Mary Shelley, one of the most famous female writers in the science fiction, wrote her famous science fiction Frankenstein in 1818.She leaded the romantic period.As her master work, Frankenstein is always regarded as the pioneer of the science fiction.Mary Shelley mainly told readers a story that Victor Frankenstein wanted to create a good people to help the human, but in fact, he created a monster who is ugly, so that Victor put him away.Because of the prejudice, the monster became a bad man and killed some people in order to revenge Victor.At the end of the novel, the monster regret what he has down, he chose to kill himself.It is a bad ending novel.This paper will analysis the reasons which causes the bad ending.This paper pays more attention on the humanity that causes the bad ending.The first reason that causes the tragedy is the desire of Victor Frankenstein.From the fiction, the readers can see that although Victor wanted to make a perfect man that can benefit the human.In the fact, he only wanted to make a successful invention to make himself be famous all over the world.The result was not as good as he thought, he created a monster, so Victor abandoned the monster.When he faced his invention, he scared what he had done.What he made may destroy his career.At that time, the monster was just like a baby, he did not know anything.Victor did not teach him but put him away.From the explantation, the
paper analyses Victor’s desire is the ambition of being success and famous.So the Victor’s desire is the first reason that contributes to the bad ending.The second reason that causes the tragedy is the people who was saved or helped by the monster.From the novel, the readers can see that at first, the monster was a good man.He helped the old man who was lonely;he saved the little girl who was drowning.However, the monster did not receive any gratitude, but the beat because of his appearance.Then the monster thought that no one would regard him as a good man, so he decided to revenge the Victor.From this reasons, he turned himself a good man to a bad man.So, the people’s attitude is the second reason that causes the bad ending.The third reason that causes the tragedy is the loneliness.From the novel, we can see, even everyone in the world regarded him as a monster;he promised to the Victor that if Victor could create a peer for him, he would not hurt anyone.Victor refused his suggestion, and then the monster thinks that he was the only man who was so strange and ugly, he was very lonely.Then, he decided to revenge the Victor.So lonely is the third reason that causes the bad ending.The fourth reason is that most people believed that everyone was good when he was born, which made him bad was the environment and the society he lived.People needed to treat the people around them kindly,then they may help a person.From the novel, the readers can see that there are many situations that can make the monster a good man.If Victor did not abandon the monster, if the people who was saved or helped by monster treated him kindly, the monster would be a good one.There are many reasons that make the monster from innocent to evil.If the readers read the novel carefully, they can find that the monster is not really so bad.At first, he saved the drowning girl, took care of the old man.At the end of the novel, he regret what he had down, and killed himself.The writer thinks that there are many reasons which result in the tragedy, such as Victor, the people who monster meets, the society and the monster himself.In fact, people had many chances to change the result, but they didn’t.They were scared of him and fighting to him.In this situation, the monster still did not hurt them.If one of them could take care of the monster, he wouldn’t kill Victor’s friend and relatives.In this thesis, the writer summaries these reasons that contribute to the tragedy, it is Victor’s desire, people’s attitude, the loneliness and the society.

醫(yī)生維克多?弗蘭肯斯坦在作為一位天才科學家的同時也是一個瘋狂的科學家,他違背人類自然的規(guī)律從死者的遺骸中創(chuàng)造出了怪物,怪物的丑陋連他的創(chuàng)造者都不敢正視,而怪物難道就在誕生只是就擁有了與相貌一樣丑陋扭曲的心么?不,當怪物從人們的眼中看到的只有恐懼與厭惡時,他的心才開始寂寞地扭曲了,而性本善良的怪物本不愿傷害人,他躲在人世之外,世界的角落中,他的鄰居是一對雙目失明的老夫婦以及他們的孫女,怪物那時是那么的幸福,看著幸福的老夫婦,怪物冰封的心開始解凍,怪物開始暗地里幫助他們,他的心向往著人類,但當他鼓起勇氣去找老夫婦時,老夫婦的孫女被他嚇哭了,老夫婦憤怒地打他,將他趕走,可憐的怪物啊,他從此將不再有心,他的心被無情殘酷的人類奪走了,他被復仇所驅(qū)使,成了真正的怪物,一個嗜血的殘忍的怪物,他向創(chuàng)造他的維克多復仇,一個一個的殺死維克多的親朋好友,最后維克多的新娘也慘死在怪物的手里,怪物要讓維克多也嘗嘗寂寞孤獨,他一直以來所忍受的一切,可憐的怪物,可悲的人類。

往往我們的無情與冷淡無意間就會讓我們自己成為弗蘭肯斯坦,這是多么的危險啊,所以為何不抱著一顆關(guān)懷的心去處事呢?很多時候社會關(guān)照的是那些相貌即使不是美麗那也是平凡的人群,而那些相貌丑陋身體殘疾的人群人們都做得到平等對待么?報紙上有這樣一篇報道,說一個雙腿殘疾的女碩士找工作處處碰壁,可憐她苦苦讀書做學問得來的文憑并沒有換來等價的尊重,社會的冷漠無情摧殘著她的心,如果她沒有那么堅強即使不會變成“怪物”那也會變得自暴自棄,瑪麗?雪萊可能就是要告訴我們善待同類的同時也要善待異類吧。
希望人們可以互相關(guān)愛,讓所有的“弗蘭肯斯坦”像小說結(jié)局一樣懺悔自己得多錯并勇于承擔責任,而所有的怪物也將會像小說結(jié)局一樣永遠消失在冰封的北極之中。
人類妄圖利用死者創(chuàng)造生命,癡心妄想進犯上帝的領(lǐng)域,褻瀆上帝的能力,最終的悲劇是人類自己制造的,這就是出自瑪麗?雪萊筆下的《弗蘭肯斯坦》說講述的一個悲劇。

at last, frankenstein did not.I think he is right.If he does that,there may be more people to be dead.Maybe in the future,there will be no person on Earth.It is awful.From the story,I learned that everyone should have sympathy.Do not only care about appearance.

Love Created the World After reading Frankenstein, I have a deep thought.Frankenstein gave birth to the monster, but he was then scared to serious illness after the first look of him.And the good-natured monster with that hideous face began to doubt his existence, hate himself and lost himself in the road of revenge after so many times of heart broken.Is Frankenstein wrong? 《哈佛家訓》讀后感 教師:郭芳
這個學期利用休息時間,多了這本很久以前就想讀的書——《哈佛家訓》,看完后,我感觸很深。我想哈佛大學大家一定不陌生吧,在世界一流的大學中排名第一。在哈佛里前后走出了七位總統(tǒng),四十三位諾貝爾獎獲得者,數(shù)以百計的世界財富精英,可哈佛靠的是什么培養(yǎng)出這么多優(yōu)秀的人才呢?讀了這本書后,我想應該是靠十點,它們分別是--品性、夢想、真愛、成功、思維、心理、智慧、創(chuàng)意、還有就是勇氣和覺悟。
《哈佛家訓》這是一本讓我不只讀了一次的書,每次閱讀都會得到心得體會與心得。這是一位哈佛博士的教子課本,作者叫'威廉.貝納德'。書的構(gòu)造是以講故事的形式呈現(xiàn),內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)微妙微竅,富有很大的啟發(fā)性?!皼]有哪一本書像《哈佛家訓》那樣讓我們震撼,也很少有一本書像它那樣,以不拘一格的形式將人生豐富的哲理生動有趣地展現(xiàn)出來?!薄安煌诒姸嗾f教式的書籍,《哈佛家訓》從頭到尾都是生動的、引人入勝的。每讀完一個故事,就會覺得人生出現(xiàn)了另一片天空。”

我認為,一個人的昨天已經(jīng)是歷史,昨天,你再優(yōu)秀也不能證明你的明天,一次學壞了并不能證明明天你還是壞的。每一天,都是新的一頁,忘記昨天,讓我們?nèi)プ非罄硐?,實現(xiàn)夢想,忘記歷史吧讀完后,覺得《哈佛家訓》真像我的一個助手,為我指點迷津;又像我的一位老師,告訴我怎么面對人生;又像靈魂的導師,告訴我怎樣當個好人。怎樣武裝我們的頭腦,遇事要如果勇敢的面對,如何冷靜的處理。所有讀過這本書的人,都會不同程度的從中得到收獲,使自已由平庸變得平凡,從失敗走向成功。
這本書從借回來至今還是沒有還回去,因為它就像個能量儲蓄站,每每灰心失意時就翻開看看書中的故事,從中吸取一些正能量,然后繼續(xù)勇敢的前行,每每想要退縮的時候,就翻開看看書中的故事里的人物,看看他們是如何經(jīng)過努力改變自己的命運的。它真的是人生路上的好知己。
如何做好班主任
——讀《魏書生班級管理藝術(shù)》有感

常聽同事感嘆:當班主任容易,當好班主任難!從教十幾年,當了十幾年的班主任,對此我體會頗深。學生是越來越聰明,可也越來越淘氣,越來越嬌氣,越來越有主見了,“老一套”對他們?nèi)粺o用,班級管理工作也越難做了。傳統(tǒng)的班級管理片面強調(diào)管理的主體是班主任,而忽視或弱化學生的主體地位及主觀能動性。另外在班干部的任用上學生受眾面小,而忽略了對全體學生的培養(yǎng),違背了教育要面向全體學生的原則。近日,拜讀了魏書生老師撰寫的《魏書生班級管理藝術(shù)》一書,受益匪淺。在魏書生老師管理方法指導下,我及時調(diào)整傳統(tǒng)的教育教學的方法,通過一系列實際操作運行我發(fā)現(xiàn),只要方法得當,再難管理的班級同樣也能夠充滿競爭意識,形成合力。
魏書生老師班級管理的最大亮點就是“民主、科學”二字。讓學生在班級的大熔爐里,不斷地自我學習、自我成長。魏書生老師在班級管理中,通過選好常務(wù)班長,設(shè)立值周班長、值日班長,鼓勵學生自薦等方式,實現(xiàn)班級事事有人做,人人有事做。
結(jié)合魏書生老師的班級管理模式,我將學生的自主發(fā)展與班干輪流制結(jié)合起來,嘗試實施班級自主管理模式,力求培養(yǎng)學生的自主管理能力??紤]到班級管理的穩(wěn)定性,我仍設(shè)立了常務(wù)班長及各委員作為班級的核心管理,再設(shè)立值日班長,由班級學生輪流擔任,協(xié)助和督促各委員完成各項工作,根據(jù)班級的管理制度,檢查和評價各項工作的完成情況。值日班長在檢查、督促的過程中,了解了班級中存在的問題,熟悉了班級的各項規(guī)章制度,領(lǐng)會了遵守班級制度的重要性,發(fā)展了學生的自我教育,培養(yǎng)了學生的自主管理意識與能力。值日班長作好每天的評價記錄,認真填寫班級日志,交給常務(wù)班長審查,再傳給下一位值日班長。班主任通過班級日志,也能及時了解班級發(fā)生的事情。遇有較大的問題,通過指導學生開展主題班會,也能及時研究和解決。由于班上只有20人,所以每個月幾乎人人都有擔任一次值日班干的機會,這不僅培養(yǎng)了民主平等的意識,還解決干群矛盾,民主管理的優(yōu)勢一下體現(xiàn)出來了。
魏老師認為:學校、班集體絕不是制造統(tǒng)一型號、統(tǒng)一規(guī)格的升學零件的機器,是將學生載向遠大前程的渡船;是培養(yǎng)學生生命的幼苗在合適的陽光、土壤、肥料、水分中長大的園地;是學生走向社會各個不同崗位的實習場所,實習小社會;是學生德智體美勞得到最大限度發(fā)展的培訓基地。是啊,學生都有各自的特點,俗話說:龍生九子,各個不相同。十指亦有長短,因此,在班級管理中,絕對不能千人一面,讓每個學生都達到同一個高度。在魏老師在班級管理中,既科學管理班集體,制定一系列的班規(guī)班法,又有特殊情況育人方法種種。如“和后進生組成互助組”、“犯錯誤,唱歌”“有時也需要留學生”、“上進于反復之間”等。尤其是“上進于反復之間”,魏老師針對后進生上進的過程充滿了反復,而允許學生有反復,用自己的耐心、愛心寬容學生的反復,最終取得進步,讓每個學生都得到了發(fā)展,好學生更好,后進生逐步進步。作為寧國市首批課改實驗學校,要求的是班級的每個學生都得到充分的發(fā)展,但每個班級中,總會有那么幾個“后進生”,不管是學習上的,還是品行方面的,班主任在采用各種方法幫助、教育,有的可能立竿見影,收效較大,但更多的時候則是左耳進,右耳出,好了一天,又回到了從前。讀了魏老師的特殊情況育人方法才讓我明白,面對“后進生”千萬不能放棄,而應該靈活采用各種育人方法,寬容學生的過失、反復,堅持讓每個學生得到發(fā)展,才是真正的班主任!
為了給我班上的“后進生”更多的展示空間,我嘗試在墻面上開設(shè)各種版面,展示學生引以為自豪的作品,如學生的優(yōu)秀作文,學生的收藏,學生的繪畫書法等作品,并且不斷地予以更新和選擇,這些墻壁欄目既培養(yǎng)了學生的自信心和審美能力,也拓寬了學生的視野,尤其對成績不優(yōu)秀的弱勢學生提供了成長的平臺。我還特意購置了一些美麗的花草,美化教室,走廊、窗臺。我專門挑選了一部分“后進生”成立專人護理小組進行培養(yǎng),精心的布置與種植?!昂筮M生”們在自己親自布置的美好而溫馨的教室里找到自信,心情愉悅而快樂,“后進生”們更加愛護班級的環(huán)境,班級同學之間也更加和諧。我這個班主任對“后進生”的管理自然是越來越輕松。
在魏書生老師的班中,全員參與,相互制衡。人人都是管理者,人人又都是被管理者,管理因時而動,權(quán)力彼此制約,而教師則處在一個駕馭、服務(wù)的位置上。于是我根據(jù)幾次綜合考試的成績,遵循優(yōu)良中差搭配和學生自愿組合的的原則,我們班分成了六個學習小組。每個小組都有一個小組長。小組內(nèi)部成員之間要互相幫助,共同提高。小組與小組之間展開競爭,作業(yè)比認真,發(fā)言比積極,紀律比安靜,打掃比干凈。小組之間還建立起詳細的評價機制,每天對班級、小組進行量化考核。每周評出優(yōu)勝小組兩個,評上的小組成員操行分各加三分。除了這個,還要通過成長檔案盒的方式對每個學生進行評價,促使每個學生自主發(fā)展。成長檔案盒內(nèi)裝有學生的獲獎作品、榮譽證書等,內(nèi)容的豐富程度直接決定學生的發(fā)展水平。這種管理模式讓每個小組、每個學生都參與到了班級管理之中,充分調(diào)動了每個學生主動發(fā)展的積極性。
魏書生老師這樣說“我屬于愿意當班主任的那類教師。我總覺得,做教師而不當班主任,那真是失去了增長能力的機會,吃了大虧?!钡拇_,總結(jié)我?guī)啄甑陌嘀魅紊闹?,有幾許勞累,就多幾分收獲,我咀嚼過失敗的苦澀,也品嘗過成功的甘甜。在魏書生老師高超管理藝術(shù)的指引下,我的全新的班級管理模式已初見成效。而魏書生老師崇高的人格魅力更讓我感受到只有做班主任老師才是不乏味的、沒有遺憾的、才是充實的、完美的老師。
