skateboard and have fun.But now it has become a whole new area of sports, with specialized equipment and high levels of skill.There’s even a special Olympics for extreme sports, called the Winter X-Games, which includes snow mountain biking and ice climbing.An Extreme Games competition is held each summer in Rhode Island.It features sports such as sky surfing, where people jump from airplanes with surfboards attached to their feet.What makes extreme sports so popular?

“People love the thrill,” says Murray Nussbaum, who sells sports equipment."City people want to be outdoors on the weekend and do something challenging.The new equipment is so much better that people can take more risks without getting hurt.” An athlete adds, “Sure there’s a risk, but that’s part of the appeal.Once you go mountain biking or snowboarding, it’s impossible to go back to bike riding or skiing.It’s just too boring.”

Extreme sports are certainly not for everyone.Most people still prefer to play baseball or basketball or watch sports on TV.But extreme sports are definitely gaining in popularity.“These sports are fresh and exciting.It’s the wave of the future.The potential is huge,” says Nussbaum.

計(jì)劃書

1．背景：晨讀低效率，效果不佳，時(shí)間虛度。英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)重在專攻，因而我組準(zhǔn)備集中時(shí)間練習(xí)口語(yǔ)與發(fā)音。

2．目的：小組內(nèi)每一個(gè)人都能按著自己的水平來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)，不會(huì)讓英語(yǔ)水平較高水平的同學(xué)因進(jìn)度統(tǒng)一而被耽誤，也不會(huì)讓水平較差的同學(xué)因?yàn)檫M(jìn)度過(guò)快而收獲甚微。

3．時(shí)間：鑒于英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)以三個(gè)月為一個(gè)輪回效果最佳，所以準(zhǔn)備接受檢驗(yàn)時(shí)間為三個(gè)月后。

4．計(jì)劃：

（1）每日每人根據(jù)自己水平背誦一段短文，第二天晨讀大家相互背誦推薦，找出最優(yōu)或

最地道的一句話，將

（2）每周日早背誦完，復(fù)習(xí)一周的句子

5．目標(biāo)：組員美語(yǔ)發(fā)音純正，正常對(duì)話可以進(jìn)行。不需要太高難度的對(duì)話，因?yàn)橹苯舆M(jìn)行口語(yǔ)訓(xùn)練單詞基礎(chǔ)太過(guò)薄弱，6．時(shí)間要求：小組成員每天最晚六點(diǎn)十五到。遲到請(qǐng)全體吃早飯。

7．地點(diǎn)：小樹林，如過(guò)兩天太冷則轉(zhuǎn)移到六食堂二樓。

以一個(gè)月為限定，如效果好就繼續(xù)，出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題再進(jìn)行調(diào)整。7個(gè)人的都整理在本上匯總。一共mp3誦讀，六點(diǎn)十分到六點(diǎn)四十背誦，七點(diǎn)到七點(diǎn) mp342句話。加自己的六段背誦。5遍以上，宿舍人多可小聲讀或在走廊再求達(dá)到高水平對(duì)話。20分鐘為誦讀時(shí)間，聽至少下學(xué)期結(jié)合三個(gè)月單詞訓(xùn)練后二者匯總，

活動(dòng)背景：在大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)中，沒(méi)有老師、家長(zhǎng)的督促，在學(xué)習(xí)上同學(xué)們逐漸缺乏主動(dòng)性和能動(dòng)性，不能明確自己目標(biāo)，甚至在動(dòng)力不足的大學(xué)生活中感到空虛和無(wú)助，不能正視學(xué)習(xí)上的困難，掛科、四級(jí)、六級(jí)……成為了大多數(shù)同學(xué)面前的難題。具體事項(xiàng)如下：

為了凸顯財(cái)經(jīng)特色，擴(kuò)大同學(xué)們對(duì)英語(yǔ)的興趣，從而提高同學(xué)們的英語(yǔ)水平，使我們成為一個(gè)有實(shí)力有影響力的大學(xué)生，建立良好英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的能力，促成校內(nèi)良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣。校英協(xié)開展英語(yǔ)晨讀活動(dòng)。同時(shí)也可避免大學(xué)生的惰性心理的產(chǎn)生。另外一方面也有利于同學(xué)們大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)、六級(jí)過(guò)級(jí)率的提升。

活動(dòng)前期宣傳階段準(zhǔn)備：

晨讀內(nèi)容：

1。英語(yǔ)作文（主要為四級(jí)）常用句型

2．不同主題的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)常用句與對(duì)話（美劇對(duì)白）

3．四級(jí)英語(yǔ)聽力實(shí)訓(xùn)（統(tǒng)一資料）

4.與外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院共同學(xué)習(xí)交流（聯(lián)誼精彩）

5.除晨讀外可以進(jìn)行一定的其他活動(dòng)，例如：觀看英語(yǔ)電影（無(wú)中文字幕）

晨讀方式：自由、大聲、瘋狂的朗讀。
