二、工作重點：

全面落實素質(zhì)教育的各項要求，學(xué)理念、練內(nèi)功、求發(fā)展，積極探索課改精神，更新教育觀念，以質(zhì)量為中心，全面穩(wěn)步地提高我校英語教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

三、具體工作：

1、研究集體備課。

集體備課要定時間，有效率，內(nèi)容切實落實。不僅備課堂教學(xué)，每天的練習(xí), 考試都要做到教學(xué)內(nèi)容相對一致，有針對性，讓學(xué)生有收獲，抓主題和重點。集體備課還要研究中考，把握中考方向，研究題型，做到早抓、多落實、多檢驗、找漏洞。

2、了解學(xué)生，心中有數(shù)。各班都有不同層次的學(xué)生，要求老師們做到對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況了如指掌，了解學(xué)生的弱點，有針對性地加以指導(dǎo)，注重面對面地的輔導(dǎo)。

3、針對中考題型，有目的、有針對性地有效練習(xí)，對學(xué)生進(jìn)行解題方法和技巧的輔導(dǎo)，英語學(xué)科和其他學(xué)科有些差異，同樣的意思，1

2010---2011學(xué)年第一學(xué)期伊始，本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任了我校九年級兩個班（共計83人）的英語教育教學(xué)任務(wù)，由于班級人數(shù)較多，學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)參差不齊，英語學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣較好，但是學(xué)習(xí)方法還欠缺，隨著年級的上升，英語學(xué)習(xí)的難度逐漸加大，針對學(xué)生素質(zhì)及心理特點，為了圓滿的完成教學(xué)任務(wù)，特制定以下教學(xué)計劃。

一、教學(xué)目的在本學(xué)期的教學(xué)中，要求培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心，側(cè)重于學(xué)習(xí)能力的提高；在初一初二學(xué)識的基礎(chǔ)上，讓學(xué)生更加明確初三英語知識的整體與局部的關(guān)系，理清思路；不斷提高用英語獲取信息、處理信息、分析和解決問題的能力；加強(qiáng)學(xué)生語感的培養(yǎng)，通過各種任務(wù)和活動，多種手段的運用，提高學(xué)生綜合運用英語語言的能力，廣泛地與他人進(jìn)行交流，開展多項課題探究活動。通過閱讀，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的文化意識和跨文化交際能力，更深層次地了解西方文化歷史，對比中西文化差異，去粗取精，擇善而從之，使一切服務(wù)于中考。

人教版新目標(biāo)九年級英語，從教材組織及學(xué)習(xí)形式上看，實質(zhì)上是對初一初二課本知識的一個回顧重復(fù)和加深；從語言能力層次上看，其難度是更上一層樓。全冊共計15個單元，每個單元在原來section A和section B的基礎(chǔ)上加大了對閱讀的訓(xùn)練，側(cè)重了對學(xué)生信息撲捉能力的考查。根據(jù)這兩個班學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)上課的實際情況我計劃本學(xué)期完成前10個單元的學(xué)習(xí)，下學(xué)期完成后5個單元的學(xué)習(xí)。

四、教學(xué)措施

九年級英語內(nèi)容豐富多樣，對學(xué)生的能力要求很高，根據(jù)這些特點，我主要采取一下措施：

1）狠抓教學(xué)常規(guī)，經(jīng)常檢查學(xué)生課堂筆記，尤其作業(yè)的完成情況，充分利用晚自習(xí)多進(jìn)行個別輔導(dǎo)，培養(yǎng)他們良好的學(xué)習(xí)行為習(xí)慣。

2）以落實書本知識為主，對知識重難點精講精練。

3）多組織單元測試，定期進(jìn)行質(zhì)量分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時采取措施。

4）認(rèn)真批改作業(yè)，加強(qiáng)作業(yè)講評，少一些批評多給予一些鼓勵信心。

5）注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)英語的方法和好習(xí)慣，多讀；多聽；多練；多說。

6）提高課堂教學(xué)效率，讓學(xué)生學(xué)有所得學(xué)有所獲。

總而言之，以上所有的準(zhǔn)備都將服務(wù)于2011年的中考，我堅信有了學(xué)校校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視和英明領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，有了教導(dǎo)處的精心安排與指導(dǎo)，有了我們英語教研組的全全支持和不斷努力專研，辛勤的耕耘定會結(jié)出豐碩的果實。

初三年級工作計劃

一、指導(dǎo)思想：

本著“一切以學(xué)生全面、可持續(xù)發(fā)展為本”的原則，以提高教育教學(xué)的質(zhì)量為中心，狠抓中考，努力提高成績，扎實、有效地開展工作。狠抓日常行為規(guī)范的管理，幫助學(xué)生樹立中考目標(biāo)，進(jìn)行拼搏沖刺。

二、目標(biāo)：

力爭中考平均分接近區(qū)平均水平，進(jìn)入?yún)^(qū)前40名。

三、年級總體分析

教師：學(xué)校加大了初三年級的師資力量，教師隊伍強(qiáng)，具有較強(qiáng)的奉獻(xiàn)精神和拼

搏精神。

學(xué)生：年級借讀生多，占年級總?cè)藬?shù)的18.7%。優(yōu)秀生少,基礎(chǔ)差的學(xué)生少多，整

體水平參差不齊。各班前10名近一半是借讀生，而后面的學(xué)生幾乎都是正式生

四、工作設(shè)想

（一）教學(xué)方面

1．加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，努力轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，努力提高課堂效益，積極探索新課程教學(xué)的課堂模式。全面、細(xì)致的了解每一名學(xué)生各科學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀，和學(xué)生的個性特點，最大限度的開發(fā)學(xué)生的非智力因素，充分挖掘?qū)W生的最大潛能。

2、發(fā)揚備課組團(tuán)隊協(xié)作精神，統(tǒng)籌安排各班的教學(xué)工作。各備課組要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)科新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，將課改的理念滲透到學(xué)科教學(xué)中，研究教材教法、學(xué)生學(xué)法，根據(jù)本屆初三學(xué)生實際情況制定本學(xué)科教學(xué)計劃，把教學(xué)研究工作落到實處。

3．加強(qiáng)教學(xué)常規(guī)管理，課上提高課堂教學(xué)效益，向45分鐘要質(zhì)量。課下,根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體情況,做好分層指導(dǎo)。

4、多層次召開學(xué)生會議，談形勢，提要求，多鼓勵，調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)及復(fù)習(xí)積極性。指導(dǎo)學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀合理定位,明確初三學(xué)年各階段的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)和任務(wù),指導(dǎo)學(xué)生合理地制定學(xué)習(xí)計劃和措施，教育學(xué)生端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，教給學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生開展良性競爭,幫助學(xué)生清除思想上、心理上和學(xué)習(xí)上的障礙。

5、認(rèn)真抓好每一次考試,及時召開質(zhì)量分析會，及時診斷，及時反思，及時研究制定調(diào)控方案，并在教學(xué)中及時解決。

6、認(rèn)真抓好體育訓(xùn)練，力爭體育會考取得好成績

二、德育工作：

1．狠抓學(xué)生的日常管理.注重對學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想教育.開展理想、信念教育活動。抓學(xué)生的思想教育，以“勤奮創(chuàng)造奇跡，成功來自努力”、“知識改變命運、奮斗成就未來”激勵學(xué)生，促使他們樹立信心，鼓足勇氣，最后沖刺。

2．幫助學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀，制定出短期和長期目標(biāo)，樹立良好的人生觀、價值觀。

3．召開學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗交流會，指導(dǎo)學(xué)法，幫助學(xué)生提高復(fù)習(xí)效率。

4、關(guān)注后進(jìn)生，我們初三年級的教師要在情感教育上多下功夫，要對后進(jìn)生做到有愛心、細(xì)心、耐心；在教育教學(xué)上，提問優(yōu)先，作業(yè)批改優(yōu)先，表揚獎勵優(yōu)先；要善于挖掘他們的閃光點，扶植起步點，把握反復(fù)點，促進(jìn)飛躍點；對待后進(jìn)生不歧視，從而有效地保證后進(jìn)生提高，我們不放棄任何一名學(xué)生。

5、加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生的心理疏導(dǎo)工作，關(guān)注學(xué)生的心理變化，幫助學(xué)生正確認(rèn)識自我，擺正自己的位置，從而使他們能夠確立正確的奮斗目標(biāo)，和前進(jìn)方向。

五、各月工作安排

九月份

1、配合學(xué)校組織好開學(xué)典禮總結(jié)表彰上學(xué)期三好、優(yōu)干、標(biāo)兵等

2、班級開展喜迎教師節(jié)板報（墻報）宣傳和迎國慶板報評選等活動。

3、制定年級、班主任工作計劃、制定班規(guī)。（第三周上交電子版B5宋體小4號）

4、抓年級行為規(guī)范。前兩周各班級自查和自我管理，以后按年級的制度執(zhí)行相關(guān)要求。

5、建立年級“個別生”檔案；成立紀(jì)律委員會并做好相關(guān)的工作。

6、配合學(xué)校做好校秋季運動會（9月30日）年級和各班級的組織和策劃工作，做好學(xué)生的動員和安全教育的相關(guān)工作

7、在第一周進(jìn)行“沖刺初三誓師大會”。

8、第二周召開年級家長會。

9、配合學(xué)校做好醫(yī)療保險錄入工作。

十月份

1、做好年級學(xué)生期中考前動員，考紀(jì)教育；增強(qiáng)學(xué)生做人的誠信素養(yǎng)。

2、配合學(xué)校做好 “行為規(guī)范示范”班（衛(wèi)生免查）的申報工作

3、組織年級的月考，及時做好教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)方法的總結(jié)。

十一月份

1、召開區(qū)第一次統(tǒng)練得分析會，學(xué)生會，家長會。

2、法制教育廣播講座

3、繼續(xù)狠抓行為規(guī)范的管理。

十二月份

1、安排年級的月考，做好學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法的交流工作，及時進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)。

2、召開學(xué)生家長會。

3、召開學(xué)生會，再次進(jìn)行沖刺初三動員

一月份

1、組織好區(qū)第二次統(tǒng)練
