      i teach because teaching is a profession built on change.when the material is the same, i change – and more importantly, my students change.i teach because i like the freedom to make my own mistakes, to learn my own lessons, to inspire myself and my students.as a teacher, i'm my own boss, and every year i return to my work with fresh ideas and a new sense of purpose.i teach because i like to ask questions that students must struggle to answer.the world is filled with too many easy answers to bad questions.i have left out, however, the most important reasons why i teach.one is jian jun.he was a shy little boy from a poor family.one day i noticed that he used his paper twice.once with a pencil, then with a pen.i guess he didn’t have enough money to buy more paper.as a teacher, i can offer him my help easily.but he was very sensitive.how could i help him without letting him feel embarrassed? after class i asked him to my office.he was a bit nervous.first i gave him my suggestions on his writing.then i handed him a pile of white paper.“ by the way, i have too much paper here.i can’t use them up.could you please do me a favor to use them up?” he looked at my smiling face, a bit surprised, and then relaxed and happy, “ yes, of course.” he helped me use the paper for three years till his graduation.jian jun is working in the central sea oil company now.every teacher’s day and every new year’s day, he may give me a phone call to send me his best wishes.i just offered him a little help, but to him, it was love and care deep as a well.another reason is oscar.he was clever but usually absent-minded.one day in class, i found him not listening to me carefully as usual.i walked to his desk.he was reading a story book attentively.once he saw me, he gave me the book.should i criticize him? should i be angry and start to give the students moral lessons? i continued my lesson as if nothing happened.after class, i wrote a sentence on the bookmark and gave the book back to him with a smile on my face.the sentence said, “ youth is a book which is very hasty.”

      as i myself like reading very much, the next day, i gave my students a book list and i suggested them to read more books in their spare time.later, he came into my office, stood in front of me, bowed to me deeply, with tears in his eyes, and then left without saying anything.but i did feel the change in him ever after.from them,my first students, i realized that the best way of teaching is love and wisdom, rather than showing anger or criticism.we may meet some students that are not so clever and not so lovely.some of them even give us a headache.but love and wisdom do wonders.these are the real reasons i teach, these people who grow and change in front of me like living sculptures.being a teacher is being present at the creation, when the person in the clay begins to take shape.a so-called “promotion” out of teaching would give me money and power.but i am already rich because i get paid to do what i enjoy: reading, talking with people, and asking questions like, “what is the point of being rich?”

      i also have power;the power to nudge, to point out a pathway, to help mold a human being.it is the power to change a young person’s life for the better.what other power matters?

      大家好!今天我演講的題目是《靜心教書,潛心育人》。坦白地講,剛剛看到“師德”這個演講主題的時候,有些犯難。因為,對于我,一個不足一年教齡的年輕老師來說,不過是剛剛開墾了自己的一片田地,還沒有收獲桃李。所以,今天我想講的僅僅是對“教師”這一職業(yè)的理解以及我這些時間來的體會和感悟。

      在讀小學(xué)的時候,我們都學(xué)過一首歌,歌名叫《每當(dāng)我走過老師的窗前》,歌中這樣唱到:靜靜的深夜,群星在閃耀,老師的房間徹夜明亮,每當(dāng)我走過您的窗前,明亮的燈光照耀我心房;從那時起,我的心里就萌發(fā)了一顆種子,一顆對“教師”這一職業(yè)期望的種子??

      中學(xué)的時候,我們同樣也學(xué)習(xí)過韓愈的《師說》,他這樣為教師定義:“師者,傳道授業(yè)解惑也;”通過學(xué)習(xí),我明白了,教師不僅僅是教知識技能,更要教學(xué)生做人的道理。教師的一言一行都對學(xué)生有著潛移默化的作用。教師的形象影響著學(xué)校的校風(fēng),而教師的素質(zhì)直接關(guān)系著學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)。2011年9月10日,我的第一個教師節(jié),收到了一位朋友的短信:“一支粉筆,兩袖清風(fēng),三尺講臺,四季晴雨。祝你節(jié)日快樂!”我很感動,同時為教師這一稱呼感到無比榮耀。我所在的學(xué)校地處硚口區(qū)的偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū),接收的大多是外來務(wù)工人員的子女。我們的校舍不華麗,我們的跑道還是碳渣路,但是這里的老師們都在做同樣的一件事——靜心教書,潛心育人。而各位老師這樣的工作態(tài)度也在深深的影響著我、教育著我。用他們的實際行動在告訴我,如何做一名優(yōu)秀的人民教師。而這句話便也成了我的師德宣言,同時更是我畢生所追求的目標(biāo)。

      在我的身邊,有這樣一支教師隊伍,他們除了教書育人,還利用業(yè)余時間共同學(xué)習(xí),苦鉆業(yè)務(wù),勇于創(chuàng)新,在教書育人的這條道路上,披荊斬棘,昂首闊步。

      我國著名的教育家陶行知先生曾說過:“捧出一顆心來,不帶半根草去?!边@就是對教師教學(xué)生涯的最好寫照。教師的職業(yè)注定平凡,淡泊名利,講究職業(yè)良心,才能在平凡中創(chuàng)造出不平凡的業(yè)績,如果把平凡而神圣的教師崗位看作個人謀生的手段,就永遠(yuǎn)不會成功與快樂。在教師崗位上,沒有悠閑自在的舒適和安逸,只有默默無聞的奉獻(xiàn)。愛崗敬業(yè)是對教師職業(yè)的尊重,也是對自己的負(fù)責(zé)。

      則逐步內(nèi)化,成為教師從事教育事業(yè)的準(zhǔn)則?!边@句話出自學(xué)生之口,也不管是不是借用了別人的話,但這句話確實道出了師德的關(guān)鍵所在。政府為了反腐倡廉,發(fā)布了官員行為規(guī)范。大家想想,這雖然會警告和影響到一部分人,但是不能從根本上解決問題?!吨行W(xué)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》很早就頒布了,是從各個時代的教育實踐中總結(jié)出來的。但是,教師隊伍里還是出現(xiàn)了一小部分?jǐn)慕處熣w聲譽的人,無可避免。準(zhǔn)則是死的,想要把它內(nèi)化才是活的。老師們,好好把理論付諸實踐吧!又有個學(xué)生說:“愛和責(zé)任是師德的核心?!币郧坝袀€人說過,教師肩膀上的擔(dān)子有千斤重,一頭挑著學(xué)生的現(xiàn)在,一頭挑著學(xué)生的未來。教師的工作就是將一個個不懂事的孩子培養(yǎng)成為一個合格的公民。是??!擔(dān)子扛在肩上一定要平衡,對孩子施行什么樣的教育,他長大后就會成為什么樣的人。在教育實踐中,有大部分的老師都把愛和責(zé)任給了班上中上游以上的學(xué)生,而有一批學(xué)生都被忽視。我們也做過學(xué)生。被忽視而泛出來的那股酸意,我們都能理解。他們也是我們的學(xué)生,也同樣希望老師對他們付出愛和責(zé)任。有的時候,老師無意間的一個微笑,生活中點滴的關(guān)愛,也會激發(fā)他們心中的熱情,對未來充滿著希望。所以,老師們,對所有的學(xué)生都付出你的愛和責(zé)任吧!讓每個學(xué)生都能健康的成長。

      還有學(xué)生說:“一個好老師,不是上課講得好,備課備得認(rèn)真就可以勝任的。而是面對性格迥異的學(xué)生都能有自己的教育方式?!彼€說,老師最重要的是平等地對待自己每位學(xué)生,沒有優(yōu)等生差等生的區(qū)別。作為一個公民,我們都希望別人能夠平等地對待自己,不搞歧視。對于一個十幾歲的孩子,又何嘗不是呢!有句話說得好,“沒有教不好的學(xué)生,只有不會教的老師?!崩蠋焸?,平等地對待每一個學(xué)生吧!說不定奇跡會出現(xiàn)。上面我說的都是學(xué)生眼中的師德,說的葉在理。老師之間的師德又是怎樣的呢?我覺得教師與教師之間團結(jié)協(xié)作,相互尊重是很重要的。團結(jié)的學(xué)生,團結(jié)的老師,團結(jié)的師生才能成就一個完整的團結(jié)的班集體,而作為班級主心骨的班主任在這方面要擔(dān)負(fù)起很重要的責(zé)任。班主任不僅要和學(xué)生,老師把關(guān)系搞好,更要協(xié)調(diào)好學(xué)生與科任老師之間的關(guān)系。我是一名歷史老師,還沒當(dāng)老師之前,我就聽說過,史地生三科老師的地位遠(yuǎn)沒有語數(shù)英那么好。在初中,人們把史地生三門劃作副科,一直沒受到重視。甚至有聽說過對這三門學(xué)科存在著歧視,連帶著這些學(xué)科的老師。但是,史地生要中考要高考,這是誰都知道的。我教初一高一高二的歷史,通過對高一高二的教學(xué),我清楚地知道初中歷史的基礎(chǔ)對高中有多么地重要,所以我告訴學(xué)生,換一種思想,不要把史地生作為副科。應(yīng)該認(rèn)真對待,同樣要有這種想法,對歷史科對歷史老師給出同樣的地位和尊重?!皩W(xué)高為師,身正為范?!弊鳛槔蠋煟蛻?yīng)該以自己作為榜樣,讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)?!吨袑W(xué)生教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》把師德分為依法執(zhí)教,愛崗敬業(yè),熱愛學(xué)生,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治學(xué),團結(jié)協(xié)作,尊重家長,廉潔從教,為人師表。簡單的32個字,卻蘊含著無限的深意。希望所有的老師們不僅要知道這些準(zhǔn)則,還要把他們付諸于實踐中。大家一起努力,為

      今天我的師德演講的題目是《用愛書寫心中的師德》

      依稀記得小時候小伙伴之間有這么一個游戲:大家搬著小凳子齊刷刷的圍坐在一起,其中有一人扮演老師,有模有樣的拿著語文書開始教課。也就是從那時起,我就夢想著哪天自己能成為一名真正的教師。事過境遷我已是一名教師——一名普通的中學(xué)教師,我要在知識的寶庫里采擷如花的詞語,構(gòu)筑我心中最美好的詩篇;我要用深深的思索,推演我心中最奧秘的哲理;我要用凝重的感情,唱出我心中最優(yōu)美的贊歌。

      當(dāng)代作家賈平凹有一幅對聯(lián)時時鞭策著我:百無聊賴何為教,一事無成怎做授。21世紀(jì),新時代教師的寄托是什么?精神支柱何在?在我看來,那便是看似輕實則重的“師德”。

      有人說,“家有半斗糧,不當(dāng)孩子王”,教師這一行,十分清貧。為人師者的生活窘迫由來已久。金錢薄待了他們,他們因此薄待了學(xué)生。

      但無論是過去,還是現(xiàn)在,抑或是將來,仍然有數(shù)不盡的教師無 怨無悔,像春蠶、像蠟燭,用自己的青春和生命捍衛(wèi)這個職業(yè)的圣潔。老師們也許都曾有過與我類似的經(jīng)歷,當(dāng)我們精心備課,辛辛苦苦傳授知識,卻發(fā)現(xiàn)的學(xué)生熱情不高,眼神不夠渴望;當(dāng)我們認(rèn)真投入對他們曉之以理,動之以情,卻發(fā)現(xiàn)這些調(diào)皮個性的孩子依然我行我素;我的心曾經(jīng)一點點冷卻下去,甚至有說不出的惱火、傷心。但幾乎與此同時,這些孩子又能表現(xiàn)出讓人欲罷不能的欣慰和感動,又一次次地溫暖我的心田。記得是從教第三年,我由于身體原因進(jìn)行了一次小手術(shù),出院后便在家中休養(yǎng)。在這段時間里,我所教班里的學(xué)生紛紛來家探望,有平時調(diào)皮搗蛋見到就頭痛的孩子,也有成績不好常被我喝斥的孩子,望著他們關(guān)切地眼神,好似一股暖流,淌進(jìn)了我的心中。

      也許大家都曾遇到過類似的事,身為新時代的青年教師,與這些可愛的孩子們相處,你會漸漸感覺到,也許他們的言語和表現(xiàn)少不了幾許執(zhí)拗、鹵莽;也許他們的思維和行動欠缺幾分理性和沉穩(wěn),但只要用心發(fā)現(xiàn),他們其實很想與你接近,他們以獨特的方式渴望著你的關(guān)注,企盼著你的關(guān)愛,在意你的關(guān)懷。如若身為教師的你忽略了這一點,縱然你有高深的學(xué)識,耀眼的才華,你在他心中也被打了一個大大的叉?;膺@一叉的奧妙,便是“師德”中的一個字——愛。

      大家早上好!

      高爾基說過:“誰不愛孩子,孩子就不愛他,只有愛孩子的人才能教育孩子。”今天我演講的題目是《愛是教育的靈魂》。

      世上有很多東西給予他人時,往往是越分越少,而有一樣?xùn)|西卻是越分越多,那就是愛。愛是一張張溫暖的笑臉,一句句貼心的話語,一雙雙支持的手。“捧著一顆心來不帶半根草去”,這就是我們?nèi)嗣窠處煹男拍睢]有令人羨慕的財富和權(quán)利,沒有顯赫一時的聲名和榮譽,也沒有悠閑自在的舒適和安逸。

      在教育戰(zhàn)線上,我是一名新兵,剛踏上工作崗位時,我也曾經(jīng)疑惑于自己的選擇,這就是自己夢寐以求的職業(yè)嗎?理想和現(xiàn)實的差距讓我有一絲的退卻。但是短短兩年來,我目睹了太多太多敬業(yè)與奉獻(xiàn)的忙碌身影,聆聽了太多太多不畏艱苦,孜孜不倦的感人事跡:我們親愛的張小玲老師,身體不適,卻堅持在三尺講臺上辛勤的耕耘;我們的梁春艷老師,每天晚上都批改作業(yè)到十一二點;還有張小英老師,基本上每天利用課余時間免費為學(xué)生補課?? 一幕幕動人的場景,一段段真摯的師生情,讓我不再彷徨,讓我勇敢地走進(jìn)孩子們的世界。在孩子中間,那種放松融洽的氣氛深深的吸引著我。慢慢地我愛上了這份職業(yè)。這種愛是我工作的動力,這種愛更是一份沉甸甸的責(zé)任。我開始學(xué)著耐心地傾聽孩子們的訴說,學(xué)著細(xì)心的觀察孩子們的一舉一動,學(xué)著用最生動形象的語言和動作將心中那份濃濃的愛傳遞給每一個孩子。就拿亮亮小朋友來說吧,他身體瘦弱,個子矮小,因為父母親外出打工,自己與年過七旬奶奶相依為命。這個孩子受家庭環(huán)境的影響,回家沒人管教,學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)較差,但作為他語文老師的我沒有放棄他,利用放學(xué)后的時間找他談心,讓他充滿了自信,找回了自尊,激發(fā)了他的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。每天分早餐的時候,我總是給他多一些分量,讓他吃飽。每當(dāng)這時候,他靦腆地笑了,他感覺到了老師在給他施愛。此時我的心里覺得暖暖的,有種說不出的驕傲與自豪。孩子“親其師”才會“信其道”,所以說愛是走進(jìn)孩

      子心靈的金鑰匙。只有愛的陽光才能把堅冰融化;只有愛的雨絲才能使枯木逢春。

      教書育人是愛的事業(yè),關(guān)愛每一位學(xué)生是我們教師的責(zé)任。教師的愛與眾不同,它是嚴(yán)與愛的有機結(jié)合,是理智與熱情的巧妙結(jié)合。路在腳下延伸,而我剛剛起步,路在腳下延伸,而我正在鋪路,不管漫長的路上荊棘叢生還是布滿沼澤,我都將一如既往,永不退縮。我親愛的同行們,我們同舟共濟。讓我們用自己的愛鑄就偉大的師魂,我相信在我們的努力下,教育這片熱土的上空將會晴空萬里,鳥語花香。
