銀監(jiān)會的工作目的是通過審慎有效的監(jiān)管，保護廣大存款人和消費者的利益；通過審慎有效的監(jiān)管，增進市場信心；通過宣傳教育工作和相關信息披露，增進公眾對現(xiàn)代金融的了解；努力減少金融犯罪，所以銀監(jiān)會監(jiān)管工作的好壞直接影響金融穩(wěn)定及金融創(chuàng)新的共同發(fā)展。作為銀行業(yè)金融機構(gòu)監(jiān)管單位的工作人員，我們不僅要有良好的專業(yè)素質(zhì)，更要有良好的政治素質(zhì)和心理素質(zhì)等。所以，考生應在答題過程中著重體現(xiàn)政治素質(zhì)、專業(yè)素質(zhì)、心理素質(zhì)、身體素質(zhì)和文字綜合能力等幾個方面的能力和素質(zhì)。

（一）政治素質(zhì)和職業(yè)道德

要求銀監(jiān)會工作人員具有良好的政治素質(zhì)和職業(yè)道德，在堅持“依法，公開，公正，效率”的工作原則下，遵紀守法，品行端正，誠信廉潔，勤奮敬業(yè)，具有良好的職業(yè)操守，保守工作秘密，無不良記錄。

（二）專業(yè)素質(zhì)和創(chuàng)新能力

為盡快適應形勢發(fā)展的需要，銀監(jiān)會工作人員一定要不斷給自己“充電擴容”，苦練“內(nèi)功”，提高專業(yè)素質(zhì)。為了提升專業(yè)素質(zhì)，就要堅持理論與實踐相結(jié)合，既要系統(tǒng)地學習銀監(jiān)會相關的法律法規(guī)、專業(yè)技能知識，也要深入被監(jiān)管機構(gòu)調(diào)查研究。同時銀監(jiān)會工作人員也應該注重深入地研究和掌握國內(nèi)外銀行監(jiān)管與金融創(chuàng)新的最新動態(tài)，學習國際銀行監(jiān)管標準和風險監(jiān)管技術，樹立先進的銀行監(jiān)管理念，促進監(jiān)管知識的全面更新。在本專業(yè)學精學透的基礎上，逐漸向相關專業(yè)延伸，拓寬知識領域，擴大知識面，提高學習效率，不斷增強自身的專業(yè)素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新能力和學習能力。

（三）心理素質(zhì)

一方面，要具有堅強的意志。銀監(jiān)會工作人員在工作中時常會遇到很多困難，所以工作人員要能勇敢面對困難，把處理矛盾作為鍛煉自己的工具，在不斷的解決矛盾中提高自己處理問題、解決沖突的能力。堅強的意志不是天生就有的，必須在不斷的工作中反復磨煉，才能做到堅韌不拔。另一方面，要有寬容、豁達的性格，不為小事而斤斤計較，更不為個人的得失而郁郁寡歡。要容他人所難容之事，時刻激勵自己保持高昂的工作熱情。這才是一名銀監(jiān)會工作人員健康心理的表現(xiàn)。

（四）身體素質(zhì)

銀監(jiān)會監(jiān)管工作是一項既要腿勤又要腦勤的管理工作。如果沒有過硬的身體素質(zhì)，工作起來力不從心，就難以勝任工作。因此，作為銀監(jiān)會的一名工作人員要在繁忙的工作之余，注意休息，勞逸結(jié)合，在平時注意飲食均衡的同時，多參與體育鍛煉，增強體質(zhì)。

（五）文字綜合能力
