiàn)了：man-made, artificial?

“走廊連接的建筑”,說實話乍一看到這樣的“中國風”的詞，好想“屎”。再一想，哪有那么難！

小時候?qū)W的人造衛(wèi)星咋說來著？man-made satellite.有了，不就是corridor-connected buildings嗎。大不了，解釋性語句：buildings that are connected by corridors.其實六級段落漢譯英，大部分詞匯都是可以在四六級甚至高考詞匯里直接找到對應(yīng)的英語單詞的。只有一些“中國風”的，比較中國特色的詞匯才需要大家作如上處理。

我們理解了中文句子的構(gòu)架，做了分析；又搞定了單詞，接下來就可以出英語句子啦。
